3. ber die Shiatsu-Massage Shiatsu ist eine vor etwa 100 Jahren in Japan entwickelte Form der Krpermassage und basiert auf den Vorstellungen der traditionellen Chinesischen Medizin. Grundlage ist das System der Energieleitbahnen (Meridiansystem) im menschlichen Krper. Ziel einer Shiatsu-Massage ist, das physische, emotionale und geistige Wohlbefinden der behandelten Person zu frdern. Dazu mssen energetische Blockaden und Stauungen in den Energieleitbahnen gelst und die Selbstregulierungskrfte des Krpers stimuliert werden. Der Shiatsu-Therapeut erreicht dies, indem er in flieenden Bewegungen Druck entlang der Energieleitbahnen (Meridiane) ausbt. Obwohl Shiatsu wrtlich bersetzt Finger-Druck bedeutet, wird auer mit den Fingern auch mit den Handballen, Ellbogen und Knien behandelt. Der Therapeut setzt dabei sein ganzes Krper- gewicht ein, um den erforderlichen Druck zu erzeugen.

Stromschlag WARNUNG

Wie jedes elektrische Gert ist auch dieser Shiatsu-Massagegrtel vorsichtig und umsichtig zu ge- brauchen, um Gefahren durch elektrische Schlge zu vermeiden.

Betreiben Sie den Shiatsu-Massagegrtel deshalb nur mit dem mitgelieferten Netzadapter und an der auf dem Netzadapter angegebenen Netzspan-

nung, nie, wenn der Shiatsu-Massagegrtel oder das Zubehr sichtbare Schden aufweist, nicht whrend eines Gewitters. Schalten Sie den Shiatsu-Massagegrtel im Falle von Defekten oder Betriebsstrungen sofort aus und trennen Sie den Shiatsu-Massagegrtel vom Stromanschluss. Ziehen Sie nicht an der Netz- leitung oder am Shiatsu-Massagegrtel um den Netzadapter aus der Steckdose zu ziehen. Halten oder tragen Sie das Gert niemals an der Netzleitung. Halten Sie Abstand zwischen den Kabeln und warmen Oberflchen. Netzleitung nicht einklemmen, knicken oder drehen. Keine Nadeln oder spitzen Gegenstnde hineinstechen.

Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Shiatsu-Massagegrtel, der Schalter, den Netzadapter und die Netzlei- tung nicht mit Wasser, Dampf oder anderen Flssigkeiten in Berhrung kommen. Benutzen Sie den Shiatsu-Massagegrtel deshalb nur in trockenen Innenrumen (z.B. nie in der Badewanne, Sauna).

Greifen Sie keinesfalls nach einem Gert, das ins Wasser gefallen ist. Ziehen Sie sofort den Netzad- apter aus der Steckdose. Benutzen Sie das Gert nicht, wenn Gert oder Zubehr sichtbare Schden aufweisen. Setzen Sie das Gert keinen Sten aus und lassen Sie es nicht fallen.

Reparatur WARNUNG

Reparaturen an Elektrogerten drfen nur von Fachkrften durchgefhrt werden. Durch unsachge- me Reparaturen knnen erhebliche Gefahren fr den Benutzer entstehen. Wenden Sie sich bei Reparaturen an den Kundenservice oder an einen autorisierten Hndler.

Der Reiverschluss des Shiatsu-Massagegrtels darf nicht geffnet werden. Er wird nur aus pro- duktionstechnischen Grnden verwendet.

Zweckentfremden Sie die Netzleitung nicht.

Brandgefahr WARNUNG

Bei nicht bestimmungsgemem Gebrauch bzw. Missachtung der vorliegenden Gebrauchsanweisung besteht unter Umstnden Brandgefahr!

Betreiben Sie den Shiatsu-Massagegrtel deshalb nie unter einer Abdeckung, wie z. B. Decke, Kissen, ..., nie in der Nhe von Benzin oder anderen leicht entflammbaren Stoffen.

