Setup Wizard For the first time using AVer EVC system, the Installation Wizard will guide you to setup your EVC system

step by step. After completing the wizard setup, user may start to use your EVC system.

1. Connect your EVC system well and turn on the power.

After your EVC system starting, user will see the

Installation Wizard screen shown up.

2. Language: Select the language of your EVC system.

Press to expand the drop-down list. Then, use

or button to move the selection and press to

make the selection.

3. After selecting, press to move to Next option and

press to go to the next step.

4. Follow the instructions and complete your settings.

5. Click Finish to complete the Installation Wizard setup

and go to home menu.

6. Please press on the remote to start making a call.

Network Quick Setup Guide Default IP address: 192.168.0.1.

Please change your EVCs IP address at the start.

There are three possible setup scenarios for most video conferencing users, if yours is:

1. Public IP Configuration (Outside of Firewall).

2. Private IP Configuration (Behind Firewall with Port Forwarding). Please refer to the following table

3. H.460 Gatekeeper with Firewall Traversal. Please refer to the following table EVC H.323 Related

Port Usage for Firewall Setup for your firewall Port forwarding setup.

Scenario 1 Public IP Configuration (Outside of Firewall) Your EVC is connecting directly to the internet.

1. From the remote press Home-> ->

Setting.

2. Press -> Network

3. Press LAN Configuration.

4. And In the drop-down list Obtain IP address, choose Static IP or PPPoE.

Static IP: Input the IP address, Subnet Mask and Default Gateway.

PPPoE: Input the PPPoE login User name and Password.

5. Select Apply and press (Enter).

6. Press Home on the remote to return to the home menu.

7. Press the (Call) button on the remote and you are ready to make your first call.

Scenario 2 Private IP Configuration (Behind Firewall with Port Forwarding) Your EVC is connecting to the internet through a firewall.

  1. From the remote press Home-> ->

Setting.

2. Press -> Network.

3. Press LAN Configuration.

4. And In the drop-down list Obtain IP address, choose

Static IP.

5. Manually input the IP address, Subnet Mask and

Default Gateway.

6. Select Apply and press (Enter).

7. Press (Back) on the remote to return to previous

menu. (If you have H.323 ALG enabled, skip to step 10).

8. In the same page, go to Firewall and press (Enter).

9. Select ON in the NAT Configuration check box and

enter the IP address in the NAT Public (WAN) Address

field.

10. Press the Home button on the remote to return the

home menu.

11. Press the Call button on the remote and you are

ready to make your first call.

Scenario 3 H.460 Gatekeeper with Firewall Traversal Your EVC is connecting to the internet through a firewall and you have a Gatekeeper outside the firewall. 

  1. From the remote press Home-> ->

Setting.

2. Press -> Network

3. Press LAN Configuration.

4. And In the drop-down list Obtain IP address, choose

Static IP.

5. Manually input the IP address, Subnet Mask and

Default Gateway.

6. Select Apply and press (Enter).

7. In the same page, go to Gatekeeper and press

(Enter).

8. Enter the IP address of your Gatekeeper in the

Gatekeeper IP Address field and enable the Use

Gatekeeper check box.

9. Enable the Enable H.460 Firewall Traversal option.

10. Press the Home button on the remote to return the home

menu.

11. Press the (Call) button on the remote and you are

ready to make your first call.

Troubleshooting

1. Make sure you have changed your default IP address. The default IP address is 192.168.0.1, in

order not to conflict with other devices in the same LAN, please change your IP address at the start.

2. Video conference call is established but no video or voice.

If you are connecting to AVer EVC with firewall, make sure you have done the port forwarding

correctly. For non H.323 ALG firewall, please set the NAT configuration and the WAN IP

address on AVer EVC system is entered.

We suggest having a fixed public IP address for AVer EVC system. With dynamic public IP

address, it will change after a certain period which depends on your local ISP.

There is a routing issue if you installed two AVer EVC systems sharing one public IP address.

3. Unable to connect to other Video Conferencing systems.

Check to see if you dial the correct IP address.

Ensure the power status of the device from the other site is on.

Verify if the firewall blocks the inbound traffics from the other site.

Verify if the other site rejected your Video Conferencing call.

4. Unable to see the OSD. 

Check to see if your cable is connecting correctly.

Make sure your system and display are well-connected and then reboot your system. (Your

display should be switched on before you reboot your system).

Press Dual button on remote controller (User needs to keep pressing until OSD menu is

shown). 

