1Safety

Observe the following safety instructions.

1.1General information Read this instruction manual carefully. Observe the instructions for the base unit.

1.2Intended use Only use the accessories: with a kitchen machine from the same series MUM5. With genuine parts and accessories. For squeezing juice out of citrus fruits.

1.3Safety instructions

WARNING  Risk of injury! Improper use may cause injuries. Never assemble the accessories on the base unit. Only attach and remove accessories once the drive has

stopped and the appliance has been unplugged. Only use the accessories once fully assembled. The accessories should only be used in the intended operating

position.

2.1Unpacking the accessor- ies and parts

1. Take the accessories out of the packaging.

2. Take all other parts and the ac- companying documents out of the packaging and place them to hand.

3. Remove any packaging material. 4. Remove any stickers or film.

2.2Contents of package After unpacking all parts, check for any damage in transit and complete- ness of the delivery.  Fig. 1

1. Take the strainer out of the con- tainer.

Prepare the base unit and the ac- cessories for use.

4.1Preparing the base unit Note: The food processor shown in the pictures may differ from your model in terms of shape and fea- tures. 1. Set up the base unit as described

in the main operating instructions. 2. Press the release button and raise

the swivel arm until it engages.  Fig. 3

3. Place the bowl in the base unit.  Fig. 4

4. Turn the bowl anticlockwise until it engages.  Fig. 5

5. Press the release button and push the swivel arm down until it en- gages in position 1.  Fig. 6

6. Press down the protective cover for drive 2 at the marking and remove.  Fig. 7

4.2Fitting citrus press onto the base unit

1. Place the strainer in the container.  Fig. 8

2. Place the citrus press on drive 2 as shown.  Fig. 9

3. Rotate the citrus press clockwise until it engages.  Fig. 10 The citrus press must be securely connected to the base unit.

5.1Squeezing citrus fruit Note: Your model is equipped with a 4- or 7-level rotary switch depending on the features of the appliance. The recommended speeds for the 4-level rotary switch are always shown in brackets in these instructions for use. 1. Cut the citrus fruit in half. 2. Insert the mains plug. 3. Turn the rotary switch to set-

ting 3-5 (2-3).  Fig. 11

4. Press one half of the citrus fruit down on the pressing cone until no more juice escapes.  Fig. 12

5. Repeat the process until all of the fruit has been

squeezed out the juice in the container

5.2Removing the citrus press

1. Rotate the citrus press anticlock- wise until it disengages.  Fig. 13

2. Remove the citrus press from the base unit.  Fig. 14

3. Pour the juice into a suitable con- tainer.  Fig. 15

4. Take the strainer out of the con- tainer.  Fig. 16

Tip: Clean all parts immediately after use so that residues do not dry on.

of pulp from the strainer. 2. Wash the strainer and container by

hand or clean in the dishwasher.

3. Putar juicer sitrus mengikut arah jam sehingga ia masuk ke tempatnya.  Raj. 10 Pemerah buah sitrus mesti dipasang dengan ketat pada peranti asas.

Dalam arahan operasi ini, kelajuan yang disyorkan untuk suis putar 4 kedudukan diberikan dalam kurungan. 1. Potong separuh buah sitrus. 2. Pasangkan palam kuasa. 3. Tetapkan pilihan suis berputar

pada tahap 3-5 (2-3).  Raj. 11

4. Perah buah sitrus yang telah dibelah dua di kon pemerah, sehingga tidak ada lagi jus yang keluar.  Raj. 12

5. Ulangi proses tersebut, sehingga kesemua buah telah diperah

jus didalam bekas pengumpul mencapai tahap max

6. Tetapkan suis putar ke . 7. Tanggalkan plag.

5.2Tanggalkan pemerah buah sitrus

1. Putar juicer sitrus berlawanan arah jarum jam sehingga ia keluar.  Raj. 13

2. Keluarkan juicer sitrus dari unit asas.  Raj. 14

3. Tuangkan jus kedalam bekas yang sesuai.  Raj. 15

4. Keluarkan ayak dari bekas.  Raj. 16

Petua: Bersihkan semua bahagian sebaik sahaja digunakan sehingga sisa tidak kering.
