3. ber die Shiatsu-Massage Shiatsu ist eine vor etwa 100 Jahren in Japan entwickelte Form der Krpermassage und basiert auf den Vorstellungen der traditionellen Chinesischen Medizin. Grundlage ist das System der Energieleitbahnen (Meridiansystem) im menschlichen Krper. Ziel einer Shiatsu-Massage ist, das physische, emotionale und geistige Wohlbefinden der behandelten Person zu frdern. Dazu mssen energetische Blockaden und Stauungen in den Energieleitbahnen gelst und die Selbstregulierungskrfte des Krpers stimuliert werden. Der Shiatsu-Therapeut erreicht dies, indem er in flieenden Bewegungen Druck entlang der Energieleitbahnen (Meridiane) ausbt. Obwohl Shiatsu wrtlich bersetzt Finger-Druck bedeutet, wird auer mit den Fingern auch mit den Handballen, Ellbogen und Knien behandelt. Der Therapeut setzt dabei sein ganzes Krper- gewicht ein, um den erforderlichen Druck zu erzeugen.

4. Zum Kennenlernen In Ihrem Massagegert befinden sich rotierende Massagekpfe, die die Druck- und Knetbewegungen einer Shiatsu-Massage nachahmen. Dieses Gert mit den rotierenden Massagekpfen bietet eine kraftvolle, in- tensive Tiefenmassage fr den gesamten Rcken. Zustzlich zur Shiatsu-Massage bietet MG 320 eine Luftkompressions-Massage im Taillenbereich und an der Sitzflche. Sie mssen die Shiatsu-Luftkompression-Sitzauflage dazu auf eine geeignete Sitzunterlage legen. Das Gert ist nur zur Eigenanwendung, nicht fr den medizinischen oder kommerziellen Gebrauch vorge- sehen.

5. Bestimmungsgemer Gebrauch Dieses Gert ist ausschlielich zur Massage des Rckens von Menschen bestimmt. Es kann keine rztliche Behandlung ersetzen. Benutzen Sie das Massagegert nicht, wenn einer oder mehrere der folgenden Warn- hinweise auf Sie zutreffen.

WARNUNG Verwenden Sie das Massagegert nicht bei einer krankhaften Vernderung oder Verletzung in der zu massierenden Krperregion (z.B.

Bandscheibenvorfall, offene Wunde), nicht whrend der Schwangerschaft, nie whrend Sie schlafen, nicht im Kraftfahrzeug, nicht bei Tieren, nicht bei Ttigkeiten, bei denen eine unvorhergesehene Reaktion gefhrlich werden kann, nicht nach der Einnahme von Substanzen, die zu einer eingeschrnkten Wahrnehmungsfhigkeit

fhren (z.B. schmerzlindernde Medikamente, Alkohol), nie lnger als 15 Minuten (berhitzungsgefahr) und lassen Sie das Gert vor erneuter Benutzung

mindestens 15 Minuten abkhlen. Falls Sie unsicher sind, ob das Massagegert fr Sie geeignet ist, befragen Sie Ihren Arzt. Das Gert verfgt ber eine zuschaltbare Wrmefunktion in den Massagekpfen. Personen, die gegen Hitze unempfindlich sind, mssen bei Gebrauch dieser Funktion vorsichtig sein. Befragen Sie vor der Benutzung des Massagegertes Ihren Arzt, vor allem wenn Sie an einer schweren Krankheit leiden oder eine Operation am Oberkrper hinter sich haben, wenn Sie einen Herzschrittmacher, Implantate oder andere Hilfsmittel tragen, Thrombosen, Diabetes, bei Schmerzen ungeklrter Ursache.

Das Gert ist nur fr den in dieser Gebrauchsanweisung beschriebenen Zweck vorgesehen. Der Hersteller kann nicht fr Schden haftbar gemacht werden, die durch unsachgemen oder leichtsinnigen Gebrauch entstehen.

6. Warn- und Sicherheitshinweise Lesen Sie diese Gebrauchsanweisung sorgfltig! Ein Nichtbeachten der nachfolgenden Hinweise kann Per- sonen- oder Sachschden verursachen. WARNUNG: Stromschlag Wie jedes elektrische Gert ist auch dieses Massagegert vorsichtig und umsichtig zu gebrauchen, um Gefahren durch elektrische Schlge zu vermeiden. Betreiben Sie das Gert deshalb nur mit der auf dem Gert notierten Netzspannung, nie, wenn das Gert oder Zubehr sichtbare Schden aufweist, nicht whrend eines Gewitters. Schalten Sie das Gert im Falle von Defekten oder Betriebsstrungen sofort aus und trennen Sie das Gert vom Stromanschluss. Ziehen Sie nicht am Stromkabel oder am Gert um den Stecker aus der Steckdose zu ziehen. Halten oder tragen Sie das Gert niemals am Netzkabel. Halten Sie Abstand zwischen den Kabeln und warmen Oberflchen. Kabel nicht einklemmen, knicken oder drehen. Keine Nadeln oder spitzen Gegenstnde hineinstechen. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Massagegert, der Schalter und die Netzleitung nicht mit Wasser, Dampf oder anderen Flssigkeiten in Berhrung kommen. Benutzen Sie das Gert deshalb nur in trockenen Innenrumen (z.B. nie in der Badewanne, Sauna), nur mit trockenen Hnden. Greifen Sie keinesfalls nach einem Gert, das ins Wasser gefallen ist. Ziehen Sie sofort den Netzstecker. Setzen Sie das Gert keinen Sten aus und lassen Sie es nicht fallen.

Reparatur WARNUNG

Reparaturen an Elektrogerten drfen nur von Fachkrften durchgefhrt werden. Durch unsachge- me Reparaturen knnen erhebliche Gefahren fr den Benutzer entstehen. Wenden Sie sich bei Reparaturen an den Kundenservice oder an einen autorisierten Hndler.