5. Cannot open WebTool by IE 9 and IE 10. 

Click (Tools) in IE.

Select F12 developer tools. 

Change Document Mode to Internet Explorer 9 standards 

Disable intranet sites in Compatibility View. Go to Tools Compatibility view settings. 

Unclick the checkbox Display intranet sites in Compatibility View and then click Close.

Asistente de configuracin Si est utilizando el sistema AVer EVC por primera vez, el asistente de instalacin le guiar paso a paso

en la configuracin de su sistema EVC. Una vez que haya finalizado la configuracin con el asistente, el

usuario podr comenzar a utilizar su sistema EVC.

1. Conecte su sistema EVC correctamente y conecte la

alimentacin. Una vez que se haya iniciado su sistema

EVC, el usuario ver la pantalla del asistente de

instalacin que se muestra ms arriba.

2. Idioma: Seleccione el idioma de su sistema EVC. Pulse

para expandir la lista desplegable. A continuacin

utilice los botones o para mover la seleccin y

pulse para realizar la seleccin.

3. Una vez seleccionado, pulse para moverse a la

siguiente opcin y pulse para ir al siguiente paso.

4. Siga las instrucciones y complete la configuracin.

5. Haga clic en "Finalizar" para completar la configuracin

del asistente de instalacin y vaya al men de inicio.     6. Pulse en el control remoto para iniciar una

llamada.

Cambie la direccin IP de su sistema EVC al empezar.

Hay tres posibles escenarios de configuracin para la mayora de los usuarios de videoconferencia:

1. Configuracin de IP pblica (fuera de un Firewall).

2. Configuracin de IP privada (detrs de un Firewall con reenvo de puerto). Consulte la siguiente tabla

Escenario 1 Configuracin de IP pblica (fuera de un Firewall) El sistema EVC est conectado directamente a Internet.

  1. Desde el control remoto pulse Inicio" ->

-> "Configuracin".

2. Pulse -> "Red".

4. Y en la lista desplegable seleccione "Obtener direccin IP", seleccione "IP esttica" o "PPPoE".  IP esttica: Introduzca la "Direccin IP", "Mscara de subred" y "Puerta de enlace

redeterminada".

PPPoE: Introduzca el inicio de sesin PPPoE "Nombre de usuario" y "Contrasea".

5. Seleccione "Aplicar" y pulse (Intro).

6. Pulse "Inicio" en el control remoto para volver al men de inicio.

7. Pulse el botn (Llamada) en el control remoto y ya estar preparado para realizar su

primera llamada.

Escenario 2 - Configuracin de IP privada (detrs de un Firewall con reenvo de puerto) Si el sistema EVC se conecta a Internet a travs de un Firewall.

  1. Desde el control remoto pulse Inicio" ->

-> "Configuracin".

2. Pulse -> "Red".

3. Pulse "Configuracin LAN".

4. Y en la lista desplegable seleccione "Obtener direccin

IP", seleccione "IP esttica".

5. Introduzca manualmente la "Direccin IP", "Mscara de

subred" y "Puerta de enlace predeterminada".

6. Seleccione "Aplicar" y pulse (Intro).

7. Pulse (Atrs) en el control remoto para volver al

men anterior. (Si tiene habilitado ALG H.323, vaya al

paso 10).

8. En la misma pgina, vaya a "Firewall" y pulse

(Intro).  9. Seleccione ACTIVADO en la casilla de verificacin de

Configuracin NAT y escriba la direccin IP en el campo

Direccin (WAN) pblica NAT.

10. Pulse el botn "Inicio" en el control remoto para volver al

men de inicio.  11. Pulse el botn (Llamada) en el control remoto y ya

estar preparado para realizar su primera llamada.

Escenario 3 Equipo selector (Gatekeeper) H.460 con Firewall traversal Su sistema EVC se conecta a Internet a travs de un Firewall y que tiene un equipo selector fuera del

firewall.

1. Dal telecomando, premere Home-> ->

Impostazioni.

2. Pulse -> "Red".

3. Pulse "Configuracin LAN".

4. Y en la lista desplegable seleccione "Obtener direccin

IP", seleccione "IP esttica".

5. Introduzca manualmente la "Direccin IP", "Mscara de

subred" y "Puerta de enlace predeterminada".  6. Seleccione "Aplicar" y pulse (Intro).

7. En la misma pgina vaya a "Equipo selector" y pulse (Intro).

8. Introduzca la direccin IP de su Equipo selector en el

campo "Direccin IP del equipo selector" y active la casilla

de verificacin "Usar Equipo selector".

