To see LED light source provides a bright light up to 800 lumens in a focused 15 degree beam pattern to illuminate the road ahead. To be seen light sources from the sides of the light provide 270 degree visibility.

The enclosed Lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery is a high performance rechargeable cell. Expect about 500 full charges, depending on care (see next pages).

After full life, battery will continue to charge but with a lower capacity. When capacity is unsatisfactory, do not open the case or incinerate; please recycle.

Li-ion batteries cannot be shipped by air due to overheating hazard; when traveling by air, place in your carry-on.

To turn on, press the power button.

Die LED-Lichtquelle frs Sehen spendet ein helles Licht von bis zu 800 Lumen Leistung, fokussiert auf einen Lichtkegel von 15 Grad, zur Ausleuchtung der vor Ihnen liegenden Strae. Seitlich angeordnete Lichtquellen zum Gesehen werden sorgen fr Sichtbarkeit in einem Bereich von 270.

Die mitgelieferte Lithium-Ionen-Batterie (Li-Ion) ist eine wiederaufladbare Hochleistungsbatterie. Je nach Pflege knnen Sie rund 500 Komplettladungen erwarten (siehe nchste Seite).

Nach der vollen Lebensdauer lsst sich der Akku weiterhin laden, jedoch mit einer geringeren Kapazitt. Wenn die Kapazitt nicht mehr zufrieden stellend ist, sollten Sie das Gehuse nicht ffnen bzw. den Akku nicht verbrennen. Bitte recyceln Sie den Akku.

Li-Ionen-Batterien knnen aufgrund der Gefahr einer berhitzung nicht per Luftfracht versendet werden; bei Flugreisen transportieren Sie den Akku in Ihrem Handgepck.

When the Ion 800 R/RT is switched on, the power button indicates the battery power remaining.

Leuchtdauer

Die Leuchtdauer wird von folgenden Faktoren beeinflusst: Ladetemperatur, Auentemperatur und Betriebsart.

Trail Configuration enables or disables the Ion 800R/RT to toggle between 800 and 450 lumen steady modes. To enable and disable press and hold the power button for 8 seconds with the light off. The main LED will flash once indicating trail configuration has been enabled/disabled.

La Configuration de trail active ou dsactive l'clairage Ion 800R/RT pour basculer entre les modes d'clairage fixe 800 et 450 lumens. Pour activer ou dsactiver cette configuration, maintenez la touche de mise sous tension enfonce pendant 8 secondes tandis que le feu est teint. La DEL principale clignotera une fois pour confirmer lactivation ou la dsactivation de la configuration trail.

Die Trail-Konfiguration ermglicht der Ion 800R/RT zwischen Dauerlichtmodi mit 800 und 450 Lumen umzuschalten. Drcke zur Aktivierung und Deaktivierung dieser Funktion bei ausgeschaltetem Scheinwerfer die Ein/Aus-Taste 8 Sekunden lang. Die Haupt-LED blinkt dann zur Anzeige der Aktivierung/Deaktivierung der Trail-Konfiguration einmal auf.

La configuracin Trail permite que la Ion 800R/RT alterne entre los modos de luz fija de 800 y 450 lmenes. Para activar o desactivarla, pulsa el botn de alimentacin durante 8 segundos con la luz apagada. El LED principal parpadear una vez para indicar que la configuracin trail ha sido activada/desactivada.

Charging the battery When to charge

Fully charge the battery before first use and before riding. From empty to full, recharging takes about 5 hours (but new battery should not be fully empty).

Fully charge the battery before any extended use. The battery slowly loses charge over time, so if it has not been used for some time, recharge before using the light again.

Charging Instructions

Plug the Micro USB into the light. Connect the USB cable into a computer or wall adapter.

For best results, charge at room temperature in dry place; avoid extreme conditions including wet, cold, or extremely hot.

NOTE: Use with a quality CE or UL approved USB charger rated for 500 mA or greater.

Chargez compltement la batterie avant la premire utilisation et avant de sortir vlo. La recharge complte dune batterie vide demande environ 5 heures (mais une batterie neuve nest pas compltement dcharge).

Rechargez compltement la batterie avant une utilisation prolonge. La charge de la batterie diminue lentement avec le temps ; si elle na pas t utilise depuis une longue priode, rechargez-la avant dutiliser lclairage nouveau.

Instructions de charge

Raccordez le cble Micro USB l'clairage. Branchez le cble USB sur un ordinateur ou sur un adaptateur secteur.

Pour de meilleurs rsultats, chargez la batterie dans des conditions de temprature ambiante intrieure et au sec ; vitez les conditions extrmes dhumidit, de froid ou de chaud.

REMARQUE : utiliser avec un chargeur USB de qualit CE ou homologu UL, d'une intensit de 500 mA ou plus.

Cargar la batera Cuando cargarla

Cargua la batera completamente antes de utilizarla por primera vez y antes de salir a rodar. Cargar la batera completamente vaca requiere, aproximadamente, 5 horas (una batera nueva no debera estar completamente vaca).