Der Reiverschluss des Massagegertes darf nicht geffnet werden. Er wird nur aus produktions- technischen Grnden verwendet.

WARNUNG: Brandgefahr Bei nicht bestimmungsgemem Gebrauch bzw. Missachtung der vorliegenden Gebrauchsanweisung besteht unter Umstnden Brandgefahr! Betreiben Sie das Massagegert deshalb nie unter einer Abdeckung, wie z. B. Decke, Kissen, ... nie in der Nhe von Benzin oder anderen leicht entflammbaren Stoffen.

Handhabung ACHTUNG

Nach jedem Gebrauch und vor jeder Reinigung ist das Gert auszuschalten und auszustecken. Keine Gegenstnde in Gerteffnungen stecken und nichts in die rotierenden Teile stecken. AchtenSie

darauf, dass die beweglichen Teile sich immer frei bewegen knnen. Betreiben Sie das Gert nur in aufrechter Position, legen Sie es nie flach auf den Boden. Nicht mit vollem Gewicht auf die beweglichen Teile des Gertes sitzen, legen oder stehen und keine

Gegenstnde auf dem Gert abstellen. Schtzen Sie das Gert vor hohen Temperaturen.

8. Inbetriebnahme Positionieren Sie die Sitzauflage aufrecht auf einer geeigneten Sitzgelegenheit mit Sitzflche und Rcken-

lehne (Stuhl, Sofa oder hnliches). Achten Sie darauf, dass die Sitzgelegenheit eine ausreichend hohe Rckenlehne hat.

Benutzen Sie zur Befestigung der Shiatsu-Luftkompression-Sitzauflage gegebenenfalls die flexiblen Befe- stigungsbnder und Klettverschlsse.

Schlieen Sie das Gert an das Stromnetz an, indem Sie den Stecker in die Steckdose einstecken.

9. Anwendung Pressen Sie den Rcken anfangs nur vorsichtig an das Massagegert. Prfen Sie dann vorsichtig, ob die Massageposition angenehm fr Sie ist und verlagern Sie das Gewicht dann nach und nach Richtung Mas- sagegert. Die Massage sollte zu jeder Zeit als angenehm und entspannend empfunden werden. Brechen Sie die Massage ab oder ndern Sie ihre Position oder den Anpressdruck, wenn Sie die Massage als schmerzhaft oder unangenehm empfinden. Klemmen oder zwingen Sie keinen Teil ihres Krpers, insbesondere Finger, zwischen die rotierenden Mas-

sageelemente oder deren Halterung im Gert. Setzen Sie sich bequem und aufrecht auf die Sitzauflage. Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie mittig sitzen und sich

die Massagekpfe links und rechts Ihrer Wirbelsule bewegen knnen. Schalten Sie das Massagegert mit der Taste ein. Die LEDs signalisieren die aktuell eingestellten Mas-

sagefunktionen. Mit dem Einschalten des Gertes wird die Abschaltautomatik automatisch aktiviert und auf 15 Minuten

voreingestellt. Sie knnen die Abschaltautomatik durch Drcken der Taste timer auf 5, 10 oder 15 Minuten einstellen. Beachten Sie, dass durch Verndern der Timer-Einstellung der Timer von neuem zu zhlen be- ginnt. Um eine berhitzung des Gertes zu vermeiden, whlen Sie zu Beginn der Massage die maximale Massagedauer aus und ndern Sie diese whrend der Massage nicht mehr.

Sie knnen die Einstellungen wie folgt auswhlen: 1. Shiatsu-Rckenmassage Das Gert startet direkt nach dem Einschalten automatisch mit der Shiatsu-Massage fr den gesamten R- ckenbereich. Whlen Sie danach bei Bedarf mit den Tasten upper back oder lower back den gewnschten Massagebereich aus.

2. Demo-Lauf Drcken Sie die Demo-Taste um einen 5-mintigen Schnelldurchlauf der im Gert enthaltenen Funktionen zu starten. Der Handschalter symbolisiert Ihnen durch Blinken der jeweiligen LED, welche Funktion gezeigt wird. Das Gert schaltet sich nach dem Demo-Lauf automatisch ab.

3. Nackenmassage Drcken Sie die Taste neck um die Nackenmassage zu starten. Drcken Sie die Taste neck (Linkslauf) oder neck (Rechtslauf) um die Massagerichtung zu wechseln.

4. Punktuelle Massage, d.h. Shiatsu-Massage mit minimaler vertikale Bewegung, knnen Sie auswhlen, indem Sie die spot-Taste drcken. Die Position der punktuellen Massage knnen Sie verndern, indem Sie einen der beiden Pfeile neben der spot-Taste gedrckt halten bis die gewnschte Position erreicht ist.

5. Luftkompressionmassage Bei der Luftkompressions-Massage stehen 3 verschiedene Massageintensitten zur Verfgung, die Sie mithilfe der Taste intensity auswhlen knnen. Drcken Sie zunchst die Taste air back und/oder air seat um zur Luftkompressions-Massage zu wechseln, um dann die gewnschte Intensitt einstellen zu knnen: Stufe 1: linke LED leuchtet Stufe 2: rechte LED leuchtet Stufe 3: beide LED leuchten Die Luftkompressions-Massage startet nach dem Aktivieren in der niedrigsten Intensittsstufe.

6. Wrmefunktion Sie knnen die Wrmefunktion der Massagekpfe zuschalten, indem Sie die Taste heat drcken. Die Mas- sagekpfe leuchten rot, wenn die Heizfunktion in Betrieb ist. Benutzen Sie das Massagegert max. 15 Minuten und lassen Sie es danach abkhlen. Bei lngerer Mas-

sagedauer kann eine bermige Stimulation der Muskeln zu Verspannungen statt Entspannung fhren. Die Massage kann jederzeit durch Drcken der -Taste beendet werden. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Massagekpfe bei der Abschaltung zunchst in die Ausgangsstellung im Bereich der Lenden zurckfahren. Dies wird durch das blinkende LED-Licht angezeigt. Ist diese Position erreicht, schaltet sich das Gert ab.

