Checkthesuitabilityofmaterialstobegluedonatestworkpiece. 4.6.4. Ambienttemperatureofaworkpiecemustbebetween+5Cand+50C. 4.6.5. Materialssuchasmetals,whichcooloffthegluequickly,shouldbepreheatedwithahotairgun. 4.7. GLUING 4.7.1. Inserttheappropriategluestickintotheopeningintherearofthegluegun. 4.7.2. Switchonandallowtoheatup. 4.7.3. Pressthefeedtrigger,applyingmoderatepressure. 4.7.4. Applyglueontoonesideonly,pressthegluedsurfacestogether.Itisstillpossibletoadjustthelocationofthetwopiecesatthispoint. 4.7.5. Thegluedjointcanbesubjectedtoloadafteracooldownperiodofapproximatelytwominutes. 4.7.6. Removeglueresidueaftercoolingwithabluntobject.Ifnecessarygluedjointscanbeseparatedagainbyapplyingheat.

8 DO NOTuseinflammablesolventsforcleaningthesurfacestobeglued.Solventresiduescanignitefromhotglueorhazardous vapourscoulddevelop.
