1 Zum Kennenlernen Das Gert besteht aus einem batte- riebetriebenen Antrieb mit einem Scherkopf zum Trimmen der Nasen- und Ohrenhaare sowie einem Scherkopf fr Barthaare. Zustzlich verfgt das Gert ber eine Leuchte, die beim Trimmen der Nasen- und Ohrenhaare den An- wendungsbereich beleuchtet. Das Gert ist nur zur Eigenanwen- dung, nicht fr den medizinischen oder kommerziellen Gebrauch vor- gesehen.

Beachten Sie die Hinweise in dieser Anleitung. Sie sorgen fr den richti- gen Umgang mit dem Gert und hel- fen Ihnen, ein optimales Behand- lungsergebnis zu erzielen. 3. Bestimmungsgemer Gebrauch Mit diesem Epilierer knnen Sie lstige Haare schnell, einfach und wirksam entfernen. Selbst die krzesten Hrchen werden von den rotierenden Pinzetten erfasst und an der Haarwurzel entfernt. Mit der Przisionskappe knnen Sie selbst empfindliche Stellen behandeln. Der Peelingaufsatz dient dem sanften Entfernen abgestorbener Hautzellen und verhindert das Einwachsen von Hr- chen. Der Rasieraufsatz dient der einfachen und grndlichen Rasur sowie dem Entfernen feinster Hr- chen. Das Gert ist nur fr den in dieser Gebrauchsanweisung beschriebenen Zweck vorgesehen. Der Hersteller kann nicht fr Schden haftbar gemacht werden, die durch unsachgemen oder leichtsinnigen Gebrauch entstehen. Dieses Gert ist nur fr den huslichen Gebrauch, nicht fr den kommerziellen Gebrauch vorge- sehen. Kinder sollten beaufsichtigt werden, damit sie nicht mit dem Gert spielen.

ACHTUNG Vor dem Gebrauch sicherstellen, dass das Gert und Zubehr keine sichtbaren Schden

aufweisen. Benutzen Sie es im Zweifelsfall nicht und wenden Sie sich an Ihren Hndler oder an die angegebene Kundendienstadresse.

Ziehen, verdrehen und knicken Sie das Stromkabel nicht. Achten Sie darauf, dass das Stromkabel nicht ber scharfe oder spitze Gegenstnde

gelegt oder gezogen wird. Stecken Sie das Steckernetzteil in eine vorschriftsmig installierte Steckdose. ffnen Sie unter keinen Umstnden das Gehuse. Halten Sie das Gert von spitzen oder scharfen Gegenstnden fern. Wenn das Gert heruntergefallen ist oder anderweitige Schden davongetragen hat,

darf es nicht mehr benutzt werden. Nach jedem Gebrauch und vor jeder Reinigung ist das Gert auszuschalten und auszu-

stecken.

WARNUNG: Stromschlag Wie jedes elektrische Gert ist auch dieses Gert vorsichtig und umsichtig zu gebrauchen, um Gefahren durch elektrische Schlge zu vermeiden.

Betreiben Sie das Gert deshalb nur mit dem mitgelieferten Steckernetzteil und nur mit der auf dem Netzteil notierten

Netzspannung, nie, wenn das Gert oder Zubehr sichtbare Schden aufweist, nicht whrend eines Gewitters. Schalten Sie das Gert im Falle von Defekten oder Betriebsstrungen sofort aus und tren- nen Sie das Gert vom Stromanschluss. Ziehen Sie nicht am Stromkabel oder am Gert um das Netzteil aus der Steckdose zu ziehen. Halten oder tragen Sie das Gert niemals am Stromkabel. Halten Sie Abstand zwischen den Kabeln und warmen Oberflchen. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Station, der Stecker und das Kabel nicht mit Wasser oder ande- ren Flssigkeiten in Berhrung kommen. Benutzen Sie die Ladestation deshalb nur in trockenen Innenrumen, nur mit trockenen Hnden, nie in der Badewanne, in der Dusche oder bei gefllten Waschbecken, nie in Schwimmbecken, Whirlpools oder in der Sauna, nie im Freien. Greifen Sie keinesfalls nach einer Ladestation, die ins Wasser gefallen ist. Ziehen Sie sofort den Netzstecker.

WARNUNG: Reparatur Reparaturen an Elektrogerten drfen nur von Fachkrften durchgefhrt werden. Durch-

unsachgeme Reparaturen knnen erhebliche Gefahren fr den Benutzer entstehen. Lassen Sie das Gert im Falle einer Strung oder Beschdigung durch eine qualifizierte

Fachwerkstatt reparieren.

WARNUNG: Brandgefahr Bei nicht sachgemem Gebrauch bzw. Gebrauch entgegen der vorliegenden Gebrauchs- anweisung besteht unter Umstnden Brandgefahr! Betreiben Sie das Gert deshalb nie unbeaufsichtigt, insbesondere wenn Kinder in der Nhe sind, nie unter einer Abdeckung, wie z. B. Decke, Kissen ..., nie in der Nhe von Benzin oder anderen leicht entflammbaren Stoffen.

