When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following: Read all the instructions and retain
this instruction manual. Ensure that all electrical connections
(including the mains adapter and power cable) are properly made and in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. Switch off and withdraw the mains adapter before making or changing connections.
Consult your dealer if you are ever in doubt about the installation, operation or safety of your unit.
Do not allow the unit to be exposed to dripping or splashing.
Never store in hot or very cold areas. Recommended operating temperature is 0~40C.
Do not use the unit in areas with high moisture (e.g. bathroom) or dusty areas.
Do not place hot objects or naked flame sources such as lighted candles or night lights on or close to the unit. High temperatures can melt plastic and lead to fires.
Do not obstruct the ventilation openings of the unit with items such as newspapers, tablecloths, curtains, etc. Overheating will cause damage and shorten the life of the unit.
Do not handle the power cable with wet hands.
Be careful with the LCD panels on the unit.
Only use attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.
Safety Warnings When the unit is not in use or
unattended for a long period of time, disconnect it from the mains socket.
Do not remove any fixed cover as this may expose dangerous voltages.
Do not continue to operate the unit if you are in any doubt about it working normally, or if it is damaged in any way - switch off, withdraw the mains adapter and consult your dealer.
Never let anyone especially children push anything into holes, slots or any other opening on the case - this could result in a fatal electrical shock.
Route the power cable so that it is not likely to be walked on, crushed, chafed, or subjected to excessive wear, tear or heat.
Note about LCD screen The LCD screen is manufactured using high-precision technology. However, some tiny black points and/or bright points (red, blue or green in colour) may constantly appear on the LCD screen. These points are generated in the manufacturing process and are normal.

Landscape Position Portrait Position
3. To take off the stand, unscrew it from the stand receptacle.
Preparations
Attaching the Stand 1. Screw the stand into the stand receptacle.
2. Once the stand is fixed, you can choose to display your unit in a landscape or portrait position.
Connecting to the Mains Power 1. Connect the supplied mains adapter to the unit, and then plug into the
mains socket.
2. Press to switch the unit on/off.

Selecting the Memory Device 1. When a memory device is inserted into the unit,
the frame will automatically start the slideshow.
2. Press MENU to exit the slideshow, and return to the thumbnails.
3. Press MENU again to enter the memory devices Photo screen.
4. Press MENU again to enter the memory devices screen. All connected memory devices will be displayed.
5. Press to select the desired memory device, then press to confirm.
Inserting a Memory Card / USB Device The unit can only display one memory devices contents at a time. If more than one memory device is connected, press MENU to select the desired device to be displayed in the main menu.
This frame can only play images (JPEG). If files in other formats are played, please use your computer to convert the images to a readable format.

The unit can only play image (JPEG file format) in USB or CARD operation. If your USB device or memory card is loaded with images but the display keeps
showing Format not supported on the display, the format of your USB device or memory card might not be compatible with the unit.
This unit supports USB versions 1.1 and 2.0. The unit can support USB devices and memory cards with up to 32GB of
memory. The unit may not be compatible with all USB devices and memory cards, this is
not an indication of a problem with the unit.

Viewing Photos
Viewing Thumbnails In Photo screen, the photos on the selected memory device can be displayed on the screen as thumbnails.
1. Press to select Photo and press to confirm. The photos are displayed on the screen as thumbnails.
2. To navigate through the thumbnails or move to the next or previous page of thumbnails, press
.
3. Press and hold MENU to show the tool menu.
Delete File Delete a selected photo.
Exit Exit the tool menu.
4. Press MENU to exit.
Playing a Slideshow In thumbnail screen, select any photo and then press to start a slideshow from the current photo.
To pause the slideshow and view a single photo, press . To resume the slideshow, press again.
Press MENU to exit the slideshow and view the photos in thumbnails.
While in pause mode:
Press to skip to previous or next photo.
Press to rotate a photo clockwise or counterclockwise.
Press and hold MENU to show the tool menu.
Rotate Rotate a photo clockwise.
Zoom Zoom in on a photo.
Exit Exit the tool menu.

Browsing Files
1. Press to select File and press to confirm. The file names are displayed on the screen as playlist.
2. Press to select the desired file name, and the selected photo file will be previewed and file information displayed.
3. Press and hold MENU to show the tool menu.
Delete File Delete a selected file.
Exit Exit the tool menu.
4. Press MENU to exit.

Calendar View
1. Press to select Calendar and press to confirm.
2. Display will show time/calendar with photo slideshow of the selected memory device.
3. Press to highlight selected date and to preview next/previous month calendar.
4. Press MENU to exit.
Setting
The Setup menu lets you customise and configure your unit.
1. Press to select Setup and then press to confirm. The Setup menu will be displayed.
2. Press to select a setting item, then press to confirm.
3. Press to select a setting option or press then to adjust setting, then press to confirm.
4. Press MENU to return to the Setup menu.
Language Select the display language.
Slide Mode Select the number of photo frames shown at once.
Slide Speed Select the interval time for slideshow.
Slide Effect Select photo display effect.
Photo Effect Select photo colour effect.

Photo Mode Select the aspect ratio of the viewing screen.
Display Adjust the contrast, brightness, saturation and tint of the photo display.
Set Time / Date Set the time and date.
Set Time Format Select the time format.
Auto Power On Select to enable / disable auto power on. Set auto power on time.
Auto Power Off Select to enable / disable auto power off. Set auto power off time.
Format Built-in Memory
Select to format and delete all photos in Built-in Memory.
Reset Setting Select to reset all settings to default.
Exit Exit the Setup menu.
Maintenance
Cleaning the Unit
Ensure the unit is fully unplugged from the mains socket before cleaning.
To clean the unit, wipe the case with a slightly moist, lint-free cloth.
Do not use any cleaning fluids containing alcohol, ammonia or abrasives.
Do not spray aerosol at or near the unit.

Hints and Tips
If a problem occurs, it may often be due to something very minor. The following table contains various tips:
Problem Solution
No power Ensure the mains cable is connected securely at both ends.
Make sure that the ON mode is selected.
The image is distorted or blurred
Resolution of the image is too low. Try playing a file with a higher resolution.
Photo display seems slow
Use lower resolution photos.
The unit does not respond when pressing any buttons
The unit may freeze up during use. Switch the unit off and then on again at the mains socket to reset the unit.
USB & Memory Card
Unable to insert USB device or memory card
Insert the USB device or memory card the other way round.
Cannot play some files from USB device or memory card
Check the file format. Only JPEG file formats are supported. Check if the USB device or memory card is
compatible.
