Installation Instructions

This kit is provided to convert a Wheelmaster 320-D compact utility loader into a CE (EU) compliant Dingo 320-D compact utility loader.

Loose Parts Use the chart below to verify that all parts have been shipped.

Install the lanyard fasteners.

1 Installing the Lanyard Fasteners

Parts needed for this procedure: 5 Lanyard fastener assembly

1 Washer

4 Self-tapping screw (14 x 1/2 inch)

Procedure 1. Remove the hood and discard the four bolts that

secured it to the frame.

2. Locate and drill 4 holes in the frame in the locations illustrated in Figure 1 and Figure 2. You may use a #2 (0.221 inch), 5.5 mm, 5.6 mm, or 5.7 mm drill bit to drill the holes.

3. Install the 4 lanyard fastener assemblies into the holes you drilled using 4 self-tapping screws (1/4 x 1/2 inch) (Figure 3).

4. Install the hood and secure it using the four lanyard fasteners.

5. Remove and discard the bolt securing the rear access cover, and open the cover.

6. Remove the rear access cover handle, saving the fasteners.

7. Install the rear access cover handle with a washer on the left side and a lanyard fastener assembly on the other and secure it with the fasteners removed previously (Figure 4).

2 Setting the Engine Speed

Parts needed for this procedure: 1 Aluminum tube

Procedure 1. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes.

2. Using a tachometer and the throttle adjustment screw on the engine (Figure 5), set the engine speed to 3200 RPM maximum, then tighten the jam nut on the adjusting screw.

3. Stop the engine.

4. Slide an aluminum tube over the throttle adjustment screw and jam nut (Figure 5) and crimp it down over the screw so that the screw cannot be adjusted again.

5. Close the rear access cover and secure it with the lanyard fastener.

of the loader arms and apply decal 105-8428 in their place on each side.
