Power Supply

Use of the product must be in strict compliance with the local electrical safety regulations.

Transportation

, Use, and

Storage

To avoid heat accumulation, good ventilation is required for a proper operating environment.

Store the device in dry, well-ventilated, corrosive-gas-free, no direct sunlight, and no heating source environment.

Avoid fire, water, and explosive environment when using the device.

Avoid lightning strike for device installation. Install a lightning arrester if necessary.

Keep the device away from magnetic interference.

Avoid device installation on vibratory surface or places, and avoid equipment installation on vibratory surface or places subject to shock (ignorance may cause device damage).

DO NOT touch the heat dissipation component to avoid burns.

DO NOT expose the device to extremely hot, cold, or humidity environments. For temperature and humidity requirements, see device specification.

Maintenance

If smoke, odor, or noise arises from the device, immediately turn off the power, unplug the power cable, and contact the service center.

If the device is abnormal, contact the store you purchased it or the nearest service center. DO NOT disassemble or modify the device in any way (For the problems caused by unauthorized modification or maintenance, the company shall not take any responsibility).

Keep all wrappers after unpacking them for future use. In case of any failure occurred, you need to return the device to the factory with the original wrapper. Transportation without the original wrapper may result in damage to the device and the company shall not take any responsibility.

Chapter 1 Appearance and Interfaces

Front Panel Interfaces Description

1 Power Indicator Press it to power on.

Press it for 3 s to forcibly shutdown.

The indicator turns blue when servers power on.

2 System Status Indicator

Solid blue in normal status.

Darkness in abnormal status.

3 Reset Press it to reset.

4 USB USB 2.0.

5 Alarm Indicator Solid red indicates that the main board is abnormal.

6 UID Indicator When UID indicator is turned on, the server will display blue that easily to be located.

7 UID Button Turn on/off UID indicator.

Rear Panel Interfaces Description

Chapter 2 Installation

Install Power Supply Unit

Align power supply unit with the unit track.

Insert the rear side of power supply unit into node slots, and push it into the track until the front side of power supply unit is parallel to rear panel of server.

Take Out Power Supply Unit

Push blue breech lock of power supply unit along left side of server, and drag out it by gripping handle.

Drag out it until the whole power supply unit is token out.

Install Bracket

The bracket should be adaptive with sliding rail, and distance between two strip-shaped plate

metals with hole should be ranged from 660 mm~ 850 mm.

Install Inner Rail

Snap the back half of inner rail on snap lock in side wall of chassis, and guarantee the installation holes are align with inner rail holes.

Fix the back half of inner rail to the device by 2 M4 countersunk screws.

Repeat above steps to install another side.

Install Outer Rail

Select a 1 U space in the bracket. Install the equipped M5 caged nuts with 6 in the front and 4 in the back to the inner side of bracket.

Assemble the front half and back half of the outer rail.

Drag out the back half of the outer rail (marked with back) and adjust the length.

Fix the front half (marked with front) and back half of the outer rail in the front and rear bracket by 2 groups of 10 M5 screws and cup washer.

Repeat above steps to fix another side.

The two sides of outer rail should be parallel.

Install Bracket

Check the inner rail is properly fixed in the two sides of chassis, and outer rail is properly fixed in bracket.

Align the inner rail with the outer rail.

Push the server into the bracket along outer rail, until the server is pushed into the inner of the bracket.

Fix the server to chassis by 2 groups of 16 M5 screws and cup washer.
