Stromschlag

WARNUNG Wie jedes elektrische Gert ist auch dieses Gert vorsichtig und umsichtig zu gebrauchen, um Gefahren durch elektrische Schlge zu vermeiden.

Betreiben Sie das Gert deshalb nur mit dem mitgelieferten Netzteil und an der auf dem Netzteil angegebenen Netzspannung, nie, wenn das Gert oder Zubehr sichtbare Schden aufweist, nicht whrend eines Gewitters.

Schalten Sie das Gert im Falle von Defekten oder Betriebsstrungen sofort aus und trennen Sie das Gert vom Stromanschluss. Ziehen Sie nicht am Stromkabel oder am Gert um das Netzteil aus der Steckdose zu ziehen. Halten oder tragen Sie das Gert niemals am Netzkabel. Betreiben Sie das Gert deshalb nie unter einer Abdeckung, wie z. B. Decken oder Kissen, nie in der Nhe von Benzin oder anderen leicht entflammbaren Stoffen.

Handhabung

ACHTUNG Nach jedem Gebrauch und vor jeder Reinigung ist das Gert auszuschalten und auszustecken. Schtzen Sie das Gert vor hohen Temperaturen.

6. Inbetriebnahme 1. Entfernen Sie die Verpackung. 2. ffnen Sie an der Yoga- & Stretchmatte den Klettverschluss. 3. Legen Sie die Yoga- & Stretchmatte flach ausgebreitet auf einen ebenen Boden. Achten Sie darauf, dass um

die Yoga- & Stretchmatte gengend Platz ist, um sich bequem darauf hinlegen zu knnen. 4. berprfen Sie Gert, Netzteil und Kabel auf Beschdigungen. 5. Verbinden Sie das mitgelieferte Netzteil mit der Anschlussbuchse an der Yoga- & Stretchmatte. 6. Stecken Sie das Netzeil in eine geeignete Steckdose. Verlegen Sie das Netzkabel stolpersicher! Die Yoga- &

Stretchmatte ist nun einsatzbereit.

7. Anwendung 1. Ziehen Sie die Schuhe aus. Legen Sie smtlichen Schmuck ab. Tragen Sie bequeme Kleidung. 2. Legen Sie sich mit dem Rcken auf die Yoga- & Stretchmatte. Achten Sie darauf, dass Ihr Kopf bequem auf der

Kopfsttze aufliegt und Ihr Ges so nahe wie mglich an der unteren grauen Erhebung anliegt. Sollte die aktuelle Liegeposition unangenehm sein, verndern Sie die Liegepositon, bis Sie bequem liegen.

3. Um nun die Yoga- & Stretchmatte einzuschalten, drcken Sie auf der Fernbedienung die EIN / AUS-Taste . 4. Whlen Sie auf der Fernbedienung Ihr gewnschtes Programm. Die Yoga- & Stretchmatte besitzt vier verschiedene

Programme zur Auswahl. Alle vier Programme haben eine Dauer von 15 Minuten. Nach Ablauf der 15 Minuten schaltet sich die Yoga- & Stretchmatte automatisch ab.

Dieses Programm ist besonders fr die Hfte, die Lenden und die Schultern geeignet. Durch leichte Drehbewegungen knnen mgliche Verspannungen im Bereich der Hfte, Lenden oder Schultern gelockert werden.

Dieses Programm hilft Ihnen sich zu entspannen und untersttzt Sie beim Auftanken neuer Energien.

Dieses Programm wurde so konzipiert, dass Ihre Wirbelsule in der gesamten Lnge sanft gestreckt wird. Dadurch fhlen Sie sich flexibler und ausgeglichener, wie nach einer Yogasitzung.

Dieses Programm versetzt Ihren gesamten Krper in eine tiefenentspannte Haltung und hilft Ihnen beim Abschalten vom oftmals stressigen Alltag.