Auf den Epilieraufsatz kann entweder die Fixierkappe oder die Przisionskappe aufge- setzt werden.

In die Modulhalterung kann entweder das Peelingmodul oder das Rasiermodul einge- setzt werden.

6. Inbetriebnahme Entfernen Sie die Verpackung. berprfen Sie Gert, Netzstecker und Kabel auf Beschdigungen. Schlieen Sie das Gert an das Stromnetz an. Das Gert muss sich dabei im ausgeschalteten

Zustand befinden. Kabel stolpersicher legen. Laden Sie das Gert vor dem ersten Gebrauch ca. 90 Minuten auf. Langsames Blinken der Ladekontrollleuchte bedeutet, dass der Akku geladen wird. Sobald die Anzeige permanent leuchtet ist das Gert vollstndig aufgeladen. Anschlieend knnen Sie das Gert entweder im Akkubetrieb oder mit dem Stromkabel ver-

wenden. Schnelles Blinken der Ladekontrollleuchte whrend des Akkubetriebs bedeutet, dass der Akku

leer ist. Laden Sie das Gert auf, indem Sie es auf die Station stellen oder an den Netzadapter anschlieen.

Eine Akkuladung reicht fr ca. 60 Minuten kabellosen Betrieb. Danach knnen Sie das Gert im Netzbetrieb weiter verwenden.

ACHTUNG Aus hygienische Grnden sollten Sie das Gert nicht gemeinsam mit anderen Personen

benutzen. Das eingeschaltete Gert sollte nicht mit anderen Hautpartien (z.B. Wimpern, Kopfhaa-

ren, usw.), Kleidern und Schnren in Kontakt kommen, um jede Verletzungsgefahr, ein Blockieren oder ein Beschdigen des Gertes zu vermeiden.

Benutzen Sie das Gert nicht bei Hautreizungen, Krampfadern, Ausschlag, Pickeln, (be- haarten) Muttermalen oder Wunden, ohne vorher einen Arzt zu konsultieren. Gleiches gilt fr Patienten mit geschwchter Immunabwehr, Diabetes, Hmophilie und Immuninsuf- fizienz.

Hinweis Akkus haben nicht von Anfang an ihre volle Ladekapazitt. Um die volle Kapazitt der

Akkus zu erreichen, sollten diese vor dem ersten Betrieb des Gertes voll aufgeladen werden. Die Akkus haben nach ca 10 Ladungen die volle Leistung. Die Akkus sollten nicht tiefentladen werden, da diese sonst beschdigt werden.

Der Epilierer kann auf trockener oder feuchter Haut verwendet werden. Bei der Anwendung auf trockener Haut muss diese trocken und fettfrei sein. Bei der Anwendung auf feuchter Haut ist es wichtig, dass die Haut ausreichend feucht

ist, damit das Gert optimal ber die Haut gleiten kann. Das Epilieren ist nach einem Dusch- oder Vollbad am leichtesten.

Verwenden Sie vor dem Epilieren keine Cremes. Die Epilation ist leichter und angenehmer, wenn die Haare die optimale Lnge von 2-5

mm haben. Wenn die Haare lnger sind, empfehlen wir, sie zunchst zu rasieren und nach 1-2 Wo-

chen die nachgewachsenen krzeren Haare zu epilieren.

Reinigen Sie vor dem Epilieren grndlich den Epilieraufsatz. Dies reduziert weitestgehend das In- fektionsrisiko.

7. Anwendung Drcken Sie den Ein-/Ausschalter um das Gert einzuschalten. Ein erneutes Drcken des Schalters erhht die Geschwindigkeitsstufe. Die Epilight Funktion sorgt fr optimale Lichtverhltnisse, damit Sie auch feinste Hrchen

entdecken und entfernen knnen. Die Haut mit der freien Hand straffen, so dass sich die Haare aufstellen. Fhren Sie das Gert langsam, gleichmig und ohne Druck mit der Epilight-Seite entgegen

der Haarwuchsrichtung ber die Haut. Achten Sie darauf, das Gert senkrecht im 90 Winkel auf der Haut aufzusetzen. Da die Haare nicht immer in eine einheitliche Richtung wachsen, kann es hilfreich sein das Gert in verschiedenen Richtungen ber die Haut zu fhren, um ein optimales Ergebnis zu erzielen.

Beachten Sie, dass Achsel- und Bikinibereich besonders zu Beginn der Epilation sehr schmerzempfindlich sind. Daher empfiehlt sich fr die erste Anwendung, die niedrigere Ge- schwindigkeitsstufe zu verwenden. Bei wiederholter Anwendung wird das Schmerzempfinden nachlassen. Da die Haut in diesem Bereich nach der Epilation besonders empfindlich ist, soll- ten Sie keine hautreizenden Substanzen wie z.B. alkoholhaltige Deodorants verwenden.

Aufsatzwechsel:

Um den Aufsatz zu wechseln, drcken Sie die Entriegelungstaste und nehmen Sie den Aufsatz vom Gert.