Wird das Gert ber zweimaliges Drcken einer Massagebereichstaste gestoppt, fhrt es ebenfalls nach Ablauf des Timers in die Ausgangsstellung zurck und schaltet sich anschlieend ab.

Trennen Sie das Gert nicht whrend des Betriebes vom Stromnetz. Schalten Sie es immer zuerst aus und warten Sie, bis es die Ausgangsstellung erreicht hat.

Hinweis Das Gert verfgt ber eine Abschaltautomatik, die auf eine maximale Betriebsdauer von 15 Minuten

eingestellt ist.

10. Reinigung und Pflege Reinigung

WARNUNG Stecken Sie das Gert vor jeder Reinigung aus. Reinigen Sie das Gert nur in der angegebenen Weise. Es darf keinesfalls Flssigkeit in das Gert

oder das Zubehr eindringen. Kleinere Flecken knnen mit einem Tuch oder feuchten Schwamm und eventuell etwas flssigem

Feinwaschmtitel entfernt werden. Verwenden Sie keine lsungsmittelhaltigen Reiniger. Die abnehmbare Bezge sind maschinenwaschbar bei 40 C. Beachten Sie die Symbole zur Pflege

und Reinigung auf dem angenhten Etikett. Der Velour-Bezug am Rcken ist mit einem Klettverschlss unter dem Stoff mit dem beurer Logo

befestigt und kann dort abgenommen werden. Der Bezug am Nackenbereich kann mithilfe des Reiverschlusses, der sich auf der Seite des

Bedienknopfes fr die hhenverstellbare Nackenmassage befindet abgenommen werden. Benutzen Sie das Gert erst wieder, wenn es vollstndig trocken ist.

Aufbewahrung Wenn Sie das Gert lngere Zeit nicht verwenden, empfehlen wir Ihnen, es in der Originalverpackung in trockener Umgebung und ohne Beschwerung aufzubewahren. Alternativ knnen Sie das Gert mit einem Kleiderbgel im Schrank aufhngen. Dafr muss der Kleiderbgel in die Aufhngelaschen auf der Rckseite des Gertes eingehngt werden.

11. Was tun bei Problemen? Problem Ursache Behebung Massagekpfe rotieren verlangsamt.

Massagekpfe werden zu stark belas tet.

Anpressdruck des Krpers verringern.

Massagekpfe rotieren nur im oberen oder unteren Bereich.

Die Massage wurde fr den begrenzten Bereich aktiviert.

Drcken Sie die full back, upper back, lower back-Taste um den Bereich zu ndern/erwei- tern. Drcken Sie die Taste neck um die Nacken- massage zu aktivieren.

Entsorgen Sie das Gert gem der Elektro- und Elektronik Altgerte EG-Richtlinie WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment). Bei Rckfragen wenden Sie sich an die fr die Entsorgung zustndige kommunale Behrde.

3. About Shiatsu massage Shiatsu is a type of body massage that was developed in Japan over 100 years ago, based on ideas taken from traditional Chinese medicine. The basic principle is that there is a system of energy channels (meridian system) within the human body. The objective of a Shiatsu massage is to boost the physical, emotional and mental well-being of the treated person. To this end, energy blockages in the energy channels must be removed and the self-regulating powers of the body must be stimulated. Shiatsu therapists achieve this by applying pressure in flowing movements along the energy channels (me- ridians). Although Shiatsu literally translates as finger pressure, treatment is not just given with the fingers, but also with the heels of the hand, elbows and knees. The therapist uses their whole body weight to create the necessary pressure.

4. Getting to know your device The rotating massage heads in your massager imitate the pressure and kneading movements of a Shiatsu massage. This device comes complete with rotating massage heads and provides a powerful and intensive deep massage for the whole back. In addition to Shiatsu massage, the MG 320 offers an air compression massage in the midsection and on the seat. For this purpose, you must place the Shiatsu air compression seat cover on a suitable seating surface. The device is suitable only for private use, and not for medical or commercial purposes.

5. Intended use This device is exclusively intended to massage the backs of humans. It cannot replace medical treatment. Do not use the massager if one or several of the following warnings applies to you.

Handling IMPORTANT

8. Initial use Position the seat cover upright on a suitable seat with a sitting area and back rest (chair, sofa or similar).

Make sure that the seat has a sufficiently high backrest. In order to secure the Shiatsu air compression seat cover, use the flexible tie straps and hook and loop

fasteners. Connect the device to the mains by plugging the plug into the socket.

9. Usage At first, press your back only carefully against the massager. Then check carefully whether the massage position is pleasant for you and then lower your weight gradually towards the massager. The massage should feel pleasant and relaxing at all times. If the massage is painful or uncomfortable, stop the massage or change your position or the contact pressure. Do not force or jam any part of your body, in particular your fingers, between the rotating massage elements

or their holders in the unit. Sit comfortably and upright on the seat cover. Take care to ensure you are positioned in the middle of the

massager and that the massage heads can move to the left and right of your spine. Switch on the massager with the button. The LEDs signal the massage functions which are currently

selected. Automatic switch-off is automatically activated when the device is switched on and is pre-set to 15 minutes.

By pressing the timer button, you can set the automatic switch-off to 5, 10 or 15 minutes. Please note that the timer begins to count again when you change the timer setting. In order to prevent overheating of the device, set the maximum massage period at the beginning of the massage and do not change it again during the massage.