9. Active la opcin "Habilitar Firewall Traversal H.460".

10. Pulse el botn "Inicio" en el control remoto para volver al

men de inicio.

11. Pulse el botn (Llamada) en el control remoto y ya

estar preparado para realizar su primera llamada.

Resolucin de problemas

1. Asegrese de que ha cambiado su direccin IP predeterminada. La direccin IP predeterminada es

192.168.0.1, pero para no entrar en conflicto con otros dispositivos en la misma red local, cambie

esta direccin IP al comenzar.

2. La llamada de vdeo conferencia se establece pero no hay vdeo o voz. 

Si se est conectando a AVer EVC a travs de un Firewall, asegrese de que ha hecho el

reenvo de puertos correctamente. Para un Firewall que no sea ALG H.323, establezca la

configuracin NAT y asegrese de que la direccin IP de la WAN est introducida en el sistema

AVer EVC.

Se aconseja tener una direccin IP pblica fija para el sistema AVer EVC. Una direccin IP

pblica dinmica cambia despus de un perodo definido que depende de su proveedor de

Internet.

Hay un problema de enrutamiento si ha instalado dos sistemas AVer EVC que comparten una

direccin IP pblica.  3. No se puede conectar a otros sistemas de videoconferencia. 

Compruebe que escrito la direccin IP correcta.

Asegrese de que el dispositivo del otro sitio est encendido.

Compruebe si el firewall del otro sitio bloquea el trfico entrante.

Compruebe si el otro sitio rechaza su llamada de videoconferencia.

4. No se puede ver el men en pantalla.  Compruebe si el cable est conectado correctamente.

Asegrese de que el sistema y la pantalla estn bien conectados y luego reinicie el sistema.

(Su pantalla deber estar encendida antes de reiniciar su sistema).

Pulse el botn Dual en el control remoto (el usuario tiene que seguir presionando hasta que

se muestre el men en pantalla).

5. No se puede abrir WebTool en IE 9 e IE 10.

Haga clic en (Herramientas) en IE

Seleccione "Herramientas de desarrollo F12".

Cambiar el Modo de documento a "Estndar Internet Explorer 9".

Desactive los sitios de intranet en la Vista de compatibilidad. Vaya a "Herramientas" "Ajustes

de vista de compatibilidad".

Desmarque la casilla de verificacin "Mostrar sitios de intranet en la Vista de compatibilidad" y

haga clic en "Cerrar".

Einrichtungsassistent Bei der erstmaligen Verwendung des AVer EVC-Systems fhrt der Installationsassistent Sie Schritt fr

Schritt durch Ihr EVC-System. Nach Abschluss der Installation mit dem Assistenten, knnen Sie Ihr

EVC-System verwenden.

1. Verbinden Sie Ihr EVC-System und schalten Sie es ein.

Nach dem Start des EVC-Systems wird der

Installationsassistent angezeigt.

2. Sprache: Whlen Sie die Sprache Ihres EVC-Systems.

Klicken Sie auf , um die Dropdown-Liste anzuzeigen.

Dann verschieben Sie die Auswahl mit der Schaltflche

oder und treffen Ihre Auswahl mit .

3. Nachdem Sie Ihre Auswahl getroffen haben, klicken Sie

auf , um zur Option "Weiter" zu wechseln; hier

klicken Sie auf , um zum nchsten Schritt zu

gelangen.

4. Folgen Sie den Anweisungen und schlieen Sie Ihre

Einstellungen ab.  5. Klicken Sie auf "Fertig stellen", um die Einrichtung mit

dem Installationsassistenten abzuschlieen und das

Men "Start" zu ffnen.

6. Um ein Gesprch zu ttigen, drcken Sie an der

Fernbedienung bitte auf .

Fr die meisten Video-Konferenznutzer gibt es drei mgliche Setup-Szenarien:

1. ffentliche IP-Konfiguration (auerhalb der Firewall).

2. Private IP-Konfiguration (hinter der Firewall mit Port-Weiterleitung). Informationen fr die Einrichtung

Ihrer Firewall mit Port-Weiterleitung entnehmen Sie bitte der Tabelle "EVC H.323 Port-Nutzung fr die

Firewall-Einrichtung".

3. H.460 Gatekeeper mit Firewall-Ausnahme. Informationen fr die Einrichtung Ihrer Firewall mit

Port-Weiterleitung entnehmen Sie bitte der Tabelle "EVC H.323 Port-Nutzung fr die Einrichtung der

Firewall mit Port-Weiterleitung".