Handhabung ACHTUNG

Nach jedem Gebrauch und vor jeder Reinigung ist das Gert auszuschalten und auszustecken. Keine Gegenstnde in Gerteffnungen stecken und nichts in die rotierenden Teile stecken. Achten

Sie darauf, dass die beweglichen Teile sich immer frei bewegen knnen. Nicht mit vollem Gewicht auf die beweglichen Teile des Gertes sitzen, legen oder stehen und keine

Gegenstnde auf dem Gert abstellen. Schtzen Sie das Gert vor hohen Temperaturen.

8. Inbetriebnahme Entfernen Sie die Verpackung. berprfen Sie Gert, Netzadapter und Netzleitung auf Beschdigungen. Stecken Sie den Anschlussstecker in die Buchse am Shiatsu-Massagegrtel. Legen Sie die Netzleitung stolpersicher.

9. Anwendung Schalten Sie den Shiatsu-Massagegrtel mit der -Taste ein. Die Massagekpfe beginnen zu rotieren. Sie knnen die Massagerichtung durch Drcken der / - Tasten whlen. Wenn Sie die Wrmefunktion zuschalten mchten, drcken Sie die -Taste, wenn Sie die -Taste erneut drcken, schaltet sich die Wrmefunktion wieder aus. Um den Shiatsu-Massagegrtel wieder auszuschalten, drcken Sie die -Taste. Bei Bedarf knnen Sie den Grtel verlngern (siehe Kapitel "Grtel-Verlngerung").

Hinweis Die Massage sollte zu jeder Zeit als angenehm und entspannend empfunden werden. Brechen Sie

die Massage ab oder ndern Sie den Anpressdruck mithilfe der Haltegriffe, wenn Sie die Massage als schmerzhaft oder unangenehm empfinden.

Benutzen Sie den Shiatsu-Massagegrtel max. 15 Minuten. Bei lngerer Massagedauer kann die berstimulation der Muskeln zu Verspannungen statt Entspannung fhren.

Der Shiatsu-Massagegrtel verfgt ber eine Abschaltautomatik, die auf eine maximale Betriebs- dauer von 15 Minuten eingestellt ist.

Der Shiatsu-Massagegrtel verfgt ber einen berhitzungsschutz, durch den das Gert bei ber- hitzung automatisch abgeschaltet wird. Lassen Sie den Shiatsu-Massagegrtel in diesem Fall 30 Minuten abkhlen bevor Sie ihn wieder in Betrieb nehmen.

Massage-Variationen

Nacken-Massage: Legen Sie den Shiatsu-Massagegrtel um Ihren

Nacken. Bestimmen Sie Ihren gewnschten Anpressdruck

mithilfe der Haltegriffe.

Rcken-Massage (oberer Rcken bereich): Legen Sie den Shiatsu-Massagegrtel um Ihren

oberen Rckenbereich. Bestimmen Sie Ihren gewnschten Anpressdruck

mithilfe der Haltegriffe.

Rcken-Massage (Schulterblatt): Legen Sie den Shiatsu-Massagegrtel wie abgebil-

det diagonal um Ihre linke oder rechte Schulter. Entfernen Sie den rechten Haltegriff und fhren Sie

die Schlaufe durch die Halterung. Schlieen Sie den Klettverschluss.

Rcken-Massage (unterer Rcken bereich): Legen Sie den Shiatsu-Massagegrtel wie abgebil-

det um Ihre Hfte. Entfernen Sie den rechten Haltegriff, fhren Sie die

Schlaufe durch die Halterung und schlieen Sie den Klettverschluss.

Grtel-Verlngerung Wenn Sie das Gert am Schulterblatt oder am unterem Rckenbereich verwenden, knne Sie bei Bedarf den Shiatsu-Massagegrtel verlngern.

Wenn sich beide Haltegriffe am Gert befinden, ent- fernen Sie zunchst den Haltegriff auf der Seite, an dem sich der Klettverschlu befindet.

Befestigen Sie die Grtelverlngerung wie abgebildet.

10. Pflege und Aufbewahrung Reinigung

WARNUNG Stecken Sie den Netzadapter vor jeder Reinigung aus der Steckdose aus und trennen Sie es vom

Gert. Reinigen Sie das Gert nur in der angegebenen Weise. Es darf keinesfalls Flssigkeit in das Gert

oder das Zubehr eindringen. Kleinere Flecken knnen mit einem Tuch oder feuchten Schwamm und eventuell etwas flssigem

Feinwaschmtitel entfernt werden. Verwenden Sie keine lsungsmittelhaltigen Reiniger. Benutzen Sie das Gert erst wieder, wenn es vollstndig trocken ist.