You can specify the settings as follows: 1. Shiatsu back massage The device automatically begins the Shiatsu massage for the entire back area immediately after being turned on. Then, if needed, press the upper back or lower back button to select the desired massage area.

2. Demo run Press the demo button to begin a quick 5-minute run-through of the functions contained in the device. The manual controller indicates which function is being displayed by flashing the respective LED. The device switches off automatically once the demo run has finished.

3. Neck massage Press the neck button to start the neck massage. Press neck (anti-clockwise rotation) or neck (clock- wise rotation) to change the direction of the massage.

4. You can choose a spot massage, i.e. a Shiatsu massage with minimal vertical movement by pressing the spot button. You can change the position of the spot massage by holding down one of the two arrows next to the spot button until the desired position is reached.

5. Air compression massage For the compressed air massage, 3 different massage intensities are available, which can be selected using the intensity button. Firstly, press the air back and/or air seat button to switch to compressed air massage, and then to set your desired intensity: Level 1: left LED lights up Level 2: right LED lights up Level 3: both LEDs light up Once it has been activated, the compressed air massage will begin at the lowest intensity level.

6. Heat function You can activate the heat function of the massage heads by pressing the heat button. The massage heads light up in red when the heating function is in use.

Use the massager for max. 15 minutes and then leave it to cool down. Long massages can lead to over-stimulation of the muscles, creating tension instead of aiding relaxation. You can end the massage at any time by pressing the button. Please note that the massage heads will return to their start position in the lumbar area when the device is switched off. This is indicated by a flashing LED light. Once this position is reached, the device switches off.

If the device is stopped by pressing a massage area button twice, it will also return to the start position after the timer ends and switch itself off.

Do not disconnect the device from the power supply while it is in operation. Always switch it off first and then wait until it has reached its initial position.

Note The device features an automatic switch-off function, which is set to the maximum operating du-

ration of 15 minutes.

10. Cleaning and maintenance Cleaning

WARNING Unplug the device each time before cleaning. Clean the device using only the methods specified. Under no circumstances may liquid enter the

device or the accessories. Small marks can be removed using a cloth or damp sponge, and some liquid delicate laundry de-

tergent where necessary. Do not use any solvent-based cleaning products. The removable covers are machine-washable at 40C. Please note the symbols for care and cleaning

on the label sewn into the cover. The velour cover to the rear is secured with a hook and loop fastener under the material bearing the beurer logo and can be removed from there. The cover for the neck area can be removed using the zip at the side of the control knob for the height-adjustable neck massage.

Do not use the device again until it is completely dry.

Storage If you do not plan to use the device for a long period of time, we recommend that you store it in the original packing in a dry environment, ensuring it is not weighed down by additional items. Alternatively, you can hang the device in a wardrobe with a coat hanger. To do so, the coat hanger must be threaded through the hanging loops on the rear side of the device.

3. propos du massage shiatsu Conu au Japon il y a prs de 100 ans, le shiatsu est une forme de massage corporel bas sur les concepts de la mdecine traditionnelle chinoise. Son principe fondamental repose sur le systme des voies dnergie (systme des mridiens) du corps humain. Lobjectif dun massage shiatsu est damliorer la sensation de bien-tre physique, motionnel et mental de la personne traite. Les blocages nergtiques et les embouteillages des voies nergtiques doivent donc tre limins et les forces dautorgulation du corps stimules. Pour y parvenir, le thrapeute shiatsu exerce une pression le long des voies nergtiques (mridiens) par des mouvements fluides. Bien que la traduction littrale de shiatsu soit pression des doigts , le traitement se fait non seulement avec les doigts, mais aussi avec les poings, les coudes et les genoux. Pour exercer la pression requise, le thrapeute utilise en effet tout le poids de son corps.

4. Familiarisation avec lappareil Votre appareil de massage contient des ttes de massage rotatives qui imitent les mouvements de pression et de friction dun massage shiatsu. Avec ses ttes de massage rotatives, cet appareil offre un massage en profondeur, puissant et intense pour lensemble du dos. En plus du massage shiatsu, le MG 320 propose un massage par compression dair au niveau de la taille et de lassise. Pour cela, vous devez poser la housse shiatsu par compression dair sur un sige adapt. Lappareil est prvu pour un usage strictement personnel et non pour une utilisation des fins mdicales ou commerciales.

5. Utilisation conforme aux recommandations Cet appareil est exclusivement conu pour le massage du dos de personnes. Il ne peut pas remplacer un traitement mdical. Nutilisez pas lappareil de massage si vous tes dans lun des cas suivants.

Lappareil doit tre teint et dbranch aprs chaque utilisation et avant chaque nettoyage. Ninsrez aucun objet dans les ouvertures de lappareil et ne glissez rien dans les parties rotatives.

8. Mise en service Placez la housse de sige verticalement sur un sige adapt avec une surface dassise et un dossier (chaise,

fauteuil ou autre). Assurez-vous que le sige possde un dossier suffisamment haut. Pour fixer la housse de sige shiatsu par compression dair, utilisez si besoin le bandeau de fixation flexible

et les fermetures auto-agrippantes. Raccordez lappareil au secteur en branchant la fiche dalimentation dans une prise lectrique.

9. Utilisation Au dbut, appuyez le dos avec prcautions sur lappareil de massage. Vrifiez ensuite avec prcaution si la position de massage est agrable pour vous puis basculez le poids progressivement vers lappareil de massage. Le massage doit toujours tre ressenti comme agrable et dtendant. Interrompez le massage ou modifiez votre position ou la pression si le massage est douloureux ou inconfortable. Ne coincez ou ninsrez aucune partie de votre corps, en particulier les doigts, entre les lments de

massage rotatifs de lappareil ou dans leur emplacement. Asseyez-vous confortablement et verticalement sur le sige. Assurez-vous de vous asseoir au milieu et que

les ttes de massage peuvent bouger gauche et droite de votre colonne vertbrale. Allumez lappareil de massage avec la touche . Les LED indiquent les rglages actuels des fonctions

de massage. Lallumage de lappareil active automatiquement larrt automatique et le rgle sur 15 minutes. En appuyant

sur la touche timer, vous pouvez rgler larrt automatique sur 5, 10 ou 15 minutes. Notez quen cas de modification du rglage du minuteur, celui-ci redmarre zro. Afin dviter une surchauffe de lappareil, s- lectionnez au dbut du massage la dure de massage maximale et ne la modifiez plus pendant le message.