5. Whlen Sie mit den Tasten und Ihre gewnschte Intensitt. Das Gert verfgt insgesamt ber drei Inten- sittsstufen. Wir empfehlen Ihnen zunchst mit der niedrigsten Intensittsstufe zu beginnen. Das Gert startet automatisch mit der mittleren Intensittsstufe. Prfen Sie vorsichtig, ob die Anwendung angenehm fr Sie ist. Die Anwendung sollte zu jeder Zeit als angenehm und entspannend empfunden werden. Brechen Sie die Anwendung ab oder ndern Sie ihre Liegeposition, wenn Sie die Anwendung als schmerzhaft oder unangenehm empfinden.

6. Die Yoga- & Stretchmatte bietet die Mglichkeit, zu den Programmen noch zustzlich Wrme oder Vibration hinzuzuschalten, um die Anwendung noch angenehmer zu machen. Um die Wrme hinzuzuschalten, drcken Sie auf der Fernbedienung die Wrme-Taste . Um die Vibration hinzuzuschalten, drcken Sie auf der Fernbedienung die Vibration-Taste . Um die Wrme / Vibration wieder auszuschalten, drcken Sie erneut die jeweilige Taste.

Hinweis Sie knnen die Anwendung jederzeit mit der Pause-Taste pausieren. Um die Anwenung wieder fortzusetzen, drcken Sie erneut die Pause-Taste .

7. Wenn Sie das eingestellte Programm vor Ablauf der 15-mintigen Programmdauer beenden mchten, drcken Sie die EIN / AUS-Taste . Das Gert ist nun ausgeschaltet.

8. Stecken Sie das Netzteil nach jeder Anwendung aus der Steckdose.

8. Tipps zur optimalen Entspannung - Versuchen Sie sich whrend dem Stretching fallen zu lassen und zu ent-

spannen, um die Behandlung mglichst ohne Anstrengung zu genieen. - Atmen Sie langsam und tief durch die Nase und versuchen Sie einen gleich-

migen Atemrhythmus zu finden. - Bei Programmen, welche Drehbewegungen vorgeben, knnen Sie mit dem

Kopf bzw. dem Krper schonend in die Bewegung mitgehen. - Gewhnen Sie Ihren Krper zu Beginn behutsam an die Stretch-

Bewegungen. Wenn Sie mit der Behandlung vertraut sind und Sie sich wohl damit fhlen, knnen Sie die Behandlungen so oft wiederholen wie Sie mchten.

9. Reinigung und Pflege Reinigung

WARNUNG Stecken Sie das Netzteil vor jeder Reinigung aus der Steckdose aus und trennen Sie es vom Gert. Reinigen Sie das Gert nur in der angegebenen Weise. Es darf keinesfalls Flssigkeit in das Gert oder

das Zubehr eindringen. Kleinere Flecken knnen mit einem Tuch oder feuchten Schwamm und eventuell etwas flssigem Fein-

waschmittel entfernt werden. Verwenden Sie keine lsungsmittelhaltigen Reiniger. Benutzen Sie das Gert erst wieder, wenn es vollstndig trocken ist.

Aufbewahrung Wenn Sie das Gert lngere Zeit nicht verwenden, empfehlen wir Ihnen, es in der Originalverpackung in trockener Umgebung und ohne Beschwerung aufzubewahren.

6. Initial use 1. Remove the packaging. 2. Open the hook-and-loop fastener on the yoga & stretching mat. 3. Lay the yoga & stretching mat flat on a level surface. Ensure that there is enough space to lie on the yoga &

stretching mat comfortably. 4. Check the device, mains part and cable for damage. 5. Connect the supplied mains part with the connection socket on the yoga &

stretching mat. 6. Plug the mains part into a suitable socket. Ensure that the mains cable does

not pose a trip hazard. The yoga & stretching mat is now ready for use.

7. Use 1. Remove your shoes. Remove all jewellery. Wear comfortable clothing. 2. Lie on your back on the yoga & stretching mat. Ensure that your head is lying

comfortably on the head support and your buttocks are lying as close as possible to the raised grey area at the bottom. Should the current lying position be uncomfortable, change your position until you are lying comfortably.

3. To now turn on the yoga & stretching mat, press the ON/OFF button on the remote control. 4. Select the desired programme on the remote control. The yoga & stretching mat has 4 different programmes

to choose from. All 4 programmes are 15 minutes long. The yoga & stretching mat switches off automatically once the 15 minutes have elapsed.

