English Safety Notes Safety Warnings for Cordless Worklights

Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire and/or seri- ous injury.

Please read and observe all safety warnings and instructions enclosed with the battery or the power tool with which the battery was provided.

Handle the cordless worklight with care. The cordless worklight generates in- tense heat, which leads to increased danger of fire and explosion.

Do not work with the cordless worklight in hazardous areas. After the automatic shut-off of the cordless worklight, do not continue to

press the On/Off button. The battery could become damaged. Do not direct the light beam at persons or animals and do not stare into the

light beam yourself (not even from a distance). Use only original Bosch accessories. Do not cover the lamp head while operating the cordless worklight. The lamp

head heats up during operation and can cause burns when the heat accumulates. Do not use the cordless worklight in road traffic. The cordless worklight is not

approved for illumination in road traffic. Before any work on the cordless worklight itself (e.g. assembling, mainte-

nance, etc.), as well as when transporting and storing, remove the battery from the cordless worklight.

Do not allow children to use the cordless worklight. It is intended for profes- sional use. Children can unintentionally blind themselves or other persons.

Do not open the battery. Danger of short-circuiting. Protect the battery against heat, e. g., against continuous intense sunlight, fire, water, and moisture. Danger of explosion.

When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects like pa- per clips, coins, keys, nails, screws, or other small metal objects that can make a connection from one terminal to another. Shorting the battery terminals together may cause burns or a fire.

Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid con- tact. If contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help. Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irrita- tions or burns.

In case of damage and improper use of the battery, vapours may be emitted. Ventilate the area and seek medical help in case of complaints. The vapours can irritate the respiratory system.

Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer. A charger that is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of fire when used with an- other battery pack.

Use the battery only in conjunction with your Bosch product. This measure alone protects the battery against dangerous overload.

The battery can be damaged by pointed objects such as nails or screwdrivers or by force applied externally. An internal short circuit can occur and the battery can burn, smoke, explode or overheat.

Product Description and Specifications Intended Use The cordless worklight is intended for mobile illumination in limited space and for lim- ited time in dry indoor and outdoor areas and is not suitable for general room lighting.

Technical Data

Assembly Battery Charging (Accessory) Note: The battery supplied is partially charged. To ensure full capacity of the battery, completely charge the battery in the battery charger before using your power tool for the first time. The lithium-ion battery can be charged at any time without reducing its service life. In- terrupting the charging procedure does not damage the battery. The lithium-ion battery is protected against deep discharging by the Electronic Cell Protection (ECP). When the battery is empty, the cordless worklight is switched off by means of a protective circuit. Do not continue to press the On/Off switch after the cordless worklight has

been automatically switched off. The battery can be damaged. To remove the battery 5, press the unlocking button 4 and pull the battery out of the cordless worklight. Do not exert any force. Observe the notes for disposal.

Operation Initial Operation Inserting the battery Insert the charged battery 5 into the battery port until it can be felt to engage and is seated flush.

Switching On and Off To start the cordless worklight, press the On/Off switch 2. To switch off the cordless worklight, press the On/Off switch 2 again. To save energy, only switch the cordless worklight on when using it.

Working Advice Utility Hook (see figure A) You can use the utility hook 3 to attach the cordless worklight to an object.

Aligning the Cordless Worklight (see figure B) The cordless worklight can be used standing up, hanging or lying down. Its hexagonal shape enables the light to be aligned according to its use.

Maintenance and Service Maintenance and Cleaning When the battery is no longer operative, please refer to an authorised after-sales ser- vice agent for Bosch power tools. The cordless worklight is maintenance-free and contains no components that must be replaced or maintained. The light source cannot be replaced. If the light source is defective, the entire cord- less worklight has to be replaced. To avoid damage, clean the plastic lens of the cordless worklight only with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use cleaning agents or solvent.

Transport The contained lithium-ion batteries are subject to the Dangerous Goods Legislation requirements. The user can transport the batteries by road without further require- ments. When being transported by third parties (e.g.: air transport or forwarding agency), special requirements on packaging and labelling must be observed. For preparation of the item being shipped, consulting an expert for hazardous material is required. Dispatch batteries only when the housing is undamaged. Tape or mask off open con- tacts and pack up the battery in such a manner that it cannot move around in the pack- aging. Please also observe possibly more detailed national regulations.

Disposal Cordless worklights, battery packs, accessories and packaging should be sorted for environmental-friendly recycling.

Do not dispose of cordless worklights and batteries/rechargeable batteries into household waste!

Only for EC countries: According to the European Guideline 2012/19/EU for Waste Elec- trical and Electronic Equipment, cordless worklights that are no longer usable, and according to the European Guideline 2006/66/EC, defective or used battery packs/batteries, must be collected separately and disposed of in an environmentally correct manner.