Vous pouvez slectionner les paramtres comme suit : 1. Massage shiatsu du dos Aprs lavoir mis en marche, lappareil commence automatiquement le massage shiatsu de lensemble du dos. laide des touches upper back (haut du dos) ou lower back (bas du dos), slectionnez ensuite la zone de massage souhaite selon vos besoins.

2. Dmonstration Appuyez sur la touche demo pour lancer une prsentation rapide de 5 minutes des diffrentes fonctions de lappareil. Le clignotement des LED au niveau de la commande manuelle vous indique quelle est la fonction en cours de dmonstration. Lappareil steint automatiquement la fin de la dmonstration.

3. Massage de la nuque Appuyez sur la touche neck pour commencer le massage de la nuque. Appuyez sur la touche neck (rotation gauche) ou neck (rotation droite) pour changer le sens du massage.

4. Vous pouvez choisir un massage ponctuel, cest--dire un massage shiatsu avec mouvement vertical minimal, en appuyant sur la touche spot. Vous pouvez modifier la position du massage ponctuel en main- tenant lune des deux flches situes ct de la touche spot enfonce jusqu ce que la position dsire soit atteinte.

5. Massage par compression dair Pour le massage par compression dair, vous pouvez slectionner trois intensits de massage diffrentes laide de la touche intensity. Appuyez ensuite sur la touche air back et/ou air seat pour passer au massage par compression dair, puis rglez lintensit dsire : Niveau 1 : la LED gauche sallume Niveau 2 : la LED droite sallume Niveau 3 : les deux LED sallument Le massage par compression dair commencer aprs lactivation au niveau dintensit le plus bas.

6. Fonction de chaleur Vous pouvez activer la fonction de chauffage des ttes de massage en appuyant sur la touche heat. Les ttes de massage sallument en rouge lorsque la fonction de chauffage est active. Utilisez lappareil de massage pendant 15 minutes maximum puis laissez-le refroidir. En cas de dure de

massage plus longue, une stimulation excessive des muscles peut entraner des contractures plutt que la dtente. Le massage peut tre arrt tout moment en appuyant sur la touche . Veuillez vous assurer que les ttes de massage se remettent dabord en position de sortie dans la zone des reins lors de larrt. Ceci est indiqu par un clignotement de la LED. Lorsque cette position est atteinte, lappareil steint.

Lorsque vous arrtez lappareil en appuyant deux fois sur une touche de zone de massage, il reprend sa position initiale aprs lcoulement du minuteur et steint.

Ne dconnectez pas lappareil de la prise lectrique pendant son utilisation. Arrtez-le toujours dabord et attendez quil ait atteint la position finale.

Remarque Lappareil dispose dun arrt automatique rgl sur une dure dutilisation maximale de 15 minutes.

10. Nettoyage et entretien Nettoyage

AVERTISSEMENT Dbranchez lappareil avant de le nettoyer. Ne nettoyez lappareil que conformment aux instructions. En aucun cas, du liquide ne doit pntrer

dans lappareil ou ses accessoires. Les petites taches peuvent tre limines avec un chiffon ou un gant humide et ventuellement un

peu de lessive liquide pour linge dlicat. Nutilisez pas de produit nettoyant contenant des solvants. La housse amovible est lavable en machine 40 C. Veuillez consulter les symboles de nettoyage

et dentretien sur ltiquette. La housse de velours au dos est fixe avec une fermeture auto-agrippante sous le tissu du logo beurer et peut y tre retire. La housse au niveau de la nuque peut tre retire laide de la fermeture clair se trouvant prs du bouton de commande du massage de la nuque hauteur rglable.

Ne rutilisez lappareil que lorsquil est tout fait sec.

Stockage Si vous nutilisez pas lappareil pendant une priode prolonge, nous vous recommandons de le ranger dans son emballage dorigine sans rien poser dessus. Vous pouvez aussi accrocher lappareil dans une armoire laide dun cintre. Pour ce faire, le cintre doit tre suspendu dans la bride dattache sur le ct de lappareil.

3. Acerca del masaje Shiatsu Shiatsu es un tipo de masaje corporal, inventado hace aproximadamente 100 aos en Japn, que tiene sus races en la medicina tradicional china. La base de este masaje es el sistema de los canales energticos (sistema de meridianos) del cuerpo humano. El objetivo del masaje Shiatsu es promover el bienestar fsico, emocional y espiritual de la persona que recibe el tratamiento. Para ello hay que eliminar las retenciones y bloqueos de la energa de los canales y estimular la fuerza de autorregulacin del cuerpo. El terapeuta de Shiatsu consigue este objetivo ejerciendo presin a lo largo de los canales energticos (meridianos) mediante movimientos continuos. Aunque la traduccin literal de Shiatsu es presin dactilar, para el masaje no solo se utilizan los dedos, sino tambin las palmas de las manos, los codos y las rodillas. Para conseguir la presin necesaria, el terapeuta utiliza todo su peso corporal.