This programme is particularly suitable for the hips, lumbar area and shoulders. With gentle rotating movements, possible tension in the hip, lumbar or shoulder areas can be relieved.

This programme helps you to relax and recharge.

This programme was designed to gently stretch your spine along its full length. As a result you will feel more flexible and balanced, just like after a yoga session.

This programme deeply relaxes your entire body and helps you to switch off from an often stressful daily routine.

5. Select the desired intensity with the and buttons. The device has a total of 3 intensity levels. We recommend that you start by using the lowest intensity level. The device automatically starts on the medium intensity level. Carefully check that the use of the device is pleasant for you. Use of the device should feel pleasant and relaxing at all times. If use of the device is painful or uncomfortable, stop using the device or change your lying position.

6. The yoga & stretching mat offers the option of adding additional warmth or vibration to the programmes, to make use of the device more pleasant. To switch on the heat, press the heat button on the remote control. To switch on the vibration function, press the vibration button on the remote control. Press the relevant button again to switch off the heat/vibration function.

Note You can pause use of the device at any time with the pause button . Press the pause button again to continue using the device.

7. If you would like to end the selected programme before the 15-minute programme duration has elapsed, press the ON/OFF button . The device is now switched off.

Tips for optimum relaxation - When stretching, try to let yourself lie back and relax, in order to enjoy using the device without exertion. - Breathe slowly and deeply through the nose and try to find an even breathing rhythm. - On programmes that use rotating movements, you can gently move your head or body in line with the move-

ment. - At the beginning, gently get your body used to the stretching movements. When you are familiar with the use

of the device and are comfortable with the treatment, you can repeat the treatment as often as you like.

9. Cleaning and maintenance Cleaning

WARNING Always unplug the mains part from the socket and disconnect it from the device before carrying out any

cleaning. Clean the device using only the methods specified. Under no circumstances may liquid enter the device

or the accessories. Small marks can be removed using a cloth or damp sponge, and some liquid delicate laundry detergent

where necessary. Do not use any solvent-based cleaning products. Do not use the device again until it is completely dry.

Storage If you do not plan to use the device for a long period of time, we recommend that you store it in the original packing in a dry environment, ensuring it is not weighed down by additional items.

6. Mise en service 1. Retirez lemballage. 2. Ouvrez la fermeture auto-agrippante du tapis de yoga et dtirements. 3. tendez le tapis de yoga et dtirements sur un sol plat. Assurez-vous que lespace autour du tapis de yoga et

dtirements est suffisant pour sy allonger confortablement. 4. Vrifiez que lappareil, la prise et le cble ne sont pas endommags. 5. Branchez le bloc dalimentation fourni ladaptateur secteur du tapis de

yoga et dtirements. 6. Branchez le bloc dalimentation sur une prise secteur adapte. Placez le

cble dalimentation de manire ne pas trbucher ! Le tapis de yoga et dtirements est maintenant prt lemploi.

7. Utilisation 1. Retirez vos chaussures. Enlevez tous vos bijoux. Portez des vtements confor-

tables. 2. Allongez-vous le dos sur le tapis de yoga et dtirement. Assurez-vous que votre tte repose confortablement sur

le repose-tte et que vos fesses se trouvent aussi prs que possible de la zone grise en relief, en bas du tapis. Si vous ntes pas laise, bougez jusqu ce que vous trouviez une position allonge confortable.

3. Pour allumer le tapis de yoga et dtirements, appuyez sur la touche MARCHE/ARRT de la tlcommande . 4. Slectionnez le programme souhait laide de la tlcommande. Le tapis de yoga et dtirements dispose de

quatre programmes diffrents. Les quatre programmes durent 15 minutes. la fin des 15 minutes dutilisation, le tapis de yoga et dtirements steint automatiquement.

Ce programme est idal pour les hanches, les lombaires et les paules. Grce quelques lgers mouvements rotatifs, il est possible de relcher les tensions ven- tuelles au niveau des hanches, des lombaires ou des paules.

Ce programme vous aide vous dtendre et vous ressourcer.