Aufbewahrung Wenn Sie das Gert lngere Zeit nicht verwenden, empfehlen wir Ihnen, es in der Originalverpackung in trockener Umgebung und ohne Beschwerung aufzubewahren.

11. Was tun bei Problemen? Problem Ursache Behebung Massagekpfe rotieren verlangsamt.

12. Entsorgung ACHTUNG

Im Interesse des Umweltschutzes darf das Gert am Ende seiner Lebensdauer nicht mit dem Hausmll entsorgt werden. Die Entsorgung kann ber entsprechende Sammelstellen in Ihrem Land erfolgen. 3. About the Shiatsu massage Shiatsu is a type of body massage that developed in Japan over 100 years ago, based on ideas taken from traditional Chinese medicine. The basic principle is that there is a system of energy channels (meridian system) within the human body. The objective of a Shiatsu massage is to boost the physical, emotional and mental well-being of the treated person. To this end, energy blockages in the energy channels must be removed and the self-regulating pow- ers of the body must be stimulated. Shiatsu therapy achieves this through the application of pressure in flowing movements along the energy channels (meridians). Although Shiatsu literally translates as finger pressure, treatment is not just given with the fingers but also with the heels of the hand, elbows and knees. The therapist uses their whole body weight to create the necessary pressure.

4. Getting to know your device The rotating massage heads in your Shiatsu massage belt imitate the pressure and kneading movements of a Shiatsu massage. Using this electric Shiatsu massage belt, you can provide yourself or others with a soothing, effective massage with no help required. Massages can be relaxing or stimulating and are effective against strained muscles, aches and fatigue. The device offers a powerful, intensive massage for the neck, shoulders and thighs. The Shiatsu massage belt is suitable only for private use, not for medical or commercial purposes. Electric shock WARNING

As with every electrical device, use this Shiatsu massage belt carefully and cautiously, in order to avoid hazards due to electric shock.

Therefore, observe the following instructions for using the Shiatsu massage belt: Use the device only with the mains part provided and at the mains voltage specified on the mains

part Never use the Shiatsu massage belt if it or its accessories show visible signs of damage Do not use the device during a thunderstorm

In the case of defects or operational faults, switch the Shiatsu massage belt off immediately and disconnect the Shiatsu massage belt from the mains socket. Do not pull on the mains cable or on the Shiatsu massage belt to disconnect the mains part from the socket. Never hold or carry the device by the mains cable. Keep the cables away from hot surfaces. Do not crush, bend or twist the cables. Do not insert needles or any sharp objects.

Ensure that the Shiatsu massage belt, switch, mains part and cable do not come into contact with water, steam or other liquids. Use the Shiatsu massage belt only in dry rooms (e.g. never in the bath, sauna).

Never reach for a device that has been submerged in water. Pull the mains adapter out of the mains socket immediately. Do not use the device if it or its accessories are visibly damaged. Do not subject the device to any impacts or drop the device.

Repairs WARNING

The zip fastening of the Shiatsu massage belt must not be opened. It is only used for technical production reasons.

Risk of fire WARNING

Handling IMPORTANT

The device must be switched off and disconnected from the mains every time after use and before cleaning. Do not insert any objects into the device apertures or the rotating parts. Ensure that the moving

8. Initial use Remove the packaging. Check the device, mains part plug and cable for damage. Insert the connector plug into the socket on the Shiatsu massage belt. Ensure that the cable does not pose a trip hazard.

9. Usage Switch on the Shiatsu massage belt with the button. The massage heads start to rotate. You can select the massage direction by pressing the / - buttons. If you want to switch on the heat function, press the button. If you then press the button again, the heat function switches off. Press the button to switch the Shiatsu massage belt off again. The belt can be extended if necessary (see chapter "Belt extension").