Manier avec prcaution la lampe sur batterie. La lampe sur batterie gnre des tempratures leves qui constituent un danger lev dincendie et dexplosion.

Ne pas utiliser la lampe sur batterie dans un environnement prsentant des risques dexplosion.

Aprs la mise hors fonctionnement automatique de la lampe sur batterie, ne plus appuyer sur linterrupteur Marche/Arrt. Laccu peut tre endommag.

Ne pas diriger le faisceau lumineux vers des personnes ou des animaux et ne jamais regarder dans le faisceau lumineux, mme si vous tes grande dis- tance de ce dernier.

Nutiliser que des accessoires dorigine Bosch. Ne pas recouvrir la tte de la lampe lors de la mise en service de la lampe sur

batterie. La tte de lampe chauffe pendant son utilisation et peut entraner des brlures si cette chaleur saccumule.

Ne pas utiliser la lampe sur batterie en circulation routire. La lampe sur batte- rie nest pas agre pour lclairage en circulation routire.

Retirer laccu de la lampe avant deffectuer des travaux sur la lampe sur bat- terie (p. ex. montage, maintenance etc.) ou pour la transporter et stocker.

Ne pas laisser les enfants utiliser la lampe sur batterie sans surveillance. Elle est conue pour une utilisation professionnelle. Les enfants risquent de sblouir ou dblouir dautres personnes par inadvertance.

Ne pas ouvrir laccu. Risque de court-circuit. Protger laccu de toute source de chaleur, comme p. ex. lexposition directe au soleil, au feu, leau et lhumidit. Il y a risque dexplosion.

Tenir laccumulateur non-utilis lcart de toutes sortes dobjets mtal- liques tels quagrafes, pices de monnaie, cls, clous, vis ou autres, tant donn quun pontage peut provoquer un court-circuit. Un court-circuit entre les contacts daccu peut provoquer des brlures ou un incendie.

Dans de mauvaises conditions, du liquide peut scouler de la batterie ; vitez tout contact. En cas de contact accidentel, nettoyez leau. Si le liquide entre en contact avec les yeux, recherchez en plus une aide mdicale. Le liquide qui scoule des batteries peut causer des irritations ou des brlures.

En cas dendommagement et dutilisation non conforme de laccu, des va- peurs peuvent schapper. Ventiler le lieu de travail et, en cas de malaises, consulter un mdecin. Les vapeurs peuvent entraner des irritations des voies respiratoires.

Ne charger les accumulateurs que dans des chargeurs recommands par le fa- bricant. Un chargeur appropri un type spcifique daccumulateur peut engen- drer un risque dincendie lorsquil est utilis avec dautres accumulateurs.

Nutilisez laccumulateur quavec votre produit Bosch. Ceci protge laccumu- lateur contre une surcharge dangereuse.

Les objets pointus comme un clou ou un tournevis et le fait dexercer une force extrieure sur le botier risque dendommager laccu. Il peut en rsulter un court-circuit interne et laccu risque de senflammer, de dgager des fumes, dexploser ou de surchauffer.

Montage Chargement de laccu (accessoire) Note : Laccu est fourni en tat de charge faible. Afin de garantir la puissance com- plte de laccu, chargez compltement laccu dans le chargeur avant la premire mise en service. La batterie Lithium-ion peut tre recharge tout moment, sans que sa dure de vie nen soit rduite. Le fait dinterrompre le processus de charge nendommage pas la batterie. Grce la Protection Electronique des Cellules Electronic Cell Protection (ECP) , laccu Lithium-ion est protg contre une dcharge profonde. Lorsque laccumulateur est dcharg, la lampe sur batterie est teinte par un dispositif darrt de protection. Aprs la mise hors fonctionnement automatique de la lampe sur batterie,

nappuyez plus sur linterrupteur Marche/Arrt. Ceci pourrait endommager laccu.

Pour retirer laccu 5, appuyez sur le bouton de dverrouillage 4 et tirez laccu vers lar- rire, hors de la lampe. Ne forcez pas. Respectez les indications concernant llimination.

Fonctionnement Mise en service Montage de laccu Montez laccumulateur charg 5 dans le logement jusqu ce quil sencliquette de fa- on perceptible et ne dpasse plus.

Mise en Marche/Arrt Pour la mise en service de la lampe sur batterie, appuyez sur linterrupteur Marche/Arrt 2. Pour teindre la lampe sur batterie, appuyez nouveau sur linterrupteur Marche/Ar- rt 2. Pour conomiser lnergie, nallumez la lampe sur batterie que quand vous lutilisez.