Szenario 1 ffentliche IP-Konfiguration (auerhalb der Firewall) Ihr EVC verbindet sich direkt mit dem Internet.

  1. Drcken Sie an der Fernsteuerung "Start"->

-> Einstellung.

2. Drcken Sie -> Netzwerk.

6. Drcken Sie an der Fernbedienung "Home", um zur Startseite zurckzukehren.

7. Drcken Sie die Taste (Gesprch) an der Fernbedienung; nun knnen Sie Ihr erstes

Gesprch fhren.

Szenario 2 - Private IP-Konfiguration (hinter der Firewall mit

Port-Weiterleitung) Ihr EVC verbindet sich ber eine Firewall mit dem Internet.

  1. Drcken Sie an der Fernsteuerung "Start"->

-> Einstellung

2. Drcken Sie -> Netzwerk.

3. Klicken Sie auf "LAN-Konfiguration".

4. Und in der Dropdown-Liste "IP-Adresse abrufen" whlen

Sie "Statische IP".

5. Geben Sie die "IP-Adresse", "Subnetz-Maske" und das

"Standard-Gateway" ein.

6. Whlen Sie "Anwenden" und drcken Sie

(Eingabetaste).

7. Drcken Sie an der Fernbedienung (Zurck), um zum

vorhergehenden Men zurckzukehren. (Wenn Sie H.323

ALG aktiviert haben, fahren Sie mit Schritt 10 fort).

8. Auf derselben Seite ffnen Sie "Firewall" und klicken auf

(Eingabetaste).

9. Whlen Sie "EIN/ON" im Kontrollkstchen

"NAT-Konfiguration" und geben Sie die IP-Adresse in das

Feld "NAT ffentliche (WAN) Adresse" ein.

10. Drcken Sie an der Fernbedienung "Home", um zur

Startseite zurckzukehren.

11. Drcken Sie die Taste (Gesprch) an der

Fernbedienung; nun knnen Sie Ihr erstes Gesprch

fhren.

Szenario 3 - H.460 Gatekeeper mit Firewall-Ausnahme. Ihr EVC verbindet sich ber eine Firewall mit dem Internet und der Gatekeeper liegt auerhalb der

Firewall.

1. Drcken Sie an der Fernsteuerung "Start"->

9. Aktivieren Sie die Option "H.460 Firewall-Ausnahme

aktivieren".

10. Drcken Sie an der Fernbedienung "Home", um zur

Startseite zurckzukehren.

11. Drcken Sie die Taste (Gesprch) an der

Fernbedienung; nun knnen Sie Ihr erstes Gesprch

fhren.

1. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie die Standard-IP-Adresse gendert haben. Die Standard-IP-Adresse

ist 192.168.0.1; damit Konflikte mit anderen Gerten in demselben LAN vermieden werden, ndern

Sie Ihre IP-Adresse bitte zu Beginn.

2. Video-Konferenzgesprch aufgebaut, jedoch kein Video oder Audio.  Wenn Sie sich ber die Firewall mit AVer EVC verbinden, muss die Port-Weiterleitung richtig

eingerichtet sein. Beachten Sie bei anderen, als H.323 ALG-Firewalls, dass die

NAT-Konfiguration festgelegt und die WAN IP-Adresse ber das AVer EVC-System

eingegeben werden muss.

Wir empfehlen, eine feststehende ffentliche IP-Adresse fr das AVer EVC-System.

Dynamische, ffentliche IP-Adressen verndern sich, abhngig von Ihrem lokalen

Internet-Dienstanbieter, nach einer bestimmten Zeitspanne.

Es liegt ein Weiterleitungsproblem vor, wenn Sie zwei installierte AVer EVC-Systeme ber eine

ffentliche IP-Adresse kommunizieren.

3. Verbindung mit anderen Video-Konferenzsystemen nicht mglich.  berprfen Sie, ob Sie die richtige IP-Adresse whlen.

Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Gert der Gegenseite eingeschaltet ist.

Mglicherweise blockiert die Firewall den eingehenden Verkehr von der Gegenseite.

Mglicherweise hat die Gegenseite Ihr Video-Konferenzgesprch abgelehnt.  4. Keine Bildschirmanzeige (OSD). 

Prfen Sie, ob das Kabel richtig angeschlossen ist.

Schlieen Sie Ihr System und den Bildschirm richtig an und starten Sie Ihr System neu.

(Schalten Sie den Bildschirm vor dem Neustart des Systems ein).