Note The massage should feel pleasant and relaxing at all times. If the massage is painful or uncomfort-

able, stop the massage or change the contact pressure using the handle. Do not use the Shiatsu massage belt for longer than 15 minutes. Longer massages can lead to

over-stimulation of the muscles, creating tension instead of aiding relaxation. The Shiatsu massage belt features an automatic switch-off function, which is set to the maximum

operating duration of 15 minutes. The Shiatsu massage belt features overheating protection with an automatic switch-off fixture if

the device overheats. In such cases, let the Shiatsu massage belt cool down for 30 minutes before recommencing use.

Massage variations

Neck massage: Place the Shiatsu massage belt on your neck. Set the contact pressure to your preferred setting

using the handle.

Back massage (upper back area): Place the Shiatsu massage belt around your upper

back area. Set the contact pressure to your preferred setting

using the handle.

Back massage (shoulder blade): Place the Shiatsu massage belt diagonally around

your left or right shoulder as shown. Remove the right handle and feed the straps

through the holder. Close the hook and loop fastener.

Back massage (lower back area): Place the Shiatsu massage belt around your hips

as shown. Remove the handle on the right, feed the straps

through the holder and close the hook and loop fastener.

Belt extension If you use the device on your shoulder blades or on your lower back, you can extend the Shiatsu massage belt if required.

If both handles are on the device, first remove the handle on the side where the hook-and-loop fastener is located.

Attach the belt extension as shown in the image.

10. Maintenance and storage Cleaning

WARNING Always unplug the mains part from the socket and disconnect it from the device before carrying

out any cleaning. Clean the device using only the methods specified. Under no circumstances may liquid enter the

device or the accessory. Small marks can be removed using a cloth or damp sponge, and some liquid delicate laundry

detergent where necessary. Do not use any solvent-based cleaning products. Do not use the device again until it is completely dry.

Storage If you do not plan to use the device for a long period of time, we recommend that you store it in the original packing in a dry environment, ensuring it is not weighed down by additional items.

3. propos du massage shiatsu Conu au Japon il y a prs de 100 ans, le shiatsu est une forme de massage corporel bas sur les concepts de la mdecine traditionnelle chinoise. Le principe fondamental est le systme des voies dnergie (systme des mridiens) dans le corps humain. Lobjectif dun massage shiatsu est damliorer la sensation de bien-tre physique, motionnel et mental de la personne traite. Les blocages nergtiques et les embouteillages des voies nergtiques doivent donc tre limins et les forces dauto-rgulation du corps stimules. Pour y parvenir, le thrapeute shiatsu exerce une pression le long des voies nergtiques (mridiens) par des mouvements fluides. Bien que la traduction littrale de shiatsu soit  pression des doigts , le traitement se fait non seulement avec les doigts, mais aussi avec les poings, les coudes et les genoux. Pour exercer la pression requise, le thrapeute utilise en effet tout le poids de son corps.

4. Familiarisation avec lappareil Votre ceinture de massage Shiatsu contient des ttes de massage rotatives qui imitent les mouvements de pression et de friction dun massage Shiatsu. Consultez un mdecin avant dutiliser la ceinture de massage Shiatsu, surtout si vous souffrez dune maladie grave ou avez subi une opration au niveau du haut du corps, si vous portez un stimulateur cardiaque, des implants ou dautres aides, si vous souffrez dune thrombose, si vous souffrez de diabte, en cas de douleurs de cause inconnue.

Choc lectrique AVERTISSEMENT

Comme tout appareil lectrique, la ceinture de massage Shiatsu doit tre utilise avec prcaution et prudence afin dviter les dangers dus aux chocs lectriques.

Par consquent, utilisez la ceinture de massage Shiatsu uniquement avec ladaptateur secteur fourni et la tension indique sur ladaptateur secteur, jamais lorsque la ceinture ou les accessoires prsentent des dgts apparents, jamais pendant un orage.

En cas de dfauts ou de panne, teignez immdiatement la ceinture et dbranchez-la de lalimentation. Ne tirez pas sur le cble dalimentation ni sur la ceinture de massage Shiatsu pour dconnecter la fiche de la prise. Ne tenez ou ne portez jamais lappareil par le cble dalimentation. Assurez-vous que la ceinture de massage Shiatsu, linterrupteur, le bloc dalimentation et le cble ne sont pas en contact avec de leau, de la vapeur ou dautres liquides. Utilisez donc la ceinture uniquement dans des pices intrieures sches (par ex. jamais dans une salle de bain ou un sauna).