Ce programme est conu pour tirer doucement la colonne vertbrale sur toute sa longueur. Vous retrouvez ainsi souplesse et quilibre, comme aprs une sance de yoga.

Ce programme plonge votre corps dans une vritable dtente et vous aide vous dtacher du stress de la vie quotidienne.

5. Utilisez les touches et pour slectionner lintensit souhaite. Lappareil dispose au total de trois niveaux dintensit. Nous vous recommandons de commencer par le niveau dintensit le plus bas. Lappareil dmarre automatiquement au niveau dintensit moyen. Vrifiez attentivement que lutilisation est confortable pour vous. Lutilisation doit toujours tre ressentie comme agrable et relaxante. Interrompez lutilisation ou modifiez votre position si lutilisation vous semble douloureuse ou inconfortable.

6. Le tapis de yoga et dtirements offre la possibilit dajouter de la chaleur ou des vibrations pour rendre lutilisation encore plus agrable. Pour activer la fonction de chaleur, appuyez sur la touche de chaleur de la tlcommande. Pour activer les vibrations, appuyez sur la touche Vibration de la tlcommande. Pour dsactiver la fonction de chaleur ou les vibrations, appuyez nouveau sur la touche correspondante.

Remarque Vous pouvez faire une pause tout moment en appuyant sur la touche Pause . Pour reprendre lutilisation, appuyez nouveau sur la touche Pause .

7. Si vous souhaitez mettre fin au programme slectionn avant la fin de la priode de 15 minutes, appuyez sur la touche MARCHE/ARRT . Lappareil steint alors.

8. Dbranchez le bloc dalimentation de la prise aprs chaque utilisation.

Conseils pour une dtente complte - Pendant les tirements, essayez de vous dtendre et de vous relaxer pour profiter au mieux du traitement. - Respirez lentement et profondment par le nez et essayez de trouver un rythme respiratoire rgulier. - Dans les programmes qui exigent quelques mouvements rotatifs, vous pouvez suivre le mouvement en dou-

ceur avec votre tte ou votre corps. - Au dbut, habituez doucement votre corps aux tirements. Si vous avez lhabitude des tirements et que vous

vous sentez laise, vous pouvez rpter les traitements aussi souvent que vous le souhaitez.

9. Nettoyage et entretien Nettoyage

AVERTISSEMENT Dbranchez le bloc dalimentation de la prise avant chaque nettoyage et dconnectez-le de lappareil. Ne nettoyez lappareil que conformment aux instructions. En aucun cas du liquide ne doit pntrer dans

lappareil ou ses accessoires. Les petites taches peuvent tre limines avec un chiffon ou un gant humide et ventuellement un peu

de lessive liquide pour linge dlicat. Nutilisez pas de produit nettoyant contenant des solvants. Ne rutilisez lappareil que lorsquil est tout fait sec.

Stockage Si vous nutilisez pas lappareil pendant une priode prolonge, nous vous recommandons de le ranger dans son emballage dorigine sans rien poser dessus.

6. Puesta en funcionamiento 1. Retire el embalaje. 2. Abra el cierre autoadherente de la esterilla para yoga y estiramientos. 3. Extienda la esterilla sobre un suelo plano. Asegrese de dejar suficiente espacio alrededor de la esterilla para

poder tumbarse cmodamente encima. 4. Compruebe que el aparato, la fuente de alimentacin y el cable no presen-

ten daos. 5. Conecte la fuente de alimentacin suministrada a la esterilla. 6. Enchufe la fuente de alimentacin a una toma de corriente adecuada. Tien-

da el cable de alimentacin de forma que no se pueda tropezar con l. La esterilla para yoga y estiramientos est ahora lista para su uso.

7. Utilizacin 1. Desclcese. Qutese todas las joyas o la bisutera que lleve puesta. Utilice

ropa cmoda. 2. Recustese con la espalda sobre la esterilla para yoga y estiramientos. Acomode la cabeza sobre el reposaca-

bezas y los glteos lo ms cerca posible de la elevacin gris de la parte inferior. Si la posicin adoptada no le resulta agradable, tmbese en otra posicin hasta encontrar una que le resulte cmoda.

3. Para conectar a continuacin la esterilla para yoga y estiramientos pulse en el mando a distancia la tecla de encendido y apagado .

