* The C-30 shown in the photograph has a separately sold picture board installed.

Raise or lower the lid gently.

Be careful not to pinch your fingers.

Do not take your hands off the lid before completely opening or closing it.

When opening the lid, do not force the lid toward the back.

Fasten the support bars securely into the sockets of the lid.

Do not leave the lid open without fastening the support bars.

Fold down the music stand before you close the lid.

When you fold down the support bars, be sure to fasten them with the hook.

Like any work of art, the surface of the picture board is very delicate. Be careful not to scrape the surface, or allow it to contact the music stand.

Do not allow water or any other liquid to come in contact with it.

The decorative panels are easily scratched; be careful not to rub or strike them.

If the removed decorative panels are to be stacked together, place blank paper between the panels so that the panels do not contact each other.

Make sure that the main unit is firmly attached to the stand, and that the knob bolts are firmly tightened.

Do not apply horizontal (sideways) force to the instrument, or lean on it.

Do not stack sheet music or books on the C-30 (on the closed lid), or place other heavy objects on it.

When moving the C-30 within the same room, two people must grasp the center boards (at the positions indicated in the illustration below), and move the instrument with care.

If the instrument is to be moved out of the room or into a different room, you must separate the main unit from the stand and carry them separately.