8. Mise en service Retirez lemballage. Vrifiez que lappareil, ladaptateur secteur et le cble ne sont pas endommags. Branchez le connecteur dans la prise de la ceinture de massage Shiatsu. Placez le cble de manire ne pas trbucher dessus.

9. Utilisation Allumez la ceinture de massage Shiatsu avec la touche . Les ttes de massages commencent tourner. Vous pouvez slectionner la direction du massage en appuyant sur les touches / . Si vous voulez activer la fonction de chauffage, appuyez sur la touche  ; si vous appuyez de nouveau sur la touche la fonction de chauffage steint.

Pour teindre la ceinture de massage Shiatsu, appuyez sur la touche . Vous pouvez rallonger la ceinture au besoin (voir chapitre  Rallonge de ceinture ).

Remarque Le massage doit toujours tre ressenti comme agrable et dtendant. Interrompez le massage ou

modifiez la pression laide des poignes de maintien si le massage est douloureux ou inconfortable. Utilisez la ceinture de massage Shiatsu 15 minutes max.. En cas de dure de massage suprieure,

une stimulation excessive des muscles peut entraner des contractures plutt que la dtente. La ceinture de massage Shiatsu dispose dun arrt automatique rgl sur une dure dutilisation

3. Acerca del masaje Shiatsu Shiatsu es un tipo de masaje corporal, inventado hace aproximadamente 100 aos en Japn, que tiene sus races en la medicina tradicional china. La base de este masaje es el sistema de los canales de energa (sistema de meridianos) del cuerpo humano. El objetivo del masaje Shiatsu es fomentar el bienestar fsico, emocional y espiritual de la persona que recibe el tratamiento. Para ello hay que eliminar las retenciones y bloqueos de la energa de los canales y estimular la fuerza de autorregulacin del cuerpo. El terapeuta de Shiatsu consigue este objetivo ejerciendo presin a lo largo de los canales energticos (meridianos) mediante movimientos continuos. Aunque la traduccin literal de Shiatsu es "presin dactilar", para el masaje no solo se utilizan los dedos, sino tambin las palmas de las manos, los codos y las rodillas. Para conseguir la presin necesaria, el terapeuta utiliza todo su peso corporal.

4. Informacin general Este cinturn de masaje Shiatsu dispone de cabezales de masaje rotativos que imitan los movimientos de presin y amasado de un masaje Shiatsu. Con este aparato de masaje Shiatsu elctrico podr darse agradables masajes de forma efectiva y sin ayuda o drselos a otras personas. Pueden ser relajantes o estimulantes y tienen efectos beneficiosos si padece tensiones musculares, dolores o cansancio. El aparato permite aplicar un masaje intensivo a cuello, espalda, hombros y muslos. El cinturn est concebido nicamente para uso personal, no para uso mdico ni comercial. Descarga elctrica ADVERTENCIA

Como todos los aparatos elctricos, este cinturn de masaje Shiatsu debe utilizarse con extremo cuidado para evitar recibir una descarga elctrica.

No utilice el cinturn de masaje Shiatsu ms que con la fuente de alimentacin suministrada y solo con la tensin de red indicada en ella, si el cinturn o sus accesorios presentan daos visibles, durante una tormenta.

En caso de defectos o fallos de funcionamiento apague el cinturn inmediatamente y desenchfelo de la toma de corriente. No tire del cable de corriente ni del cinturn para desenchufar el bloque de alimentacin de la toma. No sujete ni transporte el aparato cogindolo por el cable de red. Mantenga el cable alejado de las superficies calientes. No agujeree, doble o retuerza el cable, ni le clave puntas u objetos punzantes.

Asegrese de que el cinturn, el interruptor, el bloque de alimentacin y el cable no entren en contacto con vapor, agua u otras sustancias lquidas. Para ello, use el cinturn nicamente en interiores secos (nunca en la baera o sauna, por ejemplo).

No toque nunca un aparato que se haya cado al agua. Desenchfelo de inmediato de la toma de corriente. No use el aparato si este o sus accesorios muestran daos visibles. No golpee el aparato ni deje que se caiga.