Setzen Sie den entsprechenden Aufsatz wieder so auf das Gert, dass er hrbar einrastet.

Das Aufsetzten ist nur in einer Richtung mglich.

Um das Rasier- bzw. Peelingmodul zu wechseln, ziehen Sie den Ein- satz von der Modulhalterung und setzen Sie danach das gewnschte Modul wieder ein.

Hinweis Wir empfehlen Ihnen den Rasieraufsatz nur in der zweiten Geschwindigkeitsstufe anzuwenden, um optimale Ergebnisse zu erzielen.

8. Reinigung und Pflege

WARNUNG Stecken Sie das Gert vor jeder Reinigung aus. Reinigen Sie das Gert nur in der angegebenen Weise. Es darf keinesfalls Flssigkeit in

das Gert oder das Zubehr eindringen. Reinigen Sie den Epilieraufsatz, das Rasiermodul und das Peelingmodul mit der Reini-

gungsbrste. Es wird empfohlen, diese vorher mit Alkohol zu benetzen um eine hygieni- sche Reinigung zu garantieren. Brsten Sie die Aufstze von hinten aus, whrend Sie die Walze von Hand drehen.

Achten Sie darauf, dass der entsprechende Aufsatz vollkommen trocken ist, bevor Sie ihn wieder auf das Gert setzen.

Benutzen Sie das Gert erst wieder wenn es vollstndig trocken ist. Gert nicht in der Splmaschine reinigen! Benutzen Sie keine scharfen Reinigungsmittel oder harte Brsten!

Reinigen Sie das ausgesteckte und abgekhlte Gert mit einem weichen, leicht angefeuchteten Tuch und mildem Reinigungsmittel. Anschlieend mit einem weichen, fusselfreien Tuch trocken wischen.

9. Zubehr- und Ersatzteile Die Zubehr- und Ersatzteile sind ber die jeweilige Serviceadresse (laut Serviceadressliste) erhltlich. Geben Sie die entsprechende Bestellnummer an.

10. Entsorgung Im Interesse des Umweltschutzes darf das Gert am Ende seiner Lebensdauer nicht mit dem Hausmll entsorgt werden. Die Entsorgung kann ber entsprechende Sammelstellen in Ihrem Land erfolgen. 3. Proper use With this epilator you can remove unwanted hair simply, quickly and effectively. Even the short- est hairs are caught by the rotating tweezers and removed from the root. You can treat sensitive areas yourself using the precision cap. The exfoliation attachment helps to gently remove dead skin cells and prevent ingrown hairs. The shaver attachment is designed for simple yet thorough shaving, removing even the finest of hairs. The device is only intended for the purpose described in these operating instructions. The manu- facturer cannot be held liable for damage occurring as a result of inappropriate or careless use. This device is intended for household use only, not for commercial applications. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not use the device as a toy.

4. Warnings and safety notes Please read these operating instructions carefully. Failure to observe the information provided be- low can lead to personal injury or material damage. Keep these instructions in a safe place where they can also be read by other persons using the device. Always pass on these instructions to- gether with the appliance if you sell it or pass it on.

CAUTION Before use, make sure that the device and accessories do not show any visible signs

Do not stretch, twist or kink the power cord. Do not position the power cord on or pull it over sharp or pointed objects. Plug the power cable into a correctly installed mains outlet. Do not open the case under any circumstances. Keep the device away from pointed or sharp objects. If the device has been dropped or otherwise damaged, it must not be used again. Switch the device off and unplug it from the power supply after every use and before

every cleaning.

WARNING: Electric shock As with every electrical device, use this device carefully and cautiously, in order to avoid hazards due to electric shock. For this reason, the device must only be operated as follows: with the mains voltage specified on the device only, never use the device if any damage to the appliance itself or to any of its accessories is

evident, never during a thunderstorm. Switch the device off immediately if it is defective or nor working properly and disconnect it from the power supply. Do not pull the power cord or the device to disconnect the power supply unit from the socket. Never hold or carry the device by the power cord. Keep the cables away from hot surfaces. Keep the device, the plug and cables away from water or other liquids. For this reason, the device must be operated as follows: only in dry inside rooms, only with dry hands, never in the bath, in the shower or near a filled basin, never in swimming pools, whirlpools or in the sauna, never out in the open. Never reach for a charger that has been submerged in water. Disconnect it from the mains immediately.

Either the fixing or precision cap can be fit- ted over the epilator attachment.

The attachment holder can hold either the exfo- liation attachment or the shaver.

6. Initial use Remove the packaging. Check the device, power supply and cables for damage. Connect the device to the mains power. The device must be switched off at this time. Route the cable safely so that there is no risk of anyone tripping over it. Charge the device for approx. 90 minutes before the first use. If the charger indicator lamps flash slowly this means that the battery is charging. Once the dis-

play is permanently illuminated, the device is fully charged. Then you can begin using the device either on battery power or using the mains cable. If the charger indicator lamps flash rapidly during battery operation, the battery is empty. Charge the device by placing it on the station or connecting it to the mains adapter. One charge is sufficient for approx. 60 minutes of cordless operation. After that, you can con-

tinue to use the device via mains operation.