4. Seleccione en el mando a distancia el programa que desee. La esterilla ofrece cuatro programas diferentes. Los cuatro programas tienen una duracin de 15 minutos. Transcurridos los 15 minutos, la esterilla se apaga automticamente.

Este programa es especialmente recomendable para la cadera, la zona lumbar y los hombros. Mediante movimientos giratorios suaves se pueden aliviar posibles tensio- nes en la cadera, la zona lumbar o los hombros.

Este programa le ayuda a relajarse y a recargar las pilas.

Este programa se ha diseado para estirar suavemente la columna vertebral en toda su longitud. Esto le ayudar a sentirse ms flexible y equilibrado, como despus de una sesin de yoga.

Este programa le ayuda a adoptar una postura de relajacin profunda en todo el cuer- po y a desconectar de la vida cotidiana y el estrs.

5. Seleccione con las teclas y la intensidad que desee. El aparato dispone de un total de tres niveles de intensidad. Le recomendamos empezar con el nivel de intensidad ms bajo. El aparato comienza a funcionar automticamente en el nivel de intensidad medio. Compruebe con cuidado si la aplicacin le resulta agradable. La aplicacin debe resultar agradable y relajante en todo momento. Interrumpa la aplicacin o cambie de postura si la aplicacin le resulta dolorosa o desagradable.

Para activar el calor, pulse la tecla de calor en el mando a distancia . Para activar la vibracin, pulse la tecla de vibracin en el mando a distancia . Para volver a desactivar el calor o la vibracin, pulse de nuevo la tecla respectiva.

Nota Puede interrumpir la aplicacin en todo momento con la tecla de pausa . Para reanudar la aplicacin, pulse de nuevo la tecla de pausa .

7. Si desea finalizar el programa ajustado antes de transcurrir los 15 minutos de duracin, pulse la tecla de encendido y apagado . El aparato est ahora apagado.

8. Extraiga la fuente de alimentacin de la toma de corriente despus de cada aplicacin.

9. Limpieza y cuidado Limpieza

ADVERTENCIA Desconecte siempre de la red y del aparato la fuente de alimentacin antes de proceder a la limpieza. Limpie el aparato nicamente de la forma indicada. Bajo ningn concepto deben penetrar lquidos en l

ni en los accesorios. Las manchas pequeas pueden eliminarse con un pao o una esponja hmeda y, si es necesario, con

un detergente lquido suave. No use limpiadores que contengan disolventes. No vuelva a utilizar el aparato hasta que est completamente seco.

Scossa elettrica

4. Uso conforme Questo apparecchio concepito per lo stretching del corpo umano. L'apparecchio non concepito per l'uso su animali. L'apparecchio destinato esclusivamente all'uso personale e non all'uso medico o commerciale. L'apparecchio non pu sostituire alcun trattamento medico. Non utilizzare l'apparecchio se si riscontra una o pi delle situazioni indicate nelle avvertenze. In caso di dubbi sull'idoneit dell'apparecchio per il proprio corpo, rivolgersi al medico di fiducia. L'apparecchio concepito solo per l'uso descritto nelle presenti istruzioni per l'uso. Il produttore non da ritenersi responsabile in caso di danni riconducibili a un uso non conforme o sconsiderato.

6. Messa in funzione 1. Rimuovere l'imballaggio. 2. Aprire la chiusura a strappo del tappetino da yoga/stretching. 3. Distendere con cura il tappetino da yoga/stretching su un pavimento in piano. Verificare che intorno al tappeti-

no da yoga/stretching ci sia spazio a sufficienza per potersi sdraiare comodamente su di esso. 4. Controllare la presenza di danni sull'apparecchio, l'alimentatore e il cavo. 5. Collegare l'alimentatore fornito alla presa di collegamento del tappetino da

yoga/stretching. 6. Inserire l'alimentatore in una presa di corrente adeguata. Disporre il cavo di

alimentazione in modo tale che nessuno possa inciamparvi! Il tappetino da yoga/stretching pronto per l'uso.