Cargue completamente la batera antes de utilizarla las siguientes veces. La batera va perdiendo carga a lo largo del tiempo. Por lo tanto, si no se ha utilizado durante un tiempo, recrguela antes de volver a utilizarla.

Instrucciones de carga

Conecta el micro USB a la luz. Conecta el cable USB en el ordenador o el adaptador de pared.

Para obtener resultados ptimos, cargue la batera a temperatura ambiente en un lugar seco; evite condiciones ambientales extremas, incluyendo entornos hmedos, fros o extremadamente calientes.

NOTA: Debe utilizarse con un cargador USB homologado por la UL o la CE para 500 mA o ms.

Laden des akkus Wann sollte geladen werden

IMPORTANT: Check your local lighting laws. Flashing lights are not allowed in all locations. The Ion 800 R/RT does not conform to the German road traffic regulation StVZO.

A bicycle without correct lights and reflectors might be difficult for other people to see, and you might not be able to see. If you can not see, or other people can not see you, you could have an accident. Make sure your lights operate correctly and that batteries are charged.

1. Follow Garmin Edge instructions for pairing ANT+ sensors and select lights to be paired from the Garmin pairing menu NOTE: Perform the pairing procedure up to 30m away from other ANT+ lights not intended to be paired to the device, or disable the wireless function of the unintended lights by resetting the device. Please visit support.garmin.com for additional information. 2. When pairing to Transmitr Remote place all TransmitR lights to be paired within 15cm/6 inches of the remote. 3. Press and hold the center button on the remote for 8 seconds until the corner buttons begin flashing. The remote will find a TransmitR light and the light will begin flashing. At the same time, the center button on the remote will turn from red to green, signifying a connection. 4. Press the corner button on the remote that you would like to have paired to the light. The light will stop flashing when it has been paired to the remote. The center button will change back to red and search for additional lights to pair. 5. If the remote locates another light, repeat step 4. 6. When all TransmitR lights (up to seven) have been paired, press the center button of the remote to exit pairing. It will turn from red to OFF. Your TransmitR system is now paired and ready for use.

ON: Quick-press the center button.

OFF: Press and hold the center button.

To turn on an individual light

ON: Quick-press the corner button that controls the light.

OFF: Press and hold the same button.

To change modes of an individual light

Each quick-press of a button that controls a light will cycle through the modes.

Fonctionnement sans fil Jumelage des clairages RT avec une slection de compteurs Garmin Edge ou une tlcommande TransmitR (ci-dessous)

Bouton central - Marche/Arrt du systme (tous

les clairages) - Indique l'tat de la batterie de l'clairage

lorsqu'on appuie sur un bouton jumel Feu de route (Feux avant uniquement)

1. Suivez les instructions de Garmin Edge pour jumeler des capteurs ANT+ et slectionner les clairages associer dans le menu de jumelage de Garmin REMARQUE : Effectuez la procdure de jumelage une distance de 30 m minimum d'autres clairages ANT+ que vous ne souhaitez pas jumeler avec l'appareil, ou dsactivez la fonction sans fil des clairages non souhaits en les rinitialisant. Pour toute information complmentaire, veuillez visiter le site support.garmin.com. 2. Pour le jumelage avec la tlcommande TransmitR, placez tous les clairages TransmitR coupler 15 cm maximum de la tlcommande. 3. Appuyez sur le bouton central de la tlcommande et maintenez-le pendant 8 secondes jusqu' ce que les boutons angulaires commencent clignoter. La tlcommande trouve un clairage Transmitr qui commence clignoter. En mme temps, le bouton central de la tlcommande passe du rouge au vert, pour indiquer une connexion. 4. Appuyez sur le bouton angulaire de la tlcommande que vous voulez jumeler avec l'clairage. La lumire s'arrte de clignoter une fois jumele avec la tlcommande. Le bouton central redevient rouge et cherche des clairages supplmentaires jumeler. 5. Si la tlcommande localise un autre clairage, rptez l'tape 4. 6. Lorsque tous les clairages Transmitr (jusqu' sept) sont jumels, appuyez sur le bouton central de la tlcommande pour sortir du mode de jumelage. Il s'teint. Votre systme Transmitr est prsent jumel et prt fonctionner.

Utilisation de la tlcommande TransmitR Commande des clairages l'aide de la tlcommande Transmitr

Pour allumer tous les clairages

MARCHE : Appuyer brivement sur le bouton central.

ARRT : Maintenir le bouton central enfonc.

Pour allumer un clairage particulier

MARCHE : Appuyer brivement sur le bouton d'angle qui commande cet clairage

ARRT : Maintenir ce mme bouton enfonc.

Pour changer le mode d'un clairage en particulier

Chaque brve pression sur un bouton qui commande un clairage fait dfiler les modes.

Lors d'une pression sur un bouton d'angle, le bouton central indique l'tat de la batterie de l'clairage.

