Position the handle smooth side down. Fit the pegs on the handle to the grooves in the body.

Fit a rear axle into the flat side of a wheel. Place the wheel assembly into a rear

wheel well.

Fit the remaining rear axle into the flat side of a wheel.

Hint: The handle is designed to fit one way. If it does not seem to fit, turn it around and try again.

Place the wheel assembly into a rear wheel well. Insert three screws and tighten.

Hint: If the wheel assembly does not seem to fit, try assembling on the opposite side. Insert three screws and tighten.

Fit a front axle into the flat side of a wheel. Place the wheel assembly into a front wheel

well. Insert three screws and tighten.

Turn the assembly upright. Fit the sockets on the head to tabs on the

front end of the body.

While holding the head in place, turn the toy over.

Insert two screws into the body and tighten.

Repeat this procedure to assembly the remaining front axle and wheel.

Turn the product over. Squeeze both latches on the handle. Lift the

handle and then rotate down.

Squeeze both latches on the handle and lower the handle.

Turn product over and continue to lift and snap handle into place.

Battery Installation

1,5V x 2 AA (LR6)

For longer life, use alkaline batteries. Loosen the screw in the battery compartment

door with a Phillips screwdriver and remove the door.

Insert two, new AA (LR6) alkaline batteries. Replace the battery compartment door and

tighten the screw. If toy begins to operate erratically you may

need to reset the electronics. Slide the power/ volume switch off and then back on.

When sounds/lights from this toy become faint or stop, its time for an adult to change the batteries.

Protect the environment by not disposing of this product with household waste (2002/96/EC). Check your local authority for recycling advice and facilities.
