SARtestsareconductedusingstandardoperatingpositionsacceptedby theFCCwiththephonetransmittingatitshighestcertifiedpowerlevel inalltestedfrequencybands,althoughtheSARisdeterminedatthe highestcertifiedpowerlevel,theactualSARlevelofthephonewhile operatingcanbewellbelowthemaximumvalue,ingeneral,thecloser youaretoawirelessbasestationantenna,thelowerthepoweroutput. Beforeanewmodelphoneisavailableforsaletothepublic,itmustbe testedandcertifiedtotheFCCthatitdoesnotexceedtheexposurelimit establishedbytheFCC,Testsforeachphoneareperformedinpositions andlocations(e.g.attheearandwornonthebody)asrequiredbythe FCC. Forbodywornoperation,thismodelphonehasbeentestedandmeets theFCCRFexposureguidelineswhenusedwithanaccessorydesignated forthisproductorwhenusedwithanaccessorythatcontainsnometal andthatpositionsthehandsetaminimumof1.0cmfromthebody. Non-compliancewiththeaboverestrictionsmayresultinviolationofRF exposureguidelines.
