Press the control to the desired setting as shown:

Gently insert the brush head into the body of the toothbrush by:

1. Pushing in a downward direction, and

2. turning clockwise.

Squeeze a pea size amount of toothpaste onto the brush.

Place the toothbrush into your mouth BEFORE you switch on.

Clean each tooth individually. First, place your brush on the junction between the tooth and the gum, and gently clean, moving in a circular motion. Do this for about 10 seconds. Use the same brushing action on all inner and outer tooth surfaces, tilting the brush as needed for reaching the insides of smaller front teeth. The head of the toothbrush has a specially designed movement which removes dental plaque even in places which are hard to reach. Switch off the toothbrush each time you remove it from your mouth.

After each use always clean the head of the toothbrush with running water and replace it in its compartment.

ALWAYS observe dental hygiene and use ONLY your own toothbrush head. Replace head at first sign of wear to ensure best cleaning of teeth and gums.