4. Informacin general Este aparato de masaje dispone de cabezales de masaje rotatorios que imitan los movimientos de presin y amasado de un masaje Shiatsu. Este aparato ofrece, gracias a sus cabezales de masaje rotatorios, un masaje completo, intenso y profundo para toda la espalda. Adems del masaje Shiatsu, MG 320 frece un masaje de compresin de aire en la zona de la cintura y en el asiento. Para ello, deber colocar el asiento de masaje Shiatsu con compresin de aire en una superficie adecuada. El aparato est concebido nicamente para el uso propio, no para el uso mdico o comercial.

5. Uso correcto Este aparato est destinado exclusivamente a masajear la espalda de las personas. No puede sustituir en ningn caso a un tratamiento mdico. No use el aparato de masaje si una o varias de las siguientes ad- vertencias se pueden aplicar en su caso.

ADVERTENCIA No utilice el aparato de masaje si la zona del cuerpo que va a masajear sufre una lesin de algn tipo (p. ej., una hernia discal o

una herida abierta), durante el embarazo, mientras duerme, mientras conduce, con animales, mientras realiza actividades en las que una reaccin imprevista pueda ser peligrosa, tras ingerir sustancias que puedan limitar su capacidad de percepcin (como analgsicos o alcohol), nunca ms de 15 minutos (riesgo de sobrecalentamiento) y deje enfriar el aparato durante al menos

Apague el aparato inmediatamente en caso de detectar defectos o fallos de funcionamiento y des- enchfelo de la toma de corriente. No tire del cable ni del aparato para desenchufarlo. No sujete ni transporte el aparato cogindolo por el cable de red. Mantenga los cables alejados de las superficies calientes. No agujeree, doble o retuerza el cable, ni le clave puntas u objetos punzantes. Asegrese de que el aparato de masaje, el interruptor y el cable no entren en contacto con vapor, agua u otras sustancias lquidas. Por ello, utilice el aparato nicamente en interiores secos (nunca en la baera o sauna, por ejemplo), nicamente con las manos secas. No toque nunca un aparato que se haya cado al agua. Extraiga inmediatamente el conector de red. Impida que el aparato reciba golpes y no lo deje caer.

Reparacin ADVERTENCIA

Las reparaciones de los aparatos elctricos solo debe llevarlas a cabo personal especializado, ya que una reparacin inadecuada puede ocasionar peligros considerables para el usuario. Para llevar a cabo las reparaciones, dirjase al servicio de atencin al cliente o a un distribuidor autorizado.

No se debe abrir la cremallera del aparato de masaje. Se usa solo por motivos tcnicos de pro- duccin.

Manejo ATENCIN

Se deber desconectar y desenchufar el aparato despus de cada utilizacin y antes de cada limpieza. No introduzca objetos en los orificios del aparato ni en las piezas rotatorias. Asegrese de que las

piezas mviles se puedan mover siempre bien. Utilice el aparato nicamente en posicin vertical, no lo coloque nunca horizontalmente en el suelo. No se siente, se tumbe ni permanezca de pie con todo el peso sobre las partes mviles del aparato

y no coloque objetos sobre el mismo. Proteja el aparato de temperaturas elevadas.

8. Puesta en funcionamiento Coloque el asiento en posicin vertical sobre una superficie para sentarse adecuada que tenga respaldo

(como una silla, un sof o similar). Asegrese de que el respaldo sea lo suficientemente alto. Utilice las cintas de sujecin flexibles y los cierres autoadherentes, si fuera necesario, para fijar el asiento

de masaje Shiatsu con compresin de aire. Conecte el aparato a la red elctrica introduciendo el enchufe en la toma.

9. Aplicacin Presione contra el aparato de masaje la espalda al principio con cuidado. Compruebe despus si la posicin de masaje le resulta agradable y descargue cada vez ms peso en direccin al aparato de masaje. El masaje debe resultar agradable y relajante en todo momento. Interrumpa el masaje, cambie de postura o la intensidad de la presin si el masaje le resulta doloroso o desagradable. No trate de introducir por la fuerza ninguna parte de su cuerpo (en particular, los dedos) entre los elementos

giratorios del aparato de masaje o su soporte. Sintese cmodamente y con la espalda recta en un asiento. Asegrese de sentarse en el centro y com-

pruebe que los cabezales de masaje tienen movilidad a la derecha y a la izquierda de su columna vertebral. Encienda el aparato de masaje con el botn . Los LED sealizan las funciones de masaje ajustadas

actualmente. Al encender el aparato se activa automticamente el mecanismo de desconexin automtica y queda

preajustado para una duracin de 15 minutos. Puede ajustar el mecanismo de desconexin automtica a 5, 10 o 15 minutos pulsando el botn timer. Tenga en cuenta que si modifica el ajuste de temporizador, el temporizador comenzar a contar desde el principio. Para impedir un sobrecalentamiento del aparato, seleccione al comienzo del masaje la duracin mxima y ya no la modifique durante el masaje.

Puede seleccionar los ajustes del siguiente modo: 1. Masaje Shiatsu en la espalda Cuando se enciende, el aparato empieza automticamente con el masaje Shiatsu en toda la espalda. Si lo desea, despus puede seleccionar la zona de masaje deseada con los botones upper back (parte superior de la espalda) o lower back (parte inferior de la espalda).

2. Funcionamiento de prueba Pulse el botn Demo para iniciar una ejecucin rpida de 5 minutos de las funciones del aparato. El interruptor manual simboliza la funcin indicada mediante el parpadeo del LED correspondiente. El aparato se apaga automticamente tras el funcionamiento de prueba.

3. Masaje en la nuca Pulse el botn neck para iniciar el masaje en la nuca. Pulse el botn neck (marcha a la izquierda) o neck

(marcha a la derecha) para cambiar la direccin del masaje.

4. Puede seleccionar un masaje puntual, es decir, un masaje Shiatsu con movimiento vertical mnimo pulsando el botn spot. La posicin del masaje puntual se puede modificar manteniendo pulsada una de las dos flechas que se encuentran junto al botn spot hasta alcanzar la posicin deseada.

