Place the kit onto the installation surface. Use a marker to mark the installation holes.

A For Wood, Drywall or Soft Surfaces: Align the installation slots with the marked installation holes and secure the screws to the surface using a Phillips head screwdriver.

B For Concrete, Stucco or Brick: Using your previously marked holes as a guide, drill holes into the mounting surface using a 15/64 masonry drill bit. Then, insert wall anchors and secure the kit to the mounting surface. If using multiple layers use the included ST4 35mm (long screw) to secure the kit.

Step 1: Mark the Installation HolesIntroduction The wedge kit allows you to angle your Amcrest doorbell upward or downward at a 5, 10 or 15 angle. Angling the Amcrest doorbell using the wedge kit can help to reduce unwanted motion events on areas above street level or on siding that causes your doorbell to point in an undisired position.

Whats Included: The wedge kit comes with 3 stackable layers, 3 ST4 35mm (longer screws), 3 ST4 25mm screws, and 3 wall anchors. A marker, a drill with a 15/64 bit, and Phillips head screwdriver may be required to install the kit.

Adding Stackable Layers Using one layer provides a 5 angle, adding a second layer achieves a 10 angle, using all three layers will angle your Amcrest doorbell 15. Use the longer screws to secure the kit to the mounting surface if multiple layers are being used. Use the smaller screws if using a single layer.

NOTE The 15/64 masonry drill bit may be required if installing on concrete stucco or brick.

Place the mounting bracket of the Amcrest doorbell on the kit aligning the installation holes of the bracket to the installation holes on the kit. Use a Phillips head screwdriver to secure the doorbells mounting bracket to the kit.