Instructions dutilisation Crochet de suspension (voir figure A) Le crochet de suspension 3 permet de fixer la lampe sans fil un objet.

Orientation de la lampe sans fil (voir figure B) La lampe sans fil peut tre utilise debout, suspendue ou pose plat. Sa forme hexa- gonale permet dorienter la lumire en fonction des besoins et du type dutilisation.

Entretien et Service Aprs-Vente Nettoyage et entretien Au cas o laccu ne fonctionnerait plus, veuillez vous adresser une station de Service Aprs-Vente agre pour outillage Bosch. La lampe sur batterie ne ncessite aucun entretien et ne contient pas de pices de- vant tre remplaces ou ncessitant un entretien. La source dclairage ne peut pas tre remplace. Quand la source dclairage est d- fectueuse, il faut remplacer toute la lampe accu. Ne nettoyez le disque en plastique de la lampe sur batterie quavec un chiffon doux et sec afin dviter les endommagements. Nutilisez pas de dtergents ou de solvants.

Devem ser lidas todas as indicaes de advertncia e todas as ins- trues. O desrespeito das advertncias e instrues apresentadas abaixo pode causar choque eltrico, incndio e/ou graves leses.

Favor ler e observar todas as indicaes de segurana e instrues do acumu- lador ou da ferramenta eltrica, com a qual o acumulador foi fornecido.

Trate a lmpada sem fio com cuidado. A lmpada sem fio produz muito calor, que leva a um elevado risco de incndio e de exploso.

No trabalhar com a lmpada sem fio numa rea com risco de exploses. No continuar a premir o interruptor de ligar-desligar aps o desligamento

automtico da lmpada sem fio. O acumulador pode ser danificado. No apontar o raio de luz na direo de pessoas nem de animais e no olhar no

raio de luz, nem mesmo de maiores distncias. S utilizar acessrios originais Bosch. No cobrir a cabea da lmpada enquanto a lmpada sem fio estiver em fun-

cionamento. A cabea da lmpada se aquece durante o funcionamento e pode causar queimaduras se houver um acmulo de calor.

No usar a lmpada sem fio no trnsito rodovirio. A lmpada sem fio no ad- mitida para o trnsito rodovirio.

O acumulador deve ser retirado da lmpada sem fio antes de quaisquer traba- lhos na lmpada sem fio (p.ex. montagem, manuteno, etc.), assim como pa- ra o seu transporte ou armazenamento.

No permita que crianas utilizem a lmpada sem fio. Ela destinada para a uti- lizao profissional. Crianas podem involuntariamente ofuscar-se ou outras pes- soas.

No abrir o acumulador. H risco de um curto-circuito. Proteger o acumulador contra calor, p. ex. tambm contra uma per- manente radiao solar, fogo, gua e humidade. H risco de exploso.

Manter o acumulador que no est sendo utilizado afastado de clipes, moe- das, chaves, parafusos ou outros pequenos objetos metlicos que possam causar um curto-circuito dos contactos. Um curto-circuito entre os contactos do acumulador pode ter como consequncia queimaduras ou fogo.

No caso de aplicao incorreta pode vazar lquido do acumulador. Evitar o contacto. No caso de um contacto acidental, dever enxaguar com gua. Se o lquido entrar em contacto com os olhos, tambm dever consultar um mdi- co. Lquido que escapa do acumulador pode levar a irritaes da pele ou a queima- duras.

Em caso de danos e de utilizao incorreta do acumulador, podem escapar va- pores. Arejar bem o local de trabalho e consultar um mdico se forem consta- tados quaisquer sintomas. possvel que os vapores irritem as vias respirat- rias.

S carregar acumuladores em carregadores recomendados pelo fabricante. H perigo de incndio se um carregador apropriado para um certo tipo de acumu- ladores for utilizado para carregar acumuladores de outros tipos.

S utilizar o acumulador junto com o seu produto Bosch. S assim que o seu acumulador estar protegido contra perigosa sobrecarga.

Berhati-hatilah jika menggunakan lampu senter pakai baterai. Lampu senter pakai baterai menjadi sangat panas jika digunakan, yang dapat mengakibatkan bahaya terjadinya kebakaran dan ledakan.

Janganlah menggunakan lampu senter pakai baterai di tempat di mana bisa terjadi ledakan.

Setelah lampu senter pakai baterai padam secara otomatis, janganlah meneruskan menekan pada tombol untuk menghidupkan dan mematikan. Baterai bisa menjadi rusak oleh karenanya.

Janganlah sekali-kali mengarahkan sinar lampu pada orang atau hewan dan janganlah melihat ke sinar lampu, juga tidak dari jarak yang jauh.