Drcken Sie an der Fernbedienung "Dual" (halten Sie die Taste gedrckt, bis das OSD-Men

angezeigt wird).  5. Das WebTool wird in IE 9 und IE 10 nicht geffnet.

Klicken Sie auf (Extras) im IE.

Whlen Sie "F12 Entwicklertools".

ndern Sie den Dokumentmodus auf die Internet Explorer 9-Standardeinstellungen.

Deaktivieren Sie Intranet-Sites in der Kompatibilittsansicht. ffnen Sie "Extras"

Einstellungen Kompatibilittsansicht".

Deaktivieren Sie das Kontrollkstchen "Intranet-Sites in der Kompatibilittsansicht anzeigen"

und klicken Sie auf "Schlieen".

Installatiewizard Bij het eerste gebruik van het AVer EVC-systeem, leidt de installatiewizard je stap voor stap door de

configuratie van het EVC-systeem. Nadat de wizard is afgerond, kan het EVC-systeem in gebruik worden

genomen.

1. Sluit het EVC-systeem goed aan en schakel de stroom

in. Nadat het EVC-systeem is gestart, wordt het

wizardscherm weergegeven.

2. Taal: Selecteer de taal van het EVC-systeem. Druk op

om de keuzelijst uit te klappen. Gebruik de knoppen

of om de selectie te verplaatsen en druk op

om de selectie te bevestigen.

3. Druk na selectie op om naar de optie Volgende te

gaan en druk op om naar de volgende stap te

gaan.

4. Volg de instructies om de instellingen te voltooien.  5. Klik op Voltooien om de installatiewizard te voltooien en

naar het startmenu te gaan.    6. Druk op op de afstandsbediening om een

gesprek te starten.

Wijzig aan het begin het IP-adres van het EVC-systeem.

Er zijn drie mogelijke configuratiescenarios voor de meeste videoconferentiegebruikers:   1. Configuratie met openbaar IP-adres (buiten firewall).

2. Configuratie met priv IP-adres (achter firewall met port forwarding). Zie onderstaande tabel EVC

Scenario 1 Configuratie met openbaar IP-adres (buiten firewall) De EVC is rechtstreeks verbonden met het internet.

  1. Druk op de afstandsbediening op Home->

-> Instellingen.

2. Druk op -> Netwerk.

4. Kies in de keuzelijst IP-adres verkrijgen voor Statisch IP-adres of PPPoE.  Statisch IP-adres: Voer het IP-adres, Subnetmasker en Standaard gateway in.

PPPoE: Voer de PPPoE-Gebruikersnaam en Wachtwoord in.

5. Selecteer Toepassen en druk op (Enter).

6. Druk op Home op de afstandsbediening om terug te gaan naar het startmenu.

7. Druk op de oproepknop op uw afstandsbediening en u bent klaar voor uw eerste gesprek.

Scenario 2 Configuration met priv IP-adres (achter firewall met port

forwarding) De EVC is verbonden met het internet via een firewall.

  1. Druk op de afstandsbediening op Home->

-> Instellingen.

2. Druk op -> Netwerk.

3. Druk op LAN-configuratie.

4. Kies in de keuzelijst IP-adres verkrijgen voor Statisch

IP-adres.

5. Voer het IP-adres, Subnetmasker en Standaard

gateway in.

6. Selecteer Toepassen en druk op (Enter).

7. Druk op (Terug) op de afstandsbediening om naar

het vorige menu te gaan. (Als u H.323 ALG hebt

ingeschakeld, ga dan verder bij stap 10).

8. Ga op dezelfde pagina naar Firewall en druk op

(Enter).

9. Selecteer AAN bij NAT-configuratie en voer het IP-adres

in in het veld Openbaar NAT-adres (WAN).

10. Druk op de Home-knop op de afstandsbediening om

naar het startmenu te gaan.

11. Druk op de oproepknop op de afstandsbediening

en u bent klaar voor uw eerste gesprek.

Scenario 3 H.460 gatekeeper met firewall traversal De EVC is verbonden met het internet via een firewall en u hebt een gatekeeper buiten de firewall.

het startmenu te gaan.

11. Druk op de oproepknop op de afstandsbediening en

u bent klaar voor uw eerste gesprek.

Problemen oplossen

1. Zorg dat het standaard IP-adres is gewijzigd. Het standaard IP-adres is 192.168.0.1. Om ervoor te

zorgen dat dit geen conflict oplevert met andere apparaten op hetzelfde LAN-netwerk, moet het

IP-adres aan het begin worden gewijzigd.  2. Videoconferentieoproep is gestart, maar er is geen beeld of spraak. 