CAUTION For hygiene reasons, you should not share this device with anyone else. When switched on, the device should not come into contact with other areas of skin

(e.g. eyelashes, head hair etc.), or with clothes or cords, to avoid injury as well as block- ages or damage to the device.

Do not use the device on irritated skin, varicose veins, rashes, spots, (hairy) birthmarks or wounds without consulting a doctor beforehand. The same applies to patients with weakened immune systems, diabetes, haemophilia and immune insufficiency.

Note Batteries do not have their full load capacity from the beginning. In order to achieve the

full load capacity of the batteries, they should be fully charged prior to initial operation. Batteries are fully charged after approx. 10 charges. The batteries should not be fully discharged as this could damage them.

The epilator can be used on dry or wet hair. When used on dry skin, the skin must be completely dry and free from grease. When used on wet skin, it is important that the skin is sufficiently damp so that the de-

vice can glide optimally over the skin. Epilating is easiest after a shower or bath. Do not use any cream before epilating. Epilation is easier and more comfortable if the hairs are at the optimal length of 2-5 mm. If the hairs are longer, we recommend that you first shave the area and after 1-2 weeks

epilate the shorter regrowth.

Thoroughly clean the epilator attachment before epilating. This reduces the risk of infection as much as possible.

7. Usage Press the on/off button to switch on the device. Press the button again to increase the speed. The Epilight function ensures optimal lighting conditions so that you can see and remove

even the finest hairs. Hold the skin taught with your free hand to help lift the hairs. Move the device slowly, steadily and without pressure over the skin, with the Epilight side

pointed against the direction of hair growth. Make sure you hold the device vertically at a 90 angle to the skin. As hair doesnt always grow in one direction, it can be useful to move the de- vice in various directions over the skin to achieve an optimal result.

Be aware that the underarm and bikini areas may be particularly sensitive to pain at first. We therefore recommend that you use the lowest speed setting for the first use. The pain will less- en with repeated use. As skin in this area is particularly sensitive after epilation, do not use any substances that might irritate the skin such as alcohol-based deodorant.

Changing the attachment:

To replace an attachment, press the unlock button and take the epilator attachment off the device.

Place the corresponding attachment back on the device, ensuring that it clicks into place.

Can only be attached in one direction.

To change the shaver or exfoliation attachment, remove the attachment from the attachment holder and then reinsert the attachment you wish to use.

Note We recommend that you use the shaver attachment on the second speed setting to achieve op- timum results.

8. Cleaning and maintenance

WARNING Disconnect the device before cleaning it. Only clean the appliance in the manner specified. Fluid must never be allowed to enter

into the device or accessories. Clean the epilator attachment, the shaver and the exfoliation attachment with the clean-

ing brush. We recommend that you moisten this beforehand with alcohol to guarantee a hygienic clean. Brush the attachments out from behind while you turn the roller by hand.

Make sure that the relevant attachment is completely dry before you put in back on the device.

Do not use the device again until it is completely dry. Do not clean the device in the dishwasher. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or hard brushes.

First unplug the device and allow it to cool off. Then you can clean it with a soft, slightly mois- tened cloth. Then wipe it dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.

10. Disposal For environmental reasons, do not dispose of the device in the household waste at the end of its service life. Dispose of the device at a suitable local collection or recycling point in your country. Dispose of the device in accordance with EC Directive WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment). If you have any questions, please contact the local authorities responsible for waste disposal.

Empty, completely flat batteries must be disposed of through specially designated collection boxes, recycling points or electronics retailers. You are legally required to dispose of the batter- ies. 12. Warranty/service Beurer GmbH, Sflinger Strae 218, 89077 Ulm, Germany (hereinafter referred to as Beurer) provides a warranty for this product, subject to the requirements below and to the extent de- scribed as follows. The warranty conditions below shall not affect the sellers statutory warranty obligations which ensue from the sales agreement with the buyer. The warranty shall apply without prejudice to any mandatory statutory provisions on li- ability.

Beurer guarantees the perfect functionality and completeness of this product.

The worldwide warranty period is 3 years, commencing from the purchase of the new, unused product from the seller.

The warranty only applies to products purchased by the buyer as a consumer and used exclu- sively for personal purposes in the context of domestic use. German law shall apply.

During the warranty period, should this product prove to be incomplete or defective in function- ality in accordance with the following provisions, Beurer shall carry out a repair or a replacement delivery free of charge, in accordance with these warranty conditions.

If the buyer wishes to make a warranty claim, they should approach their local retailer in the first instance: see the attached International Service list of service addresses.

The buyer will then receive further information about the processing of the warranty claim, e.g. where they can send the product and what documentation is required.

A warranty claim shall only be considered if the buyer can provide Beurer, or an authorised Beur- er partner, with a copy of the invoice/purchase receipt, and the original product.