7. Utilizzo 1. Togliersi le scarpe. Togliere tutti i gioielli. Indossare vestiti comodi. 2. Stendersi sul tappetino da yoga/stretching in posizione supina. Fare attenzione ad appoggiare comodamente la

testa sull'apposito supporto e ad avvicinare il pi possibile i glutei alla parte rialzata di colore grigio sul fondo del tappetino. Se in questa posizione ci si sente scomodi, modificarla fino a raggiungere una posizione confortevole.

3. A questo punto, per accendere il tappetino da yoga/stretching premere il pulsante ON / OFF del telecomando. 4. Selezionare il programma desiderato sul telecomando. Il tappetino da yoga/stretching permette di scegliere tra

quattro diversi programmi. Ciascun programma ha una durata di 15 minuti. Al termine dei 15 minuti, il tappetino da yoga/stretching si spegne automaticamente.

Questo programma particolarmente adatto per i fianchi, la zona lombare e le spalle. Attraverso leggeri movimenti di rotazione possibile allentare eventuali tensioni a livel- lo lombare, dei fianchi o delle spalle.

Questo programma aiuta a rilassarsi e a fare il pieno di nuove energie.

Questo programma stato concepito per allungare dolcemente la colonna vertebrale per tutta la sua lunghezza. In tal modo ci si sente pi flessibili e in equilibrio, come dopo una seduta di yoga.

Questo programma porta l'intero corpo a un profondo relax, aiutando a staccare dalla vita quotidiana spesso stressante.

5. Selezionare l'intensit desiderata con i pulsanti e . L'apparecchio dotato di tre livelli di intensit in totale. Si consiglia di partire dal livello di intensit pi basso. L'apparecchio si avvia automaticamente con il livello di intensit medio. Verificare attentamente che l'utilizzo risulti piacevole. L'utilizzo deve essere percepito in ogni momento come piacevole e rilassante. Se si avverte dolore o una sensazione di malessere, interrompere l'utilizzo o cambiare posizione.

6. Il tappetino da yoga/stretching offre la possibilit di attivare anche il riscaldamento o la vibrazione oltre ai programmi, per un utilizzo ancora pi piacevole. Per attivare anche il riscaldamento, premere il pulsante riscaldamento sul telecomando. Per attivare anche la vibrazione, premere il pulsante vibrazione sul telecomando. Per disattivare nuovamente le funzioni di riscaldamento / vibrazione, premere nuovamente i rispettivi pulsanti.

Nota possibile interrompere l'utilizzo in qualsiasi momento premendo il pulsante pausa . Per riprendere l'utilizzo, premere nuovamente il pulsante pausa .

7. Per interrompere il programma prima che siano trascorsi i 15 minuti previsti, premere il pulsante ON / OFF . A questo punto l'apparecchio spento.

8. Dopo ogni utilizzo, scollegare l'alimentatore dalla presa.

8. Consigli per un rilassamento ottimale - Durante lo stretching cercare di lasciarsi andare e rilassarsi, per godersi il trattamento per quanto possibile

senza sforzo. - Respirare lentamente e profondamente dal naso cercando di trovare un ritmo regolare. - Per i programmi che prevedono movimenti di rotazione, possibile lasciarsi trasportare delicatamente dal

movimento con la testa o il corpo. - Inizialmente, abituare il corpo ai movimenti di allungamento con cautela. Una volta che si prende confidenza

con il trattamento e ci si sente a proprio agio, possibile ripetere i trattamenti tutte le volte che si desidera.

9. Pulizia e cura Pulizia

AVVERTENZA Prima di effettuare ogni pulizia, scollegare l'alimentatore dalla presa e dall'apparecchio. Pulire l'apparecchio solo nel modo indicato. Non deve in nessun caso penetrare liquido nell'apparecchio

o negli accessori. Per rimuovere piccole macchie, utilizzare un panno o una spugna umida, ed eventualmente un detergente

liquido per capi delicati. Non utilizzare detergenti contenenti solventi. Utilizzare l'apparecchio solo quando completamente asciutto.

Conservazione Se l'apparecchio non viene usato per lunghi periodi, si consiglia di conservarlo nell'imballo originale in un ambiente asciutto e senza sovrapporvi carichi.
