Epson ELPDC06 Quick Start Guide PDF

Quick Start You can connect the DC-06 document camera directly to most Epson projectors. For other projectors, you need to connect through your computer and install the ArcSoft Application software for ELPDC06.

Setting Up the Document Camera 1 Raise the camera head and rotate the foot.

2 Lift the arm.

3 Raise and rotate the arm.

4 Connect the USB cable that came with the camera to your projector or computer.

Using the Document Camera You can use the document camera to capture or project pages from books or other documents, or even three-dimensional objects.

1 Place the book, document, or object under the camera head. If necessary, press the Source Search button on the camera to switch the projectors display.

2 When you see the license agreement, click Yes.

3 Follow the on-screen instructions to install the software.

4 Click the icon on your computer screen to start the program.

Epson America, Inc. Limited Warranty What Is Covered: Epson America, Inc. (Epson) warrants to the original retail purchaser of the

Epson product enclosed with this limited warranty statement that the product, if purchased new

and operated in the United States or Canada, will be free from defects in workmanship and

materials for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase. For warranty service,

you must provide proof of the date of original purchase.

What Epson Will Do To Correct Problems: Should your Epson product prove defective during the

warranty period, please call the Epson Connection at (800) 637-7661 or (562) 276-4394 in the U.S.

and (905) 709-3839 in Canada for warranty instructions and return authorization. An Epson service

technician will provide telephone diagnostic service to determine whether the product requires

service. If service is needed, Epson will, at its option, exchange or repair the product without

charge for parts or labor. When Epson authorizes an exchange for the defective unit, Epson will

ship a replacement product to you, freight prepaid, so long as you use an address in Canada or

the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. Possessions). Shipments to other locations will be made

freight collect. You are responsible for securely packaging the defective unit and returning it

to Epson within five (5) working days of receipt of the replacement. Epson requires a debit or a

credit card number to secure the cost of the replacement product in the event that you fail to

return the defective one. When warranty service involves the exchange of the product or of a

part, the item replaced becomes Epson property. The exchanged product or part may be new or

previously refurbished to the Epson standard of quality, and, at Epsons option, the replacement

may be another model of like kind and quality. Epsons liability for replacement of the covered

product will not exceed the original retail selling price of the covered product. Exchange or

replacement products or parts assume the remaining warranty period of the product covered by

this limited warranty.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover: This warranty covers only normal use in the United States

and Canada. This warranty does not cover consumables. This warranty is not transferable and

will not apply to products purchased from an end user. Epson is not responsible for warranty

service should the Epson label or logo or the rating label or serial number be removed. Epson is

not responsible for warranty service should the product fail to be properly maintained or fail to

function properly as a result of misuse, abuse, improper installation, neglect, improper shipping,

damage caused by disasters such as fire, flood, and lightning, improper electrical current, software

problems, interaction with non-Epson products, or service other than by an Epson Authorized

Servicer. If a claimed defect cannot be identified or reproduced in service, you will be held

responsible for costs incurred.

Pour faire un zoom sur une partie de limage affiche, appuyez sur le bouton . Appuyez sur le bouton pour faire un zoom arrire.

Pour clairer limage, appuyez sur le bouton .

Pour afficher une image en direct ou une image partir dun tableau blanc, dun tableau noir ou dun mur, faites pivoter la tte de la camra.

Installation du logiciel Le logiciel dapplication ArcSoft pour la camra de documents ELPDC06 vous permet de saisir des images et des vidos partir de la camra de documents. Assurez-vous dinstaller le logiciel sur votre ordinateur afin de profiter pleinement des fonctions de votre camra de documents.

Installation rapide Vous pouvez brancher la camra de documents directement la plupart des projecteurs Epson. Pour lutilisation avec dautres projecteurs, vous devrez brancher la camra votre ordinateur et installez le logiciel dapplication Arcsoft pour la camra de documents ELPDC06.

Configuration de la camra de documents 1 Levez la tte de la camra et faites pivoter le pied.