The following are explicitly excluded from this warranty: deterioration due to normal use or consumption of the product; accessories supplied with this product which are worn out or used up through proper use

(e.g. batteries, rechargeable batteries, cuffs, seals, electrodes, light sources, attachments and nebuliser accessories);

products that are used, cleaned, stored or maintained improperly and/or contrary to the provi- sions of the instructions for use, as well as products that have been opened, repaired or modified by the buyer or by a service centre not authorised by Beurer;

damage that arises during transport between manufacturer and customer, or between ser- vice centre and customer;

products purchased as seconds or as used goods; consequential damage arising from a fault in this product (however, in this case, claims

may exist arising from product liability or other compulsory statutory liability provisions).

Repairs or an exchange in full do not extend the warranty period under any circumstances.

Veillez ne pas tirer, tordre ou plier le cordon dalimentation. Veillez ne pas poser ou tirer le cordon dalimentation sur des objets tranchants ou

pointus. Brancher le bloc dalimentation dans une prise murale installe conformment la norme. Nouvrez en aucun cas lappareil. vitez tout contact de lappareil avec des objets pointus ou tranchants. Si lappareil est tomb ou prsente dautres dommages, veillez ne plus lutiliser. Aprs chaque utilisation et avant chaque nettoyage, arrtez lappareil et dbranchez-le.

6. Mise en service Retirez lemballage. Vrifiez que lappareil, la fiche secteur et le cordon ne prsentent aucun dommage. Branchez lappareil. Lappareil doit tre teint lorsque vous le branchez. Disposez le cordon de sorte ne pas trbucher dessus. Chargez lappareil pendant environ 90 minutes avant la premire utilisation. Une fois la batterie charge, le voyant de contrle de charge clignote lentement. Une fois lappareil entirement charg, le voyant reste allum. Vous pouvez ensuite utiliser lappareil sur batterie ou sur secteur. Si la batterie est dcharge, le voyant de contrle de charge clignote rapidement en cours

dutilisation. Rechargez lappareil en le posant sur la station ou en le connectant ladaptateur secteur.

Une charge de batterie suffit pour environ 60 minutes dutilisation sans cble. Vous pouvez en- suite utiliser lappareil sur secteur.

ATTENTION Pour des raisons dhygine, lappareil ne devrait pas tre utilis par plus dune personne. Il faut viter tout contact de lappareil en marche avec dautres lments du corps (par

exemple les cils, les cheveux, etc.), des vtements ou des fils, afin de prvenir tout risque de blessure, le blocage ou lendommagement de lappareil.

Nutilisez pas cet appareil en cas dirritations cutanes, varices, ruptions cutanes, boutons, grains de beaut (recouverts ou non de poils) ou plaies sans consultation pr- alable dun mdecin. Ces indications valent galement pour les patients au systme im- munitaire affaibli, atteints de diabte, dhmophilie ou de dficit immunitaire.

Remarque Les batteries ne sont pas au maximum de leur capacit de charge ds le dbut. Pour

latteindre, vous devez charger compltement les batteries avant lutilisation de lappa- reil, les batteries atteignent leur pleine performance aprs environ 10 chargements. Les batteries ne doivent pas tre compltement dcharges, car cela les endommagerait.

Lpilateur peut tre utilis sur une peau sche ou humide. Lors de lutilisation sur une peau sche, celle-ci doit tre parfaitement sche et non

grasse. Lors de lutilisation sur une peau humide, il est important que celle-ci soit suffisamment

humide pour que lappareil puisse glisser de faon optimale sur la peau. Lpilation est plus facile aprs une douche ou un bain.

Nutilisez pas de crme avant lpilation. Lpilation est plus facile et agrable lorsque les poils ont une longueur optimale de 2

5 mm. Si les poils sont plus longs, nous vous recommandons de les raser dabord et dpiler les

poils plus courts qui ont pouss 1 2 semaines aprs.

Avant lpilation, nettoyez soigneusement lembout dpilation. Ceci a pour effet de rduire gran- dement le risque dinfection.

7. Utilisation Appuyez sur linterrupteur Marche/Arrt pour allumer lappareil. Une nouvelle pression de linterrupteur augmente la vitesse. La fonction Epilight assure une luminosit optimale, vous aidant galement dtecter et li-

miner les poils les plus fins. Tendez la peau avec votre main libre, afin de redresser les poils. Guidez lappareil lentement, de faon uniforme et sans appuyer, avec le ct Epilight oppos

au sens de pousse des poils sur la peau. Assurez-vous de placer lappareil verticalement sur la peau un angle de 90. Comme les poils ne poussent pas toujours dans une mme direction, il peut tre utile de guider lappareil dans diffrentes directions sur la peau pour obtenir un rsul- tat optimal.

Notez que les zones des aisselles et du maillot sont trs sensibles la douleur, en particulier au dbut de lpilation. Cest pourquoi il est recommand dutiliser la vitesse la plus basse pour la premire utilisation. La sensation de douleur diminuera au fur et mesure des pilations. Comme la peau est particulirement sensible dans ces zones aprs lpilation, vitez dutiliser des substances irritantes pour la peau, comme des dodorants alcooliss.

