ACHTUNG! Unsachgemer Gebrauch kann das Gert beschdigen. Nie ber Reiverschlsse, Nieten,

Knpfe oder andere harte Teile wi- schen.

Bei der Behandlung von zu nassem Gewebe kann es zu kleinen Brandfle- cken kommen. Nur trockene oder leicht feuchte

Gewebe behandeln. Wenn eine Stelle zu lange behandelt wird, kann sich das Gewebe verfr- ben. Das Gert stets bewegen.

6.1Gert einschalten 1 Sekunde lang drcken. a Wenn die weie Plasma-Anzeige

leuchtet, ist das Gert betriebsbe- reit.

6.2Gert ausschalten 1 Sekunde lang drcken.

Hinweis: Wenn Sie das Gert nicht verwenden, schaltet sich das Gert nach 5 Minuten ab.

6.3Gert laden Aufgeladen knnen Sie Ihr Gert bis zu 60 Minuten verwenden. Hinweis: Nur mit dem mitgelieferten Netzteil S005BYV0500100 EU-Ste- cker oder S005BYB0500100 UK-Ste- cker aufladen.

Das Gert mit dem USB-Ladekabel und dem Ladeadapter verbinden und an das Stromnetz anschlieen.  Abb. 3

a Wenn das Gert aufgeladen ist, leuchtet die weie Batterie-Anzeige und das Gert schaltet sich nach 5 Minuten ab.

Hinweis: Das Gert ist in 3-4 Stun- den aufgeladen.

6.4Gert bedienen

ACHTUNG! Wenn eine Stelle zu lange behandelt wird, kann sich das Gewebe verfr- ben. Das Gert stets bewegen. Bei der Behandlung von zu nassem Gewebe kann es zu kleinen Brandfle- cken kommen. Nur trockene oder leicht feuchte

Gewebe behandeln.

1. Das Gert leicht auf das Gewebe drcken, bis der Aktivierungsbe- reich eingedrckt ist.  Abb. 4 Der 5 cm breite Plasmabereich muss das Gewebe vollstndig be- rhren. Der Aktivierungsbereich muss vollstndig eingedrckt sein.

2. Das Gert gedrckt halten und dreimal bis viermal langsam ber die Stellen wischen, von denen der Geruch ausgeht.  Abb. 5 Das Gert stets bewegen und an- schlieend das behandelte Gewe- be ausschtteln.

Tipps Um eine Stelle intensiv zu behan-

deln, wischen Sie fter und langsa- mer ber die Stelle.

Behandeln Sie die Kleidung von in- nen und auen, insbesondere bei starken Gerchen, dickerem Ge- webe oder Nhten.

Schweigeruch entfernen Sie am besten auf der Innenseite der Klei- dung.

Hinweis: Gerche von imprgnierten Textilien lassen sich schwerer entfer- nen.

Damit Ihr Gert lange funktionsfhig bleibt, reinigen und pflegen Sie es sorgfltig.

7.1Reinigungsmittel Erfahren Sie, welche Reinigungsmittel fr Ihr Gert geeignet sind.

ACHTUNG! Durch ungeeignete Reinigungsmittel oder durch falsche Reinigung kann das Gert beschdigt werden. Keine scheuernden Tcher oder

Reinigungsmittel verwenden. Keine alkoholhaltigen oder spiritus-

haltigen Reinigungsmittel verwen- den.

Das Gert nur mit einem weichen Tuch ohne Reinigungsmittel reini- gen.

Keine scharfen, spitzen oder metal- lischen Gegenstnde benutzen.

7.2Gert reinigen

ACHTUNG! Eindringende Feuchtigkeit kann das Gert beschdigen. Nie das Gert mit einem nassen

Tuch reinigen.

2. Um eine gleichmige Plasma-Er- zeugung zu gewhrleisten, den Plasmabereich mit einem weichen Tuch ohne Reinigungsmittel reini- gen.  Abb. 6 Bei starker Verschmutzung knnen Sie den Plasmabereich mit einem leicht feuchten Tuch reinigen.

Gewebe ist zu feucht. Lassen Sie das Gewebe trocknen.

Zu feuchtes Gewebe lnger als 1 Sekunde behandelt. Lassen Sie das Gewebe trocknen.

Plasma-Anzeige wech- selt whrend des Be- triebs zu wei.

Bewegung reicht nicht aus oder Bewegungsnderung erkannt. Bewegen Sie das Gert schneller ber das Gewe-

be.

Gert blinkt rot. Umgebungstemperatur ist zu hoch oder zu niedrig. Verwenden Sie das Gert in einer wrmeren oder

klteren Umgebung.

Transportieren, Lagern und Entsorgen

Erfahren Sie hier, wie Sie Altgerte richtig entsorgen.

9.1Transportieren Sie drfen das Gert bei Flugreisen im Handgepck mitfhren. Sie drfen das Gert whrend des Flugs nicht verwenden.

9.2Akku entfernen Nur Fachpersonal darf integrierte Ak- kus zur Entsorgung entnehmen. Hinweis: Wenn Sie die Gehuse- schale ffnen, knnen Sie das Gert zerstren. 1. So lange das Plasma aktivieren,

bis der Akku vollstndig entladen ist.