2 Haussez le bras de lappareil.

3 Levez le bras de lappareil et faites le pivoter.

4 Branchez le cble USB fourni avec la camra votre projecteur ou ordinateur.

Connexion directe au projecteur Epson

Connexion par lintermdiaire de lordinateur (requiert le logiciel dapplication ArcSoft pour la camra de documents ELPDC06)

Utilisation de la camra de documents Vous pouvez utiliser la camra de documents pour saisir ou projeter des pages provenant dun livre ou tout autre document; vous pouvez mme projeter des objets en trois dimensions.

1 Placez le livre, le document ou lobjet sous la tte de la camra. Au besoin, appuyez sur le bouton Source Search (Recherche de source) sur la camra afin de modifier la source daffichage du projecteur.

2 Haussez ou baissez le bras de la camra afin de rgler la taille de limage. Appuyez sur le bouton Focus (Mise au point) pour effectuer une mise au point automatique de limage.

Tournez le cadran sur la tte de la camra pour faire pivoter limage sur lcran.

Pour faire un zoom sur une partie de limage affiche, appuyez sur le bouton . Appuyez sur le bouton pour faire un zoom arrire.

Pour clairer limage, appuyez sur le bouton .

Pour afficher une image en direct ou une image partir dun tableau blanc, dun tableau noir ou dun mur, faites pivoter la tte de la camra.

Installation du logiciel Le logiciel dapplication ArcSoft pour la camra de documents ELPDC06 vous permet de saisir des images et des vidos partir de la camra de documents. Assurez-vous dinstaller le logiciel sur votre ordinateur afin de profiter pleinement des fonctions de votre camra de documents.

1 Insrez le CD fourni avec votre camra de documents.

2 Lorsque la licence dutilisation du logiciel saffiche, cliquez sur Oui.

3 Suivez les instructions lcran pour installer votre logiciel.

4 Cliquez sur licne sur lcran dordinateur pour lancer le programme.

tats-Unis ou au Canada, est conforme aux spcifications du fabricant et sera exempt de dfaut de

fabrication et de vice matriel durant une priode de deux (2) ans compter de la date dachat.

Pour toute intervention au titre de la garantie, vous devez fournir une preuve de la date dachat

Intervention dEpson pour remdier aux problmes : Si, durant la priode de garantie, le produit

concernant les rparations sous garantie et une autorisation de retour de la marchandise. Un

technicien Epson ralisera un diagnostic tlphonique pour dterminer si le produit ncessite

des rparations. Si le produit a besoin dtre rpar, Epson peut, selon son choix, le remplacer

ou le rparer, sans frais de pices ni de main-duvre. LorquEpson autorise le remplacement du

produit dfectueux, on vous enverra un produit de remplacement, en port pay si vous avez une

adresse au Canada ou aux tats-Unis ( lexception de Puerto Rico et des possessions des .-U.).

Les livraisons vers dautres destinations seffectueront en port payable larrive. Il vous incombe

demballer correctement lunit dfectueuse et de la retourner Epson dans un dlai de cinq

(5) jours ouvrables aprs avoir reu lunit de remplacement. Epson vous demandera un numro

de carte de crdit ou de dbit pour couvrir le cot du produit de remplacement au cas o vous ne

retourneriez pas le produit dfectueux. Lorsquune intervention au titre de la garantie ncessite

lchange du produit ou dune pice, llment remplac devient proprit dEpson. Le produit

ou la pice de remplacement pourra tre neuf ou pralablement remis neuf selon les normes

de qualit dEpson et, au choix dEpson, pourra tre un autre modle de mme type et qualit.

La responsabilit dEpson pour le remplacement du produit couvert ne pourra dpasser le prix

dachat au dtail du produit lorigine. Les produits et pices remplacs sont couverts pour la

priode de garantie restante du produit dorigine couvert par la prsente garantie limite.

si le produit nest pas correctement entretenu ou ne fonctionne pas correctement du fait dune

utilisation inadquate ou abusive, dune installation incorrecte, dune ngligence, davaries lors du

transport, de dommages causs par des dsastres tels un incendie, une inondation ou la foudre,

dune surtension lectrique, de problmes logiciels, dune interaction avec des produits dune

autre marque quEpson ou dune intervention effectue par un tiers autre quun rparateur Epson

agr. Si une anomalie signale ne peut tre dcele ni reproduite, les frais engags seront