Changement dembout:

Pour changer un embout, appuyez sur la touche de dverrouillage et retirez-le de lappareil.

Replacez la tte correspondante sur lappareil de manire ce quelle mette un clic audible.

Linsertion de la tte dpilation ne peut se faire que dans un seul sens.

Pour changer le module de rasage ou de gommage, retirez linsert du support de module et insrez ensuite nouveau le module souhait.

Remarque Nous vous recommandons de nutiliser la tte de rasage qu la deuxime vitesse pour obtenir des rsultats optimaux.

8. Nettoyage et entretien

NETTOYAGE Avant chaque nettoyage, dbranchez lappareil. Nettoyez lappareil uniquement selon la mthode indique. Du liquide ne doit pntrer en

aucun cas dans lappareil ou dans les accessoires. Nettoyez lembout dpilation, le module de rasage et le module de peeling avec la

brosse de nettoyage. Il est recommand de la frotter auparavant avec de lalcool afin de garantir un nettoyage hyginique. Brossez les embouts par larrire en tournant le cy- lindre la main.

Assurez-vous que lembout est entirement sec avant de le replacer sur lappareil. Attendez que lappareil soit compltement sec avant de le rutiliser. Ne mettez jamais lappareil dans le lave-vaisselle ! Nutilisez pas de produit nettoyant agressif ou de brosses dures !

Nettoyez lappareil dbranch et froid avec un chiffon doux lgrement humide et un produit net- toyant doux. Ensuite, essuyez-le laide dun chiffon doux qui ne peluche pas.

3. Uso indicado Con esta depiladora puede eliminar ese vello tan molesto de una manera rpida, sencilla y efi- caz. Las pinzas rotatorias extraen incluso el vello ms corto, eliminndolo de raz. 4. Indicaciones de advertencia y de seguridad Lea detenidamente estas instrucciones de uso. Si no se observan las siguientes indicaciones se pueden producir daos personales o materiales. En el cabezal de depilacin se puede colocar el accesorio de fijacin o el accesorio de pre- cisin.

En el soporte para mdulo se puede colo- car el mdulo exfoliante o el mdulo de ra- surado.

6. Puesta en funcionamiento Desembale el aparato. Compruebe si el aparato, la clavija de red o el cable estn daados. Conecte el aparato a la red elctrica. El aparato debe estar apagado. Coloque el cable de modo que nadie pueda tropezar. Cargue el aparato durante aproximadamente 90 minutos antes de usarlo por primera vez. Un parpadeo lento del indicador de control de carga significa que la batera se est cargando. El indicador quedar iluminado de forma permanente en cuanto el aparato est completamen-

te cargado. A continuacin, ya puede utilizar el aparato con la batera o conectado a la corriente. Un parpadeo rpido del indicador de control de carga durante el funcionamiento con batera

significa que la batera est vaca. Cargue el aparato colocndolo en la estacin o conectndo- lo al adaptador de red.

Una carga completa de la batera es suficiente para unos 60 minutos de funcionamiento sin ca- ble. Despus, puede utilizar el aparato conectado a la red.

ATENCIN Por motivos de higiene, no se debe compartir el aparato con otras personas. El aparato encendido no debe entrar en contacto con otras reas de la piel (por ejemplo,

pestaas, cabellos, etc.), ni con ropa o cordones, con el fin de evitar cualquier riesgo de lesin, o de bloqueo o daos en el aparato.

No use el aparato en caso de irritaciones de la piel, varices, erupciones cutneas, espi- nillas, lunares (pilosos) o heridas, sin consultar previamente a un mdico. Esto tambin es aplicable para pacientes con el sistema inmunitario debilitado, diabetes, hemofilia e insuficiencia inmunolgica.

Nota Las bateras no disponen de toda su capacidad de carga al principio. Para obtener la

capacidad completa de las bateras, deben cargarse completamente antes de poner en funcionamiento el aparato por primera vez; tras unas 10 cargas, las bateras tendrn la capacidad completa. Las bateras no deben descargarse completamente, ya que esto podra daarlas.

Puede emplear la depiladora tanto sobre la piel seca, como hmeda. En caso de utilizarla sobre la piel seca, esta deber estar bien seca y exenta de grasa. En caso de utilizarla sobre piel hmeda, es importante que la piel est lo suficientemen-

te hmeda para que el aparato pueda deslizarse de forma ptima sobre la piel. Resulta ms fcil depilarse despus de haber tomado una ducha o un bao.

No aplique ningn tipo de crema antes de depilarse. Es ms fcil depilarse, y resulta menos molesto, si el vello presenta una longitud ptima,

entre 2 y 5 mm. Si el vello es ms largo, le recomendamos que primero lo rasure y, transcurridas de 1 a

2 semanas, se depile el vello corto que ha nacido.

Antes de depilarse limpie a fondo el cabezal de depilacin. As se reduce considerablemente el riesgo por infeccin.