Als u verbinding maakt met een AVer EVC met firewall, zorg dan dat de port forwarding juist is

ingesteld. Zorg voor een non-H.323 ALG firewall dat de NAT-configuratie en WAN-IP-adres op

het AVer EVC-systeem zijn uitgevoerd.

Wij raden een vast openbaar IP-adres aan voor het AVer EVC-systeem. Een dynamisch

openbaar IP-adres wordt na verloop van tijd gewijzigd, afhankelijk van de internetprovider.

Er is een routeringsprobleem als twee AVer EVC-systemen worden genstalleerd die n

openbaar IP-adres delen.

3. Er kan geen verbinding worden gemaakt met andere videoconferentiesystemen.  Controleer of het juiste IP-adres is gebeld.

Zorg dat de stroom van het apparaat op de andere locatie is ingeschakeld.

Controleer of de firewall inkomend verkeer blokkeert van de andere locatie.

Controleer of de andere locatie de videoconferentieoproep weigert.  4. Het OSD wordt niet weergegeven. 

Controleer of de kabel juist is aangesloten.

Zorg dat het systeem en het scherm goed zijn aangesloten en start dan het systeem opnieuw.

(Het scherm moet ingeschakeld zijn voordat het systeem opnieuw wordt gestart.)

Druk op de knop Dual op de afstandsbediening (Ingedrukt houden tot het OSD-menu wordt

weergegeven.)  5. WebTool kan niet worden geopend in IE 9 en IE 10.

Klik op (Opties) in IE.

Selecteer F12-ontwikkelhulpprogrammas.

Wijzig de Documentmodus naar Internet Explorer 9.

Schakel intranetsites uit in Compatibiliteitsweergave. Ga naar Opties Instellingen voor

compatibiliteitsweergave.

Deselecteer het keuzevakje Intranetsites met de compatibiliteitsweergave weergeven en klik

op Sluiten.

Assistant installation Lors de votre premire utilisation du systme AVer EVC, lassistant installation vous guidera pas pas

dans l'installation. Une fois le processus termin, vous pourrez commencer utiliser votre systme EVC.

1. Connectez correctement votre systme EVC et

allumez-le. Lorsque le systme EVC dmarrera, l'cran

de l'assistant installation s'affichera.

2. Langue: Slectionnez la langue de votre systme EVC.

Appuyez sur pour dvelopper la liste droulante.

Puis, utilisez les boutons ou pour chercher

parmi les slections et appuyez sur pour

slectionner.

3. Votre slection faite, appuyez sur pour aller

loption Suivant puis sur pour passer ltape

suivante.

4. Suivez les invites et dfinissez vos paramtres.

5. Appuyez sur Terminer pour quitter lassistant et aller

au menu daccueil.   6. Appuyez sur (sur la tlcommande) pour

commencer passer un appel.

Veuillez modifier ladresse IP de votre EVC au moment du dmarrage.

3. Appuyez sur LAN Configuration.

4. Et dans la liste droulante Obtain IP address [Obtenir

ladresse IP], choisissez Static IP [IP statique].

5. Saisissez manuellement ladresse IP, le masque de

sous-rseau et la passerelle par dfaut.

6. Slectionnez Apply [appliquer] et appuyez sur

(Entre).

7. Sur la tlcommande, appuyez sur (Retour) pour

revenir au menu prcdent. (Si lalgorithme H.323 est

activ, passez ltape 10).

8. Sur la mme page, allez Firewall [pare-feu] et

appuyez sur (Entre).  9. Slectionnez ON [activ] dans la case de configuration

NAT et saisissez ladresse IP dans le champ NAT Public

(WAN) Address [adresse NAT publique (WAN)].

10. Sur la tlcommande, appuyez sur Home [accueil]

pour retourner au menu daccueil.  11. Appuyez sur le bouton (appel) de la

tlcommande : tout est prt pour passer votre premier

appel.

Scnario 3 Contrleur daccs H.460 avec traverse de pare-feu. Votre EVC se connecte Internet travers un pare-feu, et il y a un contrleur daccs au-del du

pare-feu.

9. Activez loption Enable H.460 Firewall Traversal [Activez

la traverse du pare-feu H.460].

10. Sur la tlcommande, appuyez sur Home [accueil] pour

retourner au menu daccueil.  11. Appuyez sur le bouton (appel) de la tlcommande:

tout est prt pour passer votre premier appel.