Gunakanlah hanya aksesori asli yang bermerek Bosch. Janganlah menutupi senter selama lampu senter pakai baterai digunakan.

Senter menjadi panas selama penggunaan lampu senter dan bisa mengakibatkan terjadinya luka-luka, jika panas tidak bisa berpindah.

Janganlah menggunakan lampu senter pakai baterai dalam lalulintas. Lampu senter pakai baterai tidak diizinkan untuk penggunaan sebagai penerangan lalulintas.

Sebelum mulai semua pekerjaan pada lampu senter pakai baterai (misalnya pemasangan, perawatan dsb.), juga jika mengangkut dan menyimpannya, keluarkan baterai dari lampu senter pakai baterai.

Janganlah membiarkan anak-anak menggunakan lampu senter pakai baterai. Lampu senter ini dirancang untuk penggunaan profesional. Anak-anak secara tidak disengaja dapat melukai mata diri sendiri atau orang lain.

Janganlah membuka baterai. Ada bahaya terjadinya korsleting. Lindungilah baterai terhadap panas, misalnya juga terhadap penyinaran matahari yang lama, api, air dan kelembaban. Ada bahaya terjadinya ledakan.

Jika baterai tidak digunakan, jauhkan baterai dari klip untuk kertas, uang logam, kunci, paku, sekrup atau benda-benda kecil dari logam lainnya, yang dapat menjembatani kontak-kontak. Korsleting antara kontak-kontak baterai dapat mengakibatkan kebakaran atau api.

Jika alat digunakan salah, bisa jadi ada cairan yang merembes ke luar dari baterai. Berhati-hatilah, hindarkan kontak dengan cairan ini. Jika Anda terkena cairan ini tanpa disengaja, cucilah dengan air. Jika mata terkena cairan, cuci dengan air, kemudian mintakan bantuan seorang dokter. Cairan baterai yang merembes ke luar bisa mengganggu kulit atau mengakibatkan kulit terbakar.

Jika baterai rusak dan jika baterai digunakan salah, baterai bisa mengeluarkan uap. Biarkan udara segar mengalir masuk dan jika Anda merasa tidak enak badan, pergilah ke dokter. Uap tersebut bisa mengganggu saluran pernafasan.

Isikan baterai hanya dalam alat pencas baterai-alat pencas baterai yang dianjurkan oleh produsen. Jika suatu alat pencas baterai yang cocok untuk mengisi satu macam baterai tertentu, digunakan untuk mengisi baterai-baterai lainnya, ada bahaya terjadinya kebakaran.

Cara memasang Cara mengisi baterai (aksesori) Petunjuk: Baterai dipasok dalam keadaan diisi sebagian. Untuk menjamin daya penuh dari baterai, sebelum penggunaannya untuk pertama kalinya, isikanlah baterai sampai penuh sama sekali di dalam alat pencas baterai. Baterai ion-Li bisa diisi sewaktu-waktu, tanpa mengurangi daya tahannya. Baterai tidak menjadi rusak jika pengisiannya dihentikan untuk sementara waktu. Baterai ion Li dilindungi terhadap pengosongan sama sekali dengan Electronic Cell Protection (ECP). Jika baterai kosong, lampu senter pakai baterai dimatikan oleh sakelar pengaman. Jika lampu senter pakai baterai mati secara otomatis, janganlah meneruskan

menekan tombol untuk menghidupkan dan mematikan. Baterai bisa menjadi rusak karenanya.

Untuk melepaskan baterai 5, tekan tombol rilis4 dan keluarkan baterai dari kompartemen. Jangan melepas baterai dengan paksa. Perhatikanlah petunjuk-petunjuk untuk membuang.

Transpor Pada baterai-baterai ion-Li yang digunakan diterapkan persyaratan terkait peraturan- peraturan tentang bahan-bahan yang berbahaya. Baterai-baterai dapat diangkut oleh penggunanya di jalanan tanpa harus memenuhi syarat-syarat tertentu. Pada pengiriman oleh pihak ketiga (misalnya transportasi dengan pesawat udara atau perusahaan ekspedisi) harus ditaati syarat-syarat terkait kemasan dan pemberian tanda. Dalam hal ini, untuk mempersiapkan transportasi harus diminta dukungan seorang ahli bahan-bahan berbahaya. Kirimkan baterai hanya jika rumahannya tidak rusak. Kontak-kontak yang terbuka harus ditutupi dengan pita perekat dan kemaskan baterai sedemikian, sehingga baterai tidak bergerak-gerak di dalam kemasan. Taatilah peraturan-peraturan nasional lainnya yang mungkin lebih rinci yang berlaku di negara Anda.
