Prfen Sie vor der Benutzung die Spannung auf der Gerteplakette. Schlieen Sie das Gert nur an Steckdosen an, die der Spannung des Gerts entsprechen.

Modifi zieren Sie das Gert nicht. Garen Sie im Gert nur vakuumierte Lebensmittel. Garen sie keine unverpackten

Lebensmittel.

VORSICHT Verbrennungsgefahr! Die Gerteteile knnen whrend des Betriebes sehr hei werden. Fassen Sie sie nicht an, damit Sie sich nicht verbrennen.

DE BEDIENUNG

Fllen Sie den Behlter mit Wasser. Achten Sie dabei auf die Wasserstandsanzeige am Gert (siehe Bild). Der Wasserstand sollte zwischen dem auf der Vorderseite des Thermostaten angegebenen Minimum und Maximum liegen. Beachten Sie dabei, dass der Wasserstand noch steigt, wenn Sie Essen in den Behlter geben. Fllen Sie daher nicht zu viel Wasser ein.

Hinweis: Wenn die Wassertemperatur steigt, beginnt das Wasser zu verdampfen. Der Sous-vide Stick ist mit einem Alarm ausgestattet, der einen niedrigen Wasserstand anzeigt. Wenn der Wasserstand unter die Min-Marke fllt, schaltet sich das Gert automatisch ab.

Gert einschalten

Drcken Sie lnger als 5 Sekunden auf die POWER-Taste am Bedienfeld. Die obere Zeile zeigt die eingestellte Temperatur an. Die mittlere Zeile zeigt die aktuelle Wassertemperatur an. In der unteren Zeile sehen Sie die eingestellte Zeit und die aktuelle Laufzeit.

SET-Taste

Drcken Sie einmal auf die SET-Taste, um die Stunde einzustellen. Drcken Sie zweimal auf die Taste, um die Minute einzustellen. Wenn die Stunde oder Minute im Display blinkt, benutzen Sie [+] oder [-] Taste, um die Zeit einzustellen.

Sie knnen sich die Temperatur in C oder F anzeigen lassen. Drcken Sie gleichzeitig auf die POWER- und SET-Taste, um zwischen C und F zu wechseln.

Zeit und Temperatur einstellen

Drcken Sie auf die [+] oder [-] Taste, um Zeit und Temperatur zu erhhen oder zu verringern. Die maximale Temperatureinstellung ist 95 C (203 F). Die Zeit lsst sich von 00:00 bis 59:59 Stunden einstellen.

Essen garen

Drcken Sie einmal auf die POWER-Taste, um mit dem Erhitzen und Umwlzen des Wassers zu beginnen. Legen Sie das Essen in den Behlter, sobald das Wasser die eingestellte Temperatur erreicht hat.

Sobald das Wasser die eingestellte Temperatur erreicht hat, ertnt alle drei Sekunden ein akustisches Signal. Legen Sie die Lebensmittel in den Behlter und drcken Sie zwei Sekunden lang auf die SET-Taste, um den Signalton zu stoppen. Wenn Sie eine Zeit eingestellt haben wird nach 1 Minute die restliche Laufzeit angezeigt. Gert ausschalten

Sobald die eingestellte Zeit abgelaufen ist, ertnt der Signalton erneut alle drei Sekunden. Er erinnert Sie daran, das Essen zu entnehmen. Schalten Sie das Gert aus, indem Sie 5 Sekunden lang auf die POWER-Taste drcken.

ENTKALKUNG

Bei hufiger Benutzung emfehlen wir Ihnen das Gert monatlich oder fter zu entkalken, besonders in Regionen mit hartem Wasser.

1 Befestigen Sie das Gert in einen Topf. Fllen Sie den Topf bis zur Max-Markierung mit Wasser auf.

2 Stellen Sie die Temperatur auf 70 C. 3 Geben Sie 5 g Zitronensurepulver (Lebensmittelqualitt) pro Liter Wasser zu. 4 Lassen Sie das Wasser 20 Minuten lang zirkulieren, nachdem die

Wassertemperatur 70C erreicht hat. 5 Schalten Sie das Gert aus und ziehen Sie den Netzstecker. 6 Wenn das Gert abgekhlt ist, splen Sie das Unterteil mit kaltem Wasser ab und

trocknen Sie den Stick vor der Lagerung.

DE FEHLERSUCHE UND FEHLERBEHEBUNG

Prfen Sie, ob der Stecker in der Steckdose steckt.