5. Masaje de compresin de aire En el masaje de compresin de aire hay 3 intensidades diferentes de masaje disponibles que podr se- leccionar con el botn intensity. Pulse primero el botn air back y/o air seat para cambiar al masaje de compresin de aire para poder ajustar despus la intensidad deseada: Nivel 1: el LED izquierdo se ilumina Nivel 2: el LED derecho se ilumina Nivel 3: ambos LED se iluminan El masaje de compresin de aire empezar tras la activacin en el nivel de intensidad ms bajo.

6. Funcin de calor Puede activar la funcin de calor de los cabezales de masaje pulsando el botn heat. Los cabezales de masaje se iluminan en rojo cuando la funcin de calor est en funcionamiento. Utilice el aparato de masaje durante un mximo de 15 minutos y deje que se enfre. Si el masaje es ms

prolongado, se puede producir una estimulacin excesiva de los msculos, lo que provoca tensiones en vez de relajacin. Se puede terminar el masaje en cualquier momento pulsando el botn . Tenga en cuenta que, al desconectarlos, los cabezales de masaje primero vuelven a la posicin inicial en la zona de las cer- vicales. Esto se indica por el parpadeo de la luz LED. El aparato se apaga cuando se alcanza esta posicin.

Si el aparato se detiene pulsando dos veces un botn de la zona de masaje, vuelve tambin a la posicin inicial tras el tiempo establecido en el temporizador y se apaga.

No desconecte el aparato de la red elctrica mientras est en funcionamiento. Apguelo primero y espere hasta que haya vuelto a la posicin inicial.

Nota El aparato dispone de un mecanismo de desconexin automtica que se activa despus de un

tiempo mximo de funcionamiento de 15 minutos.

10. Limpieza y cuidado Limpieza

ADVERTENCIA Desconecte siempre el aparato antes de limpiarlo. Limpie el aparato nicamente de la forma indicada. Bajo ningn concepto deben penetrar lquidos

en l ni en los accesorios. Las manchas pequeas pueden eliminarse con un pao o una esponja hmeda y, si es necesario,

con un poco de detergente lquido suave. No use limpiadores que contengan disolventes. Las fundas extrables se pueden lavar a mquina a 40 C. Tenga en cuenta los smbolos correspon-

dientes para el cuidado y la limpieza que figuran en la etiqueta. La funda de terciopelo de la espalda se fija con un cierre autoadherente por debajo del tejido con el logotipo de beurer y puede extraerse. La funda de la zona de la nuca se puede extraer con ayuda de la cremallera que se encuentra en el lado del botn de control para el masaje en la nuca de altura regulable.

No vuelva a utilizar el aparato hasta que no est completamente seco.

Conservacin Si no va a utilizar el aparato durante un largo periodo de tiempo, le recomendamos que lo guarde en su embalaje original en un ambiente seco y sin soportar cargas. De forma opcional, el aparato puede colgarse con una percha en el armario. Para ello, hay que colgar la percha en las tiras de suspensin de la parte posterior del aparato.

3. Informazioni sul massaggio shiatsu Lo shiatsu una tecnica di massaggio nata circa 100 anni fa in Giappone e basata sui concetti della medicina tradizionale cinese. Essa si concentra sul sistema dei canali energetici (sistema dei meridiani) del corpo umano. Il massaggio shiatsu mira a migliorare il benessere fisico, emozionale e spirituale della persona da curare. A tale scopo, necessario sciogliere i nodi e i blocchi dei canali energetici e stimolare le forze autoregolatrici del corpo. Con movimenti fluidi il terapeuta shiatsu esercita pressione lungo i canali energetici (meridiani). Sebbene la traduzione letterale di shiatsu sia pressione delle dita, il massaggio viene effettuato anche con i palmi delle mani, i gomiti e le ginocchia. Il terapeuta si avvale di tutto il peso del suo corpo per produrre la pressione necessaria.

4. Introduzione Lapparecchio per massaggio dotato di teste massaggianti che simulano i movimenti di pressione e mani- polazione di un massaggio shiatsu. Grazie alle teste massaggianti rotanti di cui dotato, lapparecchio offre un energico e intenso massaggio profondo per tutta la schiena. Oltre al massaggio shiatsu lMG 320 offre un massaggio ad aria compressa sul girovita e sulla seduta. A tale scopo, necessario posizionare il coprisedile ad aria compressa per massaggio shiatsu su una seduta adeguata. Lapparecchio destinato esclusivamente alluso personale e non previsto un suo utilizzo medico o commerciale.

5. Uso conforme Questo apparecchio pensato esclusivamente per il massaggio della schiena delle persone. Non pu sosti- tuire alcun trattamento medico. Non utilizzare lapparecchio per massaggi se si riscontrano una o pi delle situazioni indicate di seguito tra le avvertenze.

AVVERTENZA Lapparecchio per massaggio non deve essere utilizzato in presenza di alterazioni patologiche o lesioni nella zona del corpo da massaggiare (ad es. ernia

6. Avvertenze e indicazioni di sicurezza Leggere le presenti istruzioni per luso con attenzione! Il mancato rispetto delle seguenti indicazioni pu pro- vocare danni alle persone e alle cose. Pertanto: utilizzare lapparecchio solo con la tensione di rete indicata, non azionare mai lapparecchio, se lapparecchio stesso o gli accessori presentano danni visibili, non utilizzare lapparecchio durante un temporale. In caso di difetti o malfunzionamenti, spegnere immediatamente lapparecchio e staccarlo dalla cor- rente. Non tirare il cavo o lapparecchio per estrarre la spina dalla presa. Impiego ATTENZIONE

Dopo ogni uso e prima delle operazioni di pulizia, spegnere lapparecchio e staccare la spina. Non infilare alcun oggetto nelle fessure dellapparecchio e non inserire nulla tra le parti rotanti.