7. Aplicacin Pulse el interruptor de encendido/apagado para encender el aparato. Si pulsa nuevamente el interruptor aumentar el nivel de velocidad. La funcin Epilight proporciona unas condiciones luminosas ptimas, para que tambin pue-

da descubrir y eliminar el vello ms fino. Tense la piel con la mano libre, de modo que el vello se levante. Gue el aparato lentamente, de forma uniforme y sin presin por el lado iluminado por la luz

Epilight en contra de la direccin de crecimiento del pelo. Asegrese de que la posicin del aparato es perpendicular a la piel. Como el vello no siempre crece en una nica direccin, pue- de ser til guiar el aparato en diferentes direcciones sobre la piel para lograr un resultado p- timo.

Tenga en cuenta que la zona de las axilas y la lnea del bikini es muy sensible al dolor, espe- cialmente en las primeras depilaciones. Por ello recomendamos que la primera vez utilice el nivel de velocidad ms bajo. A medida que se repite el proceso de depilacin, disminuye la sensacin de dolor. Tras la depilacin la piel de estas zonas est especialmente sensible y no debera utilizar ningn tipo de sustancia irritante, como, por ejemplo, desodorantes con alco- hol.

Cambio de cabezal:

Para cambiar un cabezal, pulse la tecla de desbloqueo y retire el ca- bezal del aparato.

Coloque el cabezal correspondiente en el aparato y presione hasta que lo oiga encajar.

La colocacin solo es posible en una direccin.

Para cambiar el mdulo de rasurado o el mdulo exfoliante, retire el ca- bezal del soporte para mdulo y vuelva a colocar despus el mdulo que desee.

Nota Se recomienda utilizar el cabezal de rasurado nicamente con el segundo nivel de velocidad para conseguir los mejores resultados.

8. Limpieza y cuidado

AVISO Desenchufe el aparato antes de cada limpieza. Limpie el aparato nicamente de la manera indicada. En ningn caso debe penetrar nin-

gn lquido en el interior del aparato o accesorios. Limpie el cabezal de depilacin, el mdulo de rasurado y el mdulo exfoliante con el ce-

pillo de limpieza. Le recomendamos que lo humedezca antes con alcohol para una ma- yor higiene. Cepille los cabezales desde la parte de atrs mientras gira con los dedos el cilindro.

Antes de colocar el cabezal, asegrese de que este est completamente seco. Utilice de nuevo el aparato slo una vez que est completamente seco. No lave el aparato en la mquina lavavajillas. No utilice detergentes agresivos ni cepillos duros.

Limpie el aparato desenchufado y enfriado con un pao suave ligeramente humedecido y un de- tergente suave. A continuacin squelo con un trapo suave y sin pelusas.

10. Eliminacin A fin de preservar el medio ambiente, cuando el aparato llegue al final de su vida til no lo deseche con la basura domstica. Se puede desechar en los puntos de recogida adecuados disponibles en su zona. Deseche el aparato segn lo dispuesto en la Directiva europea sobre residuos de aparatos elctricos y electrnicos (RAEE). 3. Uso conforme Questo epilatore consente di eliminare in modo rapido, facile ed efficace i fastidiosi peli superflui. Perfino i peli pi corti vengono catturati dalle pinzette rotanti e rimossi alla radice. Il coperchio di precisione consente di trattare anche i punti sensibili. Laccessorio per il peeling elimina delicata- mente le cellule morte e impedisce la crescita di peli incarniti. Laccessorio per la rasatura garantisce una rasatura facile ed efficace ed elimina anche i peli pi sottili. Lapparecchio previsto esclusivamente per lo scopo descritto nelle presenti istruzioni per luso. Il produttore non risponde di danni causati da un uso inappropriato o non conforme. Il presente apparecchio destinato esclusivamente alluso domestico e non a fini commerciali. Sorvegliare i bambini per evitare che giochino con lapparecchio.

4. Avvertenze e indicazioni di sicurezza Leggere accuratamente le presenti istruzioni per luso. La non osservanza delle avvertenze ripor- tate qui di seguito pu causare infortuni alle persone o danni materiali. AVVERTENZA: Scossa elettrica Come qualsiasi apparecchio elettrico, anche questo apparecchio deve essere manipolato con attenzione e cautela al fine di evitare il rischio di scosse elettriche. Per questo motivo utilizzare lapparecchio esclusivamente con la tensione di rete indicata sullapparecchio, mai quando lapparecchio o gli accessori presentano danni visibili, non durante un temporale. 6. Messa in funzione Rimuovere limballaggio. Controllare se lapparecchio, la spina ed il cavo presentano segni di danni. Connettere lapparecchio alla rete elettrica. Lapparecchio deve essere spento. Posare il cavo in modo tale da non presentare pericolo di inciamparvi. Prima del primo utilizzo, caricare lapparecchio per ca. 90 minuti. Se lindicatore di carica lampeggia lentamente, significa che la batteria sotto carica. Quando lindicatore diventa fisso, lapparecchio carico. Successivamente lapparecchio pu essere utilizzato a batteria o con il cavo elettrico. Se lindicatore di carica lampeggia velocemente durante il funzionamento a batteria, significa

che la batteria scarica. Caricare lapparecchio posizionandolo nella stazione oppure colle- gandolo alladattatore.