2. Mit einem Schraubendreher den Verriegelungsstift entfernen.

3. Die Gehuseschale aufhebeln und den Akku entnehmen.

4. Um einen Kurzschluss zu verhin- dern, die Anschlsse am Akku ein- zeln trennen und nacheinander die Pole isolieren.

Hinweis: Auch wenn der Akku voll- stndig entladen ist, ist noch eine Restkapazitt im Akku enthalten und kann im Falle eines Kurzschlusses austreten.

9.3Akkus entsorgen Akkus sollen einer umweltgerechten Wiederverwertung zugefhrt werden. Akkus nicht in den Hausmll werfen.

Akkus umweltgerecht entsorgen.

Gem der europi- schen Richtlinie 2006/66/EG mssen defekte oder verbrauch- te Akkus/Batterien ge- trennt gesammelt und ei- ner umweltgerechten Wiederverwendung zu- gefhrt werden.

9.4Altgert entsorgen Durch umweltgerechte Entsorgung knnen wertvolle Rohstoffe wieder- verwendet werden. Das Gert umweltgerecht entsor-

gen. Informationen ber aktuelle Entsor- gungswege erhalten Sie bei Ihrem Fachhndler sowie Ihrer Gemein- de- oder Stadtverwaltung.

Dieses Gert ist entspre- chend der europischen Richtlinie 2012/19/EU ber Elektro- und Elek- tronikaltgerte (waste electrical and electronic equipment WEEE) ge- kennzeichnet. Die Richtlinie gibt den Rahmen fr eine EU-weit gltige Rcknahme und Verwertung der Altgerte vor.

Press and hold for 1 second.

Note: If you are not using the appli- ance, it will switch off after 5 minutes.

6.3Charging the appliance Once charged, your appliance can be used for up to 60 minutes. Note: Only charge with included power supply unit S005BYV0500100 EU plug or S005BYB0500100 UK plug. Use the USB charging cable to

connect the appliance and the charging adapter and then connect to the power supply.  Fig. 3

a When the appliance is charged, the white battery indicator lights up and the appliance switches off after 5 minutes.

Note: The appliance will be charged after 3-4 hours.

6.4Operating the appliance

ATTENTION! Fabric may become discoloured if an area is treated too long. Always keep the appliance mov-

ing. Treating fabric that is too wet may cause small burn marks. Only treat dry or slightly damp fab-

rics.

1. Gently press the appliance on the fabric until the activation area is pushed in.  Fig. 4 The 5 cm wide plasma treatment area must be in full contact with the fabric. The activation area must be pushed right in.

a The plasma will be activated auto- matically and the plasma indicator will light up purple.

2. Keeping the appliance pressed down, slowly wipe over the areas producing the odour three to four times.  Fig. 5 Always keep the appliance moving and then shake out the fabric treated.

Tips To treat an area intensively, wipe

more often and more slowly over this area.

Treat the clothing both on the in- side and outside, particularly with strong odours, thicker fabrics or over seams.

Sweat odours are best removed by treating the inside of the clothing.

Note: Odours from impregnated fab- rics are difficult to remove.

ATTENTION! Using unsuitable cleaning agents or incorrect cleaning may damage the appliance. Do not use abrasive cloths or

cleaning agents. Do not use cleaning agents con-

taining alcohol or spirits. Only clean the appliance with a

soft cloth without any cleaning agent.

Do not use any sharp, pointed or metal objects.

7.2Cleaning the appliance

ATTENTION! Moisture that gets in can damage the appliance. Never clean the appliance with a

wet cloth.

1. Clean the appliance with a soft cloth without any cleaning agent.

2. To ensure the even generation of plasma, clean the plasma treat- ment area with a soft cloth without any cleaning agent.  Fig. 6 If heavily soiled, the plasma treat- ment area can be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth.

9.1Transporting the appli- ance

When flying, you can transport the appliance in your hand luggage. You should not use the appliance during a flight.

9.2Removing the battery Integrated batteries may only be re- moved for disposal by trained staff. Note: Opening the housing shell can irreparably damage the appliance. 1. Activate the plasma until the bat-

tery is fully discharged. 2. Use a screwdriver to remove the

locking pin. 3. Prise open the housing shell and

remove the battery. 4. To prevent a short circuit, discon-

nect the battery connections indi- vidually and then isolate the ter- minals one after the other.

Note: Even if the battery is fully dis- charged, it still has a residual capa- city, possibly resulting in leakage in the event of a short circuit.

9.3Disposing of batteries Batteries should be recycled in an environmentally friendly manner. Do not dispose of the batteries in the household rubbish.

9.4Disposing of old appli- ance

vironmentally friendly manner. Information about current disposal methods are available from your specialist dealer or local authority.

This appliance is la- belled in accordance with European Directive 2012/19/EU concerning used electrical and elec- tronic appliances (waste electrical and electronic equipment - WEEE). The guideline determ- ines the framework for the return and recycling of used appliances as applicable throughout the EU.