Accertarsi che le parti mobili siano sempre libere. Utilizzare lapparecchio solo in posizione eretta, non appoggiarlo mai in orizzontale sul pavimento. Non appoggiarsi con tutto il peso sulle parti mobili dellapparecchio e non posizionare oggetti

8. Messa in servizio Posizionare il coprisedile in verticale su una seduta adeguata e che disponga di sedile e schienale (sedia,

divano o simili). Accertarsi che lo schienale sia sufficientemente alto. Per fissare il coprisedile per massaggio shiatsu utilizzare se necessario le cinture di fissaggio flessibili e le

chiusure a strappo. Collegare lapparecchio alla rete elettrica inserendo la spina nella presa.

9. Utilizzo Allinizio appoggiare con cautela la schiena allapparecchio per massaggi. Verificare accuratamente che la posizione sia comoda e spostare gradualmente il peso in direzione dellapparecchio. Il massaggio deve essere percepito in ogni momento come piacevole e rilassante. Se il massaggio provoca dolore o una sensazione di malessere, interromperlo oppure cambiare posizione o pressione. Non incastrare o forzare alcuna parte del corpo, in particolare le dita, tra gli elementi massaggianti rotanti

o il relativo supporto nellapparecchio. Sedersi comodamente e in posizione eretta sul coprisedile. Assicurarsi di essere seduti al centro e che le

teste massaggianti possano muoversi correttamente a sinistra e a destra della colonna vertebrale. Accendere lapparecchio per massaggi con il pulsante . I LED segnalano le funzioni di massaggio im-

postate. Con laccensione dellapparecchio si attiva automaticamente anche il disinserimento automatico, che viene

preimpostato su 15 minuti. Premendo il pulsante Timer, possibile impostare larresto automatico su 5, 10 o 15 minuti. Tenere presente che se si modifica limpostazione del timer, il tempo riparte da capo. Per evitare il surriscaldamento dellapparecchio, selezionare allinizio del massaggio la durata del trattamento e non modificarla pi durante il massaggio.

2. Avvio della demo Premere il pulsante Demo per avviare una presentazione rapida di circa 5 minuti delle funzioni disponibili nellapparecchio. Linterruttore manuale segnala la funzione mostrata tramite lampeggio del rispettivo LED. Lapparecchio viene spento automaticamente al termine della demo.

3. Massaggio alla cervicale Premere il pulsante neck per avviare il massaggio alla cervicale. Premere il pulsante neck (verso sinistra) o neck (verso destra) per cambiare direzione di massaggio.

4. possibile scegliere il massaggio sui punti energetici, vale a dire il massaggio shiatsu con un movimento verticale minimo premendo il pulsante spot. Per cambiare la posizione del massaggio sui punti energetici, tenere premute entrambe le frecce accanto al pulsante spot finch non viene raggiunta la posizione desiderata.

5. Massaggio ad aria compressa Per il massaggio ad aria compressa sono disponibili 3 diverse intensit di massaggio, selezionabili mediante il pulsante intensity. Per prima cosa premere il pulsante air back e/o air seat per passare al massaggio ad aria compressa e poter impostare lintensit desiderata: Livello 1: si accende il LED di sinistra Livello 2: si accende il LED di destra Livello 3: si accendono entrambi i LED Il massaggio ad aria compressa inizia successivamente allattivazione al livello di intensit pi basso.

6. Funzione di riscaldamento Per inserire la funzione di riscaldamento delle teste massaggianti premere il pulsante heat. Le testine mas- saggianti si illuminano di rosso quando la funzione di riscaldamento in funzione. Utilizzare lapparecchio per massaggi per un massimo di 15 minuti, quindi lasciarlo raffreddare. In caso

di massaggi pi lunghi, leccessiva stimolazione muscolare potrebbe provocare una contrattura invece di un rilassamento. Il massaggio pu essere interrotto in qualsiasi momento premendo il pulsante -. Allo spegnimento le teste massaggianti tornano inizialmente alla posizione di partenza nella zona lombare. Tale operazione segnalata dal LED lampeggiante. Una volta raggiunta tale posizione, lapparecchio si spegne.

Se viene arrestato premendo due volte il pulsante di una zona di massaggio, al termine del timer lappa- recchio ritorna nella posizione iniziale e quindi si spegne.

Non scollegare lapparecchio dalla rete durante il funzionamento. Spegnere sempre prima lapparecchio e attendere che sia stata raggiunta la posizione di partenza.

Nota Lapparecchio dotato di un dispositivo di arresto automatico impostato su una durata massima

di utilizzo di 15 minuti.

10. Pulizia e cura Pulizia

AVVERTENZA Prima di effettuare ogni pulizia staccare lapparecchio dalla presa. Pulire lapparecchio solo nel modo indicato. Non deve in nessun caso penetrare liquido nellappa-

recchio o negli accessori. Per rimuovere piccole macchie, utilizzare un panno o una spugna umida, ed eventualmente un

detergente liquido per capi delicati. Non utilizzare detergenti contenenti solventi. I rivestimenti rimovibili sono lavabili in lavatrice a 40 C. Attenersi ai simboli per la cura e la pulizia

riportati sulletichetta applicata. Il rivestimento in velour nella zona della schiena fissato con una chiusura a strappo sotto il tessuto con il logo beurer e pu essere rimosso in questo punto. Per rimuovere il rivestimento della zona della cervicale, utilizzare la chiusura lampo posta a lato del pulsante di controllo per il massaggio per la cervicale regolabile in altezza.

Utilizzare lapparecchio solo quando completamente asciutto.

Conservazione Se lapparecchio non viene usato a lungo, si consiglia di conservarlo nellimballo originale in un ambiente secco senza sovrapporvi carichi.