Una carica sufficiente per ca. 60 minuti di utilizzo senza filo. Successivamente lapparecchio pu essere utilizzato collegandolo alla rete elettrica.

ATTENZIONE Per motivi igienici non usare lapparecchio insieme ad altre persone. Lapparecchio acceso non deve venire a contatto con altre parti parti del corpo (ad es.

sopracciglia, capelli, ecc.), indumenti e cordoni per evitare il pericolo di lesioni nonch il blocco o il danneggiamento dellapparecchio.

Non utilizzare lapparecchio in presenza di irritazioni ed eruzioni cutanee, varici, herpes, nei (su cui sono presenti peli) o ferite senza aver consultato un medico. Lo stesso vale per pazienti con difese immunitarie indebolite, diabete, emofilia e immunoinsufficienza.

Nota Le batterie ricaricabili non dispongono fin da subito della totale capacit di carica. Per

raggiungere la loro piena capacit, caricarle completamente prima della prima messa in funzione dellapparecchio. Le batterie garantiscono piene prestazioni dopo circa 10 rica- riche. Evitare di scaricare completamente le batterie, poich ci le danneggerebbe.

Lepilatore pu essere utilizzato sulla pelle asciutta o bagnata. Per lutilizzo a secco, la pelle deve essere asciutta e sgrassata. Per lutilizzo a umido, la pelle deve essere ben inumidita per consentire lo scorrimento

ottimale dellapparecchio. Lutilizzo dellepilatore pi facile dopo la doccia o il bagno. Non usare alcuna crema dopo lepilazione. Lepilazione pi facile e piacevole se i peli hanno raggiunto la lunghezza ottimale di 2-5

mm. Se i peli sono pi lunghi, si consiglia di raderli e di procedere allepilazione dei peli ricre-

sciuti dopo 1-2 settimane.

Pulire accuratamente lepilatore prima dellepilazione per ridurre al minimo il rischio dinfezione.

7. Utilizzo Premere linterruttore ON/OFF per accendere lapparecchio. Se si preme nuovamente linterruttore, la velocit viene aumentata. La luce Epilight garantisce le condizioni di luce ottimali per individuare ed eliminare anche i

peli pi sottili. Passare la mano libera sulla pelle per sollevare i peli. Passare lapparecchio lentamente, uniformemente e senza esercitare pressione sulla pelle dalla

parte dellEpilight nella direzione di crescita dei peli. Passare lapparecchio verticalmente sulla pelle con un angolo di 90. Dal momento che i peli non crescono sempre in ununica direzione,

pu essere utile passare lapparecchio sulla pelle in diverse direzioni per ottenere un risultato ottimale.

Inizialmente lepilazione particolarmente dolorosa nella zona delle ascelle e dellinguine. Per il primo utilizzo si consiglia quindi di procedere allepilazione alla velocit pi bassa. Lutilizzo ripetuto riduce la sensazione di dolore. Dal momento che dopo lepilazione la pelle particolar- mente sensibile in queste zone, non utilizzare sostanze irritanti come ad es. deodoranti alcolici.

Sostituzione dellaccessorio:

Per sostituire un accessorio, premere il pulsante di sblocco e rimuovere laccessorio dallapparecchio.

Installare di nuovo lapposito accessorio sullapparecchio. necessario avvertire lo scatto dellinnesto.

Linstallazione pu essere effettuata in ununica direzione.

Per sostituire il modulo per la rasatura o il peeling, rimuovere laccessorio dal relativo supporto e installare il modulo desiderato.

Nota Per ottenere risultati ottimali, si consiglia di utilizzare laccessorio per la rasatura solo al secondo livello di velocit.

8. Pulizia e cura

AVVERTENZA Sconnettere lapparecchio prima di iniziare qualunque intervento di pulizia. Pulire lapparecchio solo nel modo indicato. Prestare la massima attenzione a non far

penetrare liquidi nellapparecchio o negli accessori. Pulire laccessorio per lepilazione e quello per il peeling con la spazzola di pulizia. Si

consiglia di bagnare la spazzola con alcol prima di utilizzarla in modo da garantire una pulizia igienica. Spazzolare gli accessori da dietro ruotando manualmente il rullo.

Accertarsi che gli accessori siano perfettamente asciutti prima di rimontarli sullappa- recchio.

Riutilizzare lapparecchio solo quando perfettamente asciutto. Non pulire lapparecchio nella lavastoviglie! Non utilizzare detergenti aggressivi o spazzole dure!

Pulire lapparecchio sconnesso e raffreddato con un panno morbido e leggermente inumidito con un detergente delicato. Asciugare quindi con un panno morbido e senza peluzzi.

10. Smaltimento A tutela dellambiente, al termine del suo ciclo di vita, lapparecchio non deve essere smaltito nei rifiuti domestici, ma conferito negli appositi centri di raccolta.