Dpannage

1. Assurez-vous davoir modifi votre adresse IP par dfaut. Ladresse IP par dfaut est 192.168.0.1.

Afin dviter tout conflit avec dautres appareils utilisant le mme LAN, modifiez votre adresse IP ds

le dbut.

2. La visioconfrence stablit, mais il ny a ni image ni son.  Si vous tes connect lAVer EVC avec un pare-feu, assurez-vous d'avoir effectu

correctement le racheminement de port. Pour un pare-feu sans algorithme H.323, vrifiez la

configuration NAT et vrifiez davoir saisi ladresse IP WAN IP dans le systme AVer EVC.

Nous vous suggrons dutiliser une adresse publique fixe pour votre systme AVer EVC. Une

adresse IP publique dynamique changerait au bout dun certain temps qui dpend de votre

fournisseur de services internet local.

Il y a un problme de routage si vous avez install deux systmes AVer EVC partageant une

mme adresse IP publique.

3. Impossible de vous connecter dautres systmes de visioconfrence.

Assurez-vous de composer ladresse IP correctement.

Vrifier que le dispositif situ lautre bout est allum.

Vrifiez si le pare-feu ne bloque pas le trafic entrant provenant de l'autre site.

Vrifiez que lautre site ne rejette pas votre appel en visioconfrence.  4. Impossible de visualiser lOSD.

Vrifiez que votre cble est branch correctement.

Vrifiez que le systme et lafficheur sont correctement branchs, puis redmarrez le systme.

(Lafficheur doit tre allum lorsque vous redmarrez le systme).

Appuyez sur le bouton Dual [double] de la tlcommande (maintenir appuy jusqu

laffichage du menu OSD).

5. Impossible douvrir loutil web avec Internet Explorer 9 ou 10.

Dans Internet Explorer, cliquez sur (outils).

Slectionnez Outils de dveloppement F12.

Mettez le mode du document aux normes dInternet Explorer 9.

Dsactivez les sites intranet sous Affichage de compatibilit. Allez Outils Paramtres

d'affichage de compatibilit.

Dcochez la case Afficher les sites intranet dans Affichage de compatibilit, puis cliquez sur

Fermer.

Procedura guidata di configurazione Al primo utilizzo del sistema AVer EVC, la Procedura Guidata di Installazione vi guider alla

configurazione del sistema EVC passo passo. Dopo aver completato la configurazione/procedura guidata,

l'utente pu iniziare a usare il sistema EVC.

1. Collegare adeguatamente il sistema EVC e alimentare.

Dopo l'avvio del sistema EVC, l'utente non vedr

visualizzata la schermata Procedura Guidata di

Installazione.

2. Lingua: Selezionare la lingua del sistema EVC. Premere

per espandere l'elenco a discesa. Quindi, usare il

pulsante o per spostare la selezione e

premere il pulsante per eseguire la selezione.

3. Dopo la selezione, premere il pulsante per passare

all'opzione Avanti e premere per accedere al

passaggio successivo.

Ci sono tre possibili scenari di configurazione per la maggior parte degli utenti di video-conferenza, se il

vostro :

1. Configurazione IP pubblico (Al di fuori del Firewall)

2. Configurazione IP privata (dietro al Firewall con inoltro porta) Rimandiamo alla seguente tabella EVC

Uso della porta legata a H.323 per configurazione del firewall per la configurazione dell'inoltro della

porta di firewall.

3. Gatekeeper H.460 con Firewall trasversale. Rimandiamo alla seguente tabella EVC Uso della porta

legata a H.323 per configurazione del firewall per la configurazione dell'inoltro della porta di firewall.  EVC Uso della porta legata a H.323 per configurazione del firewall (Impostare le seguenti porte nell'inoltro porta nel proprio firewall prima di iniziare a installare EVC).

Scenario 1 Configurazione IP pubblico (Al di fuori del Firewall) L'EVC si collega direttamente a internet.

  1. Dal telecomando, premere Home-> ->

Impostazioni.

2. Premere -> Rete.

3. Premere "Configurazione LAN".

4. Dall'elenco del menu a discesa "Ottieni indirizzo IP", scegliere "IP statico" o PPPoE.  IP statico: Inserire Indirizzo IP, Subnet Mask e Gateway predefinito.

PPPoE: Inserire le credenziali di accesso PPPoE Nome utente e Password.