Das Display zeigt den Fehlercode E05 an.

Versichern Sie sich, dass der Wasserpegel im Behlter zwischen der Min- und Max-Marke liegt. Das Gert schaltet sich automatisch ab, wenn sich zu wenig Wasser im Behlter befindet. Schalten Sie das Gert in diesem Fall aus, fllen Sie Wasser nach und schalten Sie das Gert erneut ein.

Das Display zeigt den Fehlercode E02 an.

Der digitale Thermostat ist kaputt. Wenden Sie sich an den Kundendienst oder einen Fachbetrieb in Ihrer Nhe.

Finden sich unter der durchgestrichenen Mlltonne auf der Batterie zustzlich die Zeichen Cd, Hg oder Pb ist das ein Hinweis darauf, dass die Batterie gefhrliche Schadstoffe enthlt. (Cd steht fr Cadmium, Pb fr Blei und Hg fr Quecksilber).

EN OPERATION

Fill the container with water. Pay attention to the water level indicator on the unit (see picture). The water level should be between the minimum and maximum indicated on the front of the thermostat. Note that the water level still rises when you put food into the container. Do not fill too much water.

Note: When the water temperature rises, the water starts to evaporate. The Sous-vide Stick is equipped with an alarm that indicates a low water level. If the water level falls below the minimum level, the unit switches off automatically.

Switch on the Device

Press the POWER button on the control panel for more than 5 seconds. The upper line shows the set temperature. The middle row shows the current water temperature. In the bottom line you see the set time and the current runtime.

SET Button

Press the SET button once to set the hour. Press the button twice to set the minute. When the hour or minute flashes on the display, use the[+] or[-] button to set the time.

You can display the temperature in C or F. Press the POWER and SET buttons simultaneously to switch between C and F.

Set Time and Temperature

Press the [+] or [-] button to increase or decrease the time and temperature. The maximum temperature setting is 95 C (203 F). The time can be set from 00:00 to 59:59 hours.

Cook Food

Press the POWER button once to start heating and circulating the water. Once the water has reached the set temperature, place the food in the container.

As soon as the water has reached the set temperature, an acoustic signal sounds every three seconds. Place the food in the container and press the SET button for 2 seconds to stop the beep. If you have set a time, the remaining running time is displayed after 1 minute.

Switching off the Unit

When the set time has elapsed, the beep will sound again every three seconds. It reminds you to take the food out. Turn the unit off by pressing the POWER button for 5 seconds.

DESCALING

With frequent use, descaling should be done every month or more often in regions with hard water.

1 Put the appliance in a pot and fill the pot with water to the Max level indicated on appliance.

2 Set the appliance temperature to 70C. 3 Add 5 g of citric acid powder (Food grade) per liter of water used. 4 Allow the water to circulate for 20 minutes after 70C is reached. 5 Turn off and unplug the appliance. 6 When appliance is cool, rinse the bottom in the cold water and dry before storage.

Problem Possible Cause and Solution

The device does not turn on.

Check whether the plug is plugged into the socket.

Check if the power cord is damaged.

Check that the unit has been turned on and the display is on.

The display shows error code E05.

Make sure that the water level in the container is between the minimum and maximum marks. The unit switches off automatically if there is not enough water in the tank. In this case, switch the unit off, top up with water and switch it on again.

The display shows error code E02.

The digital thermostat is broken. Contact the customer service or a specialist company in your area.

Remplissez le rcipient avec de leau. Faites attention lindicateur de niveau deau sur lappareil (voir photo). Le niveau deau doit tre compris entre le minimum et le maximum indiqu sur la face avant du thermostat. Assurez-vous que le niveau deau augmente lorsque vous mettez de la nourriture dans le rcipient. Remarque : Lorsque la temprature de leau augmente, elle commence svaporer. Le stick sous vide est quip dune alarme qui indique un faible niveau deau. Si le niveau deau descend au-dessous du minimum, lappareil steint automatiquement.

Allumer lappareil

Appuyez sur le bouton POWER du panneau de commande pendant plus de 5 secondes. La ligne suprieure indique la temprature rgle. La ligne du milieu montre la temprature actuelle de leau. La ligne du bas indique la dure rgle et la dure coule.

Touche SET

Appuyez une fois sur le bouton SET pour rgler lheure. Appuyez deux fois sur le bouton pour rgler les minutes. Lorsque lheure ou les minutes clignotent lcran, utilisez la touche [+] ou [-] pour effectuer votre rglage.

