1. Positionthepreparedcitruspresswith glasscarafeonastableandlevelwork surface.

2. Connectthemainscabletothesocket. 3. Positionthehalvedcitrusfruitswiththe

cutsurfaceonthepressingconeand pressdown.

Thecitruspressstartsrunningoncethe pressedproductispressedontothe pressingcone.Thepressingconerotates eitherclockwiseoranticlockwise.Oncethe pressedproductisreleasedandpressed onceagain,thepressingconechanges itsrotationdirection.Ifexcesspressure isapplied,thepressingconechanges therotationdirectioninrapidsuccession. Reducethepressureuntilthepressing conerotatesnormallyoncemore. Caution! Pressamaximumof10fruits(approx.2kg) oneaftertheother.Thenhaltthepressing procedureuntilthemotorunithasonce againreachedroomtemperature.Onlythen shouldthepressingprocedureberesumed. Notes: Toobtainthelargestamountofjuice, thepressingprocedureshouldbe repeatedafewtimes.

Thefilterinsertwiththeroughpeeland theseedsshouldbeemptiedifrequired.

4. Toswitchofftheappliance,reducethe pressureonthepressingcone.The citruspressswitchesoffautomatically.

5. Disconnectthemainscablefromthe socket.

6. Removethecitruspressfromtheglass carafe.

Thedischargevalveclosesautomatically oncethecitruspressisremovedfromthe glasscarafe. 7. Forthepurposeofstorage,forexample

intherefrigerator,sealtheglasscarafe withthelid.
