Handling the Battery Improper or incorrect use of batteries may cause corrosion or battery leakage,

which could cause fire, personal injury or damage to property. Install the battery correctly in the battery compartment. When the battery is exhausted, the remote control will not function. Only use the battery type indicated in this manual. Do not dispose of the used battery as domestic waste. Dispose of it in

accordance with local regulations. Small button cell batteries such as the one used in the remote control are

easily swallowed by young children and this is dangerous. Keep loose button cells away from young children and make sure that the battery is secure in the remote control. Seek medical advice if you believe a battery cell has been swallowed.

Handling the Remote Control Take care of your fingernails when you slide and pull the battery release tab. Do not drop the remote control. Do not allow anything to impact the remote control. Do not spill water or liquid on the remote control. Do not place the remote control on a wet object. Remove the battery from the remote control when not in use for a long period

of time, as corrosion or battery leakage may occur and result in physical injury, and/or property damage, and/or fire.

Wall Mounting

Installation must be carried out by qualified personnel only. Incorrect assembly can result in severe personal injury and property damage (if you intend to install this product yourself, you must check for installations such as electrical wiring and plumbing that may be buried inside the wall). It is the installers responsibility to verify that the wall will safely support the total load of the Soundbar.

Additional tools (not included) are required for the installation. Do not overtighten screws. Keep this instruction manual for future reference. Use an electronic stud finder to check the wall type before drilling and

mounting.

1. Remove the protective wrap from the rubber pads, and then attach them onto the rear of the unit.

Connections

This section involves various methods of connecting the product to other external components. Ensure all audio connections of the unit are connected before connecting to the mains power socket.

After the unit is connected to an external device, audio will only be heard from the soundbar while the connected device is used as a source output.

Method 1: Coaxial Connection Use the coaxial cable (included) to connect the soundbars COAXIAL socket to the COAXIAL OUT socket of the external device. The simplest option is to connect your soundbar directly to your TV. If you connect the soundbar to another external device (e.g. Blu-Ray player), you will hear the sound from that device through the soundbar.

1. After connection, press button on the unit or on the remote control to switch the unit on.

2. Press SOURCE on the unit or on the remote control repeatedly to select COAXIAL to play audio from your input device.

DO NOT connect the soundbar to the TV through its Yellow/Red/White sockets. Make sure that the L-shape connecter of the coaxial cable is connected to the

soundbar for wall mounting.

The unit may not be able to decode all digital audio formats from the input source. In this case, the Coaxial indicator will flash quickly, and the unit will prompt Unsupported sound format, please refer to the Instruction Book. This is NOT a defect. Ensure that the audio setting of the input source (e.g. TV, game console, DVD player, etc.) is set to PCM (Refer to the user manual of the input source device for its audio setting details) with Coaxial input.

Please refer to the user manual of your TV to change the functionality of your headphone socket to a line out if possible.

If line out functionality is not available, the TV volume should be set to approximately 75 % and adjust the TV sound settings accordingly. The soundbar can then be adjusted to provide the optimum user experience.

Method 2: AUX Connection Use the 3.5 mm to 3.5 mm Stereo Audio Cable (included) to connect the AUDIO OUT/ Headphone socket of the external device (e.g. TV, DVD player, etc.) to the units AUDIO IN socket.

After the connection is complete,

1. Press button on the unit or remote control to switch on the unit.

2. Press SOURCE on the unit or remote control repeatedly to select AUDIO IN mode to play audio from your input device.