Reparacin ADVERTENCIA

Manejo ATENCIN

Se deber desconectar y desenchufar el aparato despus de cada utilizacin y antes de cada limpieza. No introduzca objetos en los orificios del aparato ni en las piezas rotatorias. Asegrese de que las

piezas mviles se puedan mover bien. No se siente, se tumbe ni permanezca de pie con todo el peso sobre las partes mviles del aparato

y no coloque objetos sobre el mismo. Proteja el aparato de las temperaturas elevadas.

8. Puesta en funcionamiento Retire el embalaje. Compruebe que el aparato, el bloque de alimentacin y el cable no presenten daos. Introduzca la clavija en la hembrilla del cinturn de masaje. Coloque el cable de forma que no se pueda tropezar con l.

9. Aplicacin Encienda el cinturn con la tecla . Los cabezales de masaje comenzarn a rotar. El sentido de giro para el masaje puede elegirse pulsando las teclas / . Para activar la funcin de calor, vuelva a pulsar la tecla . La funcin se apaga cuando se pulsa de nuevo la tecla . Para apagar el cinturn, pulse la tecla . Si es necesario, el cinturn se puede alargar retirando el asidero derecho (vase el captulo "Prolongacin del cinturn").

Nota El masaje debe resultar agradable y relajante en todo momento. Interrumpa el masaje o cambie la

intensidad usando los asideros si le resulta doloroso o desagradable. No utilice el cinturn ms de 15 minutos. Si el masaje es ms prolongado, se puede producir una

estimulacin excesiva de los msculos, lo que provoca tensiones en vez de relajacin. El cinturn de masaje dispone de un dispositivo automtico de desconexin que se activa despus

de haber utilizado el cinturn durante 15 minutos. El cinturn dispone de una proteccin contra sobrecalentamiento que lo apaga automticamente

si se sobrecalienta. En ese caso, deje que el cinturn se enfre durante 30 minutos antes de volver a usarlo.

Tipos de masaje

Masaje del cuello: Colquese el cinturn alrededor del cuello. Determine la intensidad del masaje utilizando para

ello los asideros.

Masaje de la espalda (parte superior): Colquese el cinturn alrededor de la parte superior

de la espalda. Determine la intensidad del masaje utilizando para

ello los asideros.

Masaje de la espalda (omplatos): Colquese el cinturn en diagonal, como se mues-

tra en la imagen, alrededor del hombro derecho o izquierdo.

Retire el asidero derecho y pase la correa por el soporte.

Cierre el velcro.

Masaje de la espalda (zona lumbar): Colquese el cinturn alrededor de la cadera. Retire el asidero derecho, pase la correa por el so-

porte y cierre el velcro.

Prolongacin del cinturn Si utiliza la unidad en el omplato o en la parte baja de la espalda, podr prolongar el cinturn de Masaje Shiatsu en caso necesario.

Si los dos asideros se encuentran en la unidad, retire primero el asidero del lado del velcro.

Ajuste la prolongacin del cinturn tal como se indica en la imagen.

10. Cuidado y conservacin Limpieza

ADVERTENCIA Desconecte siempre de la red y del aparato el bloque de alimentacin antes de proceder a limpiarlo. Limpie siempre el aparato de la forma indicada. Bajo ningn concepto deben entrar lquidos en el

aparato ni en los accesorios. Las manchas pequeas pueden eliminarse con un pao o una esponja hmeda y, si es necesario,

con un detergente lquido suave. No use limpiadores que contengan disolventes. No vuelva a utilizar el aparato hasta que no est completamente seco.

Conservacin Si no va a utilizar el aparato durante un largo perodo de tiempo, le recomendamos que lo guarde en su embalaje original en un ambiente seco y sin soportar cargas.

Informazioni sul massaggio shiatsu Lo shiatsu una tecnica di massaggio nata circa 100 anni fa in Giappone e basata sui concetti della medicina tradizionale cinese, che si concentra sul sistema dei canali energetici (sistema dei meridiani) del corpo umano. Il massaggio shiatsu mira a migliorare il benessere fisico, emozionale e spirituale della persona da curare. A tale scopo, necessario sciogliere i nodi e i blocchi dei canali energetici e stimolare le forze autoregolatrici del corpo. Con movimenti fluidi il terapeuta shiatsu esercita pressione lungo i canali energetici (meridiani). Sebbene la traduzione letterale di shiatsu sia "pressione delle dita", il massaggio viene effettuato anche con i palmi delle mani, i gomiti e le ginocchia. Il terapeuta si avvale di tutto il peso del suo corpo per produrre la pressione necessaria.

