Mounting instructions

1. Remove bogie from snowmobile

2. Remove attachment bolts and remove the original shock absorber

3. Remove the support wheel shaft.

4. Move the torque stays from its rear/upper position to rear/lower position.*

On JAG Special fit spacer 422-01 on each side, use supplied bolt 427-01 and original nut.

5. hlins shock shall be fitted with the cylinder head in the lower fixing point and the reservoir downwards, see figure.

6. Support wheels shall be mounted with supplied shaft kit, see figure.

Note! The original support shall not be restored.*

7. Make sure that all bolts are tightened.

8. Restore bogie to snow mobile.

* Note! This must be done to prevent shock absorber from damage.

1. Demontera boggin frn skotern.

2. Demontera sttdmparskruvarna och plocka bort dmparen.

3. Demontera original stdhjulsaxel..

4. Momentstagen skall lossas och flyttas frn vre bakre infstningspunkten till nedre bakre infstningen.*

P JAG Special skall bifogad bricka 422-01 och skruv 427-01 andvndas fr att ka bredden mellan stagen.

5. Montera hlin dmparen med cylinderhuvudet i nedre fstet med behllaren nedt, se skiss.

6. Stdhjulen skall termonteras med hjlp av bifogat hjulaxelset, se skiss.

OBS! Original stdhjulsaxel skall ej termonteras.*

7. Se till att samtliga skruvar r tdragna.