5. Selezionare Applica e premere (Invio).

6. Premere Home sul telecomando per tornare al menu home.

7. Premere il pulsante (Call) sul telecomando e si pronti per la prima chiamata.

Scenario 2 - Configurazione IP privata (dietro al Firewall con inoltro porta) Il dispositivo EVC si collega a interne tramite un firewall.

  1. Dal telecomando, premere Home-> ->

Impostazioni.

2. Premere -> Rete.

3. Premere "Configurazione LAN".

4. Dall'elenco del menu a discesa "Ottieni indirizzo IP",

scegliere "IP statico".

5. Inserire manualmente Indirizzo IP, Subnet Mask e

Gateway predefinito.

6. Selezionare Applica e premere (Invio).

7. Premere (Back) sul telecomando per tornare al menu

precedente. (Se si ha H.323 ALG attivato, andare al

passaggio 10).

8. Nella stessa pagina, andare a Firewall e premere

(Invio).

9. Selezionare ON nella casella di spunta Configurazione

NAT e inserire l'indirizzo IP nel campo Indirizzo Pubblico

NAT (WAN).

10. Premere il pulsante Home sul telecomando per tornare

al menu home.

11. Premere il pulsante Chiamata sul telecomando e si

pronti per effettuare la prima chiamata.

Scenario 3 Gatekeeper H.460 con Firewall trasversale Il dispositivo EVC si collega a internet tramite un firewall e si dispone di un Gatekeeper al di fuori del

firewall.

1. Dal telecomando, premere Home-> ->

Impostazioni.

2. Premere -> Rete.

3. Premere "Configurazione LAN".

4. Dall'elenco del menu a discesa "Ottieni indirizzo IP",

scegliere "IP statico".

5. Inserire manualmente Indirizzo IP, Subnet Mask e

Gateway predefinito.  6. Selezionare Applica e premere (Invio).

7. Nella stessa pagina, accedere a Gatekeeper e premere

(Invio).  8. Inserire l'indirizzo IP del proprio Gatekeeper nel campo

Indirizzo IP Gatekeeper e attivare la casella di spunta

Usa Gatekeeper.

9. Attivare l'opzione Attiva trasversale firewall H.460.  10. Premere il pulsante Home sul telecomando per tornare al

menu home.  11. Premere il pulsante (Call) sul telecomando e si

pronti per la prima chiamata.

Guida alla risoluzione dei problemi 1. Verificare di aver modificato l'indirizzo IP predefinito. L'indirizzo IP predefinito 192.168.0.1; per non

entrare in conflitto con altri dispositivi nella stessa LAN, modificare l'indirizzo IP all'inizio.

2. La videoconferenza partita ma manca il video o manca la voce. Qualora ci si stia collegando ad AVer EVC con firewall, verificare di aver eseguito correttamente

l'inoltro della porta. Per il firewall non H.323 ALG, impostare la configurazione NAT e inserire

l'indirizzo IP WAN sul sistema EVC.

Consigliamo di avere un IP pubblico fisso per il sistema AVer EVC. Con l'indirizzo IP pubblico

dinamico, cambier dopo un po' di tempo - dipende dal proprio provider locale.

C' un problema di routing se sono stati installati due sistemi AVer EVC che condividono un

indirizzo IP pubblico. 3. Non possibile eseguire il collegamento ad altri sistemi di videoconferenza.

Controllare per vedere se stato inserito l'indirizzo IP corretto.

Verificare che il dispositivo dall'altra parte della linea sia attivo.

Verificare se il firewall blocca il traffico in ingresso dall'altra parte della linea.

Verificare se l'altro sito ha rifiutato la videoconferenza. 4. Non possibile vedere l'OSD.

Controllare che il cavo stia eseguendo il collegamento in modo corretto.

Controllare il sistema e verificare che tutto sia collegato correttamente. Quindi, riavviare il

sistema. (Il display va acceso prima di riavviare il sistema).

Premere il pulsante Dual sul telecomando (L'utente deve continuare a premere fino a che non

viene visualizzato il menu OSD). 5. Non possibile aprire WebTool con IE 9 e IE 10.

Fare clic su (Strumenti) in IE.

Selezionare F12 Strumenti dello sviluppatore.

Modificare la modalit documento conformemente agli standard di Internet Explorer 9.

Disattivare i siti intranet nella Vista Compatibilit. Andare su Strumenti Impostazione Vista

Compatibilit.

Togliere il segno di spunta dalla casella Visualizza i siti intranet nella Vista Compatibilit quindi

fare clic su Chiudi.