Riparazione AVVERTENZA

Accertarsi che le parti mobili siano sempre libere. Non appoggiarsi con tutto il peso sulle parti mobili dellapparecchio e non posizionare oggetti

8. Messa in funzione Rimuovere limballaggio. Controllare la presenza di danni sullapparecchio, lalimentatore e il cavo. Inserire il connettore dellalimentatore nellapposita presa della fascia per massaggio shiatsu. Posare il cavo di alimentazione in modo che nessuno possa inciampare.

9. Utilizzo Accendere la fascia per massaggio shiatsu con il pulsante . Le teste massaggianti cominciano a ruotare. possibile scegliere la direzione del massaggio premendo i pulsanti / . Per attivare la funzione di riscaldamento, premere il pulsante ; per disattivarla, premere di nuovo il pul- sante . Per spegnere la fascia per massaggio shiatsu, premere di nuovo il pulsante . Se necessario, possibile allungare la fascia (vedere il capitolo "Prolunga per cintura").

Nota Il massaggio deve essere percepito in ogni momento come piacevole e rilassante. Se il massaggio

provoca dolore o una sensazione di malessere, interrompere il massaggio o modificare la pressione utilizzando le maniglie.

Utilizzare la fascia per massaggio shiatsu al massimo per 15 minuti. In caso di massaggi pi lunghi, leccessiva stimolazione muscolare potrebbe provocare una contrattura invece di un rilassamento.

La fascia per massaggio shiatsu dotata di un dispositivo di arresto automatico, impostato su una durata massima di utilizzo di 15 minuti.

La fascia per massaggio shiatsu dotata di un sistema antisurriscaldamento che spegne automa- ticamente lapparecchio in caso di surriscaldamento. Prima di rimetterla in funzione, lasciare che la fascia per massaggio shiatsu si raffreddi per 30 minuti.

Tipi di massaggio

Massaggio per la cervicale: Posizionare la fascia per massaggio shiatsu intorno

alla cervicale. Decidere la pressione utilizzando le maniglie.

Massaggio per la schiena (zona dorsale): Posizionare la fascia per massaggio shiatsu intorno

alla zona dorsale. Decidere la pressione utilizzando le maniglie.

Massaggio per la schiena (spalle): Posizionare la fascia per massaggio shiatsu in dia-

gonale sulla spalla sinistra o destra, come mostrato in figura.

Rilasciare la maniglia di destra e inserire lasola nel supporto.

Serrare la chiusura a strappo.

Massaggio per la schiena (zona lombare): Posizionare la fascia per massaggio shiatsu intorno

ai fianchi, come mostrato in figura. Rilasciare la maniglia di destra, inserire lasola nel

supporto e serrare la chiusura a strappo.

Prolunga per cintura Se si utilizza l'apparecchio sulle spalle o sulla parte inferiore della schiena, la cintura per massaggio shiatsu pu essere allungata se necessario.

Se entrambe le maniglie sono sull'apparecchio, rimuovere prima la maniglia sul lato su cui si trova la chiusura in velcro.

Fissare la prolunga come mostrato nella figura.

10. Cura e conservazione Pulizia

AVVERTENZA Prima di effettuare ogni pulizia, scollegare lalimentatore dalla presa e dallapparecchio. Pulire lapparecchio solo nel modo indicato. Non deve in nessun caso penetrare liquido nellappa-

recchio o negli accessori. Per rimuovere piccole macchie, utilizzare un panno o una spugna umida, ed eventualmente un

detergente liquido per capi delicati. Non utilizzare detergenti contenenti solventi. Utilizzare lapparecchio solo quando completamente asciutto.

Conservazione Se lapparecchio non viene usato a lungo, si consiglia di conservarlo nellimballo originale in un ambiente secco senza sovrapporvi carichi.