Le feu peut tre chaud au toucher.

wenn die entsprechende Taste gedrckt wird Fernlicht (nur Scheinwerfer)

1. Befolgen Sie die Anweisungen im Garmin Edge-Benutzerhandbuch zur Kopplung von ANT+-Sensoren und ausgewhlten Leuchten ber das Garmin Kopplungsmen HINWEIS: Halten Sie bei der Durchfhrung eines Kopplungsverfahrens bis zu 30 Meter Abstand zu anderen ANT+-Beleuchtungen, die nicht mit dem Gert gekoppelt werden sollen oder deaktivieren Sie die Drahtlos-Funktion dieser Leuchten durch Zurcksetzen des Gerts. Weiterfhrende Informationen finden Sie auf support.garmin.com. 2. Bei Kopplung mit der TransmitR-Fernbedienung positionieren Sie alle zu koppelnden TransmitR-Leuchten innerhalb von 15 cm zur Fernbedienung. 3. Drcken und halten Sie die mittige Taste der Fernbedienung fr 8 Sekunden bis die Ecktasten zu blinken beginnen. Die Fernbedienung findet die TransmitR-Leuchte und die Leuchte beginnt zu blinken. Gleichzeitig wechselt die mittige Taste auf der Fernbedienung von rot zu grn und zeigt dadurch eine bestehende Verbindung an. 4. Drcken Sie auf der Fernbedienung die Ecktaste, mit der Sie die Leuchte koppeln mchten. Die Leuchte hrt auf zu blinken, wenn die Kopplung mit der Fernbedienung erfolgt ist. Die mittige Taste leuchtet wieder rot und sucht nach weiteren Leuchten, um diese zu koppeln. 5. Wenn die Fernbedienung eine weitere Leuchte erkennt, wiederholen Sie Schritt 4. 6. Wenn alle TransmitR-Leuchten (bis zu sieben) gekoppelt wurden, drcken Sie die mittige Taste der Fernbedienung, um das Koppeln zu beenden. Die Taste hrt dann auf rot zu leuchten. Ihr TransmitR-System wurde jetzt gekoppelt und ist einsatzbereit.

Verwendung der TransmitR-Fernbedienung Steuerung der Leuchten mit der TransmitR-Fernbedienung

Alle Leuchten ein-/ausschalten

EIN: Drcken Sie kurz die mittige Taste.

AUS: Halten Sie die mittige Taste gedrckt.

Einzelne Leuchten ein-/ausschalten

EIN: Drcken Sie kurz die Ecktaste, mit der die entsprechende Leuchte gesteuert wird.

AUS: Halten Sie dieselbe Taste gedrckt.

Modi einer einzelnen Leuchte ndern

Jedes kurze Drcken einer Taste, mit der eine Leuchte gesteuert wird, sorgt fr einen Moduswechsel.

Anzeige des Ladezustands einer Leuchte auf der Fernbedienung

Wenn eine Ecktaste gedrckt wird, zeigt die mittige Taste den Ladezustand der zugehrigen Leuchte an.

Die Leuchte kann sich bei Betrieb erhitzen und hei anfhlen.

1. Siga las instrucciones del Garmin Edge para emparejar los sensores ANT+ y seleccione qu luces deben emparejarse desde el men de conexin del Garmin. NOTA: Si estn presentes otras luces ANT+ que no deban emparejarse con el dispositivo, el proceso debe realizarse a 30 metros de distancia de estas, o reiniciar el dispositivo para deshabilitar la funcin inalmbrica de las mismas. Acceda a support.garmin.com para obtener informacin adicional. 2. Cuando las luces se emparejen a Transmit Remote, debern colocarse a una distancia mxima de 15 cm del control remoto. 3. Mantn pulsado el botn central del control remoto durante 8 segundos hasta que los botones de las esquinas empiecen a parpadear. El control remoto buscar la luz TransmitR, que empezar a parpadear. De forma simultnea, el botn central del control remoto pasar del color rojo al verde, para indicar que se ha realizado la conexin. 4. Pulsa el botn de la equina del control remoto que deseas emparejar con la luz. La luz dejar de parpadear cuando se haya emparejado con el control remoto. El botn central cambiar de nuevo a rojo y buscar otras luces para emparejar. 5. Si el control remoto localiza otra luz, repite el paso 4. 6. Cuando todas las luces TransmitR (hasta siete) hayan sido emparejadas, pulsa el botn central del control remoto para salir de la funcin de emparejamiento. Pasar del color rojo a APAGADO. El sistema TransmitR estar emparejado y preparado para ser utilizado.

Para encender todas las luces

ENCENDER: Pulsa brevemente el botn central.

APAGAR: Mantn pulsado el botn central.

Para encender una luz determinada

ENCENDER: Pulsa brevemente el botn de la esquina que controla dicha luz.

APAGAR: Mantn pulsado el mismo botn.

Cambiar los modos de una luz individual

Cada vez que pulse brevemente el botn que controla una luz, pasar de un modo a otro.

Cmo comprobar el estado de la batera de la luz desde el control remoto

Al pulsar un botn de la esquina, el botn central indicar el estado de la batera de la luz.

No toque la luz, ya que podra estar muy caliente.