Cuisson des aliments

Appuyez une fois sur la touche POWER pour commencer chauffer et faire circuler leau. Mettez les aliments dans le rcipient ds que leau atteint la temprature dfinie.

DTARTRAGE

En cas dutilisation frquente, nous vous recommandons de dtartrer lappareil une fois par mois voire plus souvent, en particulier dans les rgions eau dure.

ES FUNCIONAMIENTO

Llene una olla con agua. Preste atencin a las escalas que presenta el aparato (ver imagen). El nivel de agua debe quedar entre las marcas MIN y MAX indicadas en la parte frontal del termostato. Tenga en cuenta que el nivel de agua sube al introducir alimentos en la olla. Por ello, no aada demasiada agua.

Atencin: Cuando la temperatura de agua sube, el agua empieza a evaporarse. El cocedor al vaco cuenta con una alarma que se activa cuando el nivel de agua es bajo. Cuando el nivel de agua es demasiado bajo, el aparato se apaga automticamente.

Encender el aparato

Mantenga pulsado el botn POWER en el panel de control durante ms de 5 segundos. El indicador superior muestra la temperatura configurada. El indicador central muestra la temperatura de agua actual. El indicador inferior muestra el tiempo elegido y el tiempo transcurrido actual.

Pulse una vez el botn SET para configurar la hora. Pulse dos veces el botn para configurar los minutos. Cuando los dgitos de la hora o minutos parpadean en el display, utilice los botones [+] o [-] para configurar la hora.

Tanto pronto como el tiempo elegido haya finalizado, se emitir cada 3 segundos una seal acstica. Dicha seal recuerda que hay que retirar la comida. Para apagar el aparato, mantenga pulsado durante 5 segundos el botn POWER.

RETIRAR LA CAL

Si utiliza el aparato con mucha frecuencia, se recomienda descalcificarlo cada mes o ms seguido, sobre todo, en las regiones con agua dura.

Riempire il contenitore dacqua. Fare attenzione al segno che indica il livello dellacqua sul dispositivo (v. immagine). Il livello dellacqua deve trovasi tra il minimo e il massimo indicati sul lato frontale del dispositivo. Tenere presente che il livello dellacqua sale quando si inseriscono gli alimenti nel contenitore. Non mettere troppa acqua.

Nota: quando la temperatura dellacqua aumenta, lacqua comincia ad evaporare. Il miscelatore per cottura sottovuoto dotato di un allarme, che indica un livello dellacqua troppo basso. Quando il livello si trova sotto al segno Min., il dispositivo si spegne automaticamente.

Accendere il dispositivo

Premere POWER sul pannello di controllo per pi di 5 secondi. La linea superiore indica la temperatura impostata. La linea centrale indica la temperatura attuale dellacqua. La linea inferiore indica il tempo impostato e quello attuale.

Premere una volta SET per impostare lora. Premerlo due volte per impostare i minuti. Quando le ore o i minuti lampeggiano sul display, utilizzare [+] o [-] per inserire il tempo desiderato.

Premere [+] o [-] per aumentare o diminuire tempo e temperatura. La temperatura massima impostabile 95 C (203 C). Il tempo pu essere impostato da 00:00 a 59:59 ore.

Cottura degli alimenti

Premere una volta POWER per iniziare a scaldare e a far circolare lacqua. Mettere gli alimenti nel contenitore non appena viene raggiunta la temperatura impostata.

Non appena lacqua ha raggiunto la temperatura impostata, viene emesso un segnale acustico ogni 3 secondi. Mettere gli alimenti nel contenitore e premere SET per due secondi per arrestare il segnale acustico. Se stato impostato un tempo, dopo 1 minuto viene indicato il tempo rimanente. Spegnere il dispositivo

Non appena il tempo impostato scaduto, il segnale acustico viene emesso nuovamente ogni tre secondi. Questo serve a ricordarvi di togliere gli alimenti dal contenitore. Spegnere il dispositivo premendo POWER per 5 secondi.

DECALCIFICAZIONE

Se il dispositivo viene utilizzato spesso, consigliamo di decalcificarlo mensilmente o con maggiore frequenza, in particolare in regioni con acqua dalla durezza elevata.

1 Fissare il dispositivo in una pentola. Riempire la pentola dacqua fino al segno Max.
